Just to ask if I can RP with the cannon characetr Nii Yugito, because I haven't catched if there were any rules for creating cannon characters around.

I'm just asking because she didn't show up much (deceased already ToT) and we don't have much information about her. This is why I think I'm probably not going to be allowed to RP as her, but that's also the reason why I wanted to do it.

Probably the answer will be a no-no, but there's no problem in asking, right?

Oh, and if there are any rules for the cannon characters around, please tell me.

You should really ask this in the canon thread; im discussing this with Kaede. The answer will probably be no because
a) she's dead
b) she appears for around 5 pages
c) Nothing is known about her
