Destiny accepted the hand offered to her and took her stand next to Haruka. "So I'll race you from here to the Forest of Death!?" She asked happy to be up and hopping from one foot to the other to regain some feeling in her legs. A little bit of pride for the village sparked in her again. It had been a long time since she first felt this feeling. Then she knew a little better that this village might survive after all.

Haruka smirked in a 'This'll be fun' way. She nodded and got ready to put every ounce of power into her legs. She hadn't felt this ready since the time she took the chuunin exams. Back when she was taking the second exam in the Forest of Death, she immediately hated it. She never felt so disgusted in her life when she saw bugs the size of buses. Now she loved training there. Haruka smiled at all the memories and got into her running stance, still feeling the power ready to burst into her legs like a balloon. "Okay, on the count of three..."
"One..."

Destiny smirked getting into a runners position.
"two" She rolled her neck until she heard it crack. She had been to the forest of death once when Shuko got promoted to chunin but after that she had stopped going. She loved the naturally large animals and insects because she could talk to them, they had many different stories to tell. A sweat drop formed on the side of her head. 'But some just want to eat you..'

Haruka shook out her legs a little, feeling the excitement rolling about. Her chakra level was rising and piling into her legs. She started shaking from excitement, and she remembered the last time she raced someone. She beat them bad, but she knew it was going to be different with Destiny. Destiny was strong, no, IS strong. She felt the word ready to burst out of her throat like a bullet. She licked her lips and let it out.
"Three!" And she raced off, mind focused on the one place she hated most, The Forest of Death.

As soon as the word hit the air she was off on her feet and already glaring at the road ahead. 'This is gonna be fun...' She thought out of nothing making her legs work the way they wouldn't normally. She pumped her legs hard and fast(ooc:that sounds really perverted XD) focus not on the road but on the forest. Her eyes were closed to the wind, but she knew where she was going..
