Kasuga looked up. She had never been asked this kind of question before. She wanted to answer honestly, so she hinted at her past.
"I want to become stronger that way I can prove to my family that I am not the failure they think I am and they should've have disowned me..." Kasuga then realized what she told practically her whole past to Santomoro. She hoped that he wouldn't tell anyone her past.

Kasuga smiled, "Do you mind if I join you? I need to somehow repay this village for taking me in," she asked. His story was almost as sad as hers.
