Hitomi sat on the highest branch of a tall tree, totally out of it. She hadn't gotten alot of sleep the night before, and was a bit tired.
"I'm so tired.." She said aloud to herself. She rested her back against the body of the tree. "Maybe I could just sleep here for a bit..." She closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep on the unsteady branch.

Raiden realized this would be the perfect time for an attack, he held a kunai to Hitomi's throat "you wanted a fight, didn't you?" he asked, flipping under the branch to be unseen, he then made sure that she would wake up by using flash grenade jutsu, seeing as her eyes were closed, it wouldn't blind her, only wake her up

Kaito was walking around Konoha and seen Hitomi and some guy having a kunai to her throat. 'what's this?' He thought to himself hiding. 'Who is that guy maybe I should stop him.'

"hello Kaito" Raiden said, he threw a kunai at him, "you've met my little brother on several occasions, Tsing, he was my priority, but began to bore me, and no one can enforce me anymore, so I chose Hitomi, she will die if she doesn't awaken, and she demanded to battle me, so here I am" he explained, he then said "I will be the last Kazama, warn Tsing, he will die soon" he smiled

Kaito sighed and disappeared and reappeared behind Raiden. "Maybe if you came to see her when she was up then you could actually have your fight with her." He explained throwing Raiden away from Hitomi. "Also if you have to prey on someone when the are asleep Tsing would kill you." He finished his eyes having a cold and determined look in them. "You need to leave now!" He said strongly. 'Why is he trying to kill Hitomi right now!?' He thought sighing.

"no, I'm about to wake her up, and also, a true ninja never is seen, even by his attackers, he rushed towards Kaito, unseen by anyone, and hit Kaito in the neck, sending him sprawling to the ground, he threw a burning marble at him, it exploded on contact, Raiden laughed

Kaito held his throat and dodged the marble appearing in front of Raiden. "You...ain't....gonna....kill....me...that....easily...." Kaito said as he charged at Raiden and kicked him into a building. 'Damn this guy I have to be careful.' He thought preparing himself for anything. "Give up yet?" He asked his voice a little hoarse.

Raiden spun mid-air and sprung off the building (OOC: why are there buildings in the woods?) he kicked Kaito to the ground and stabbed a kunai through Kaito's palm, he smiled "no, do you?" he laughed and ran up a tree, drawing kunai and readying himself to strike

OOC: Simple it was alittle building like a cottage or something.

IC: Kaito pulled the kunai out and quickly wrapped it up. "I never give up." Kaito said throwing explosive kunai around Raiden. He threw one more at Raiden and the exploded wrapping him in it. 'What jutsu would be effective against him?' He thought sighing and waited to see if Raiden survived. "I guess I got him." Kaito thought smirking.

Raiden appeared behind Kaito "not quite" he said and grabbed him, he used his foot and pushed Kaito forward, dislocating his arms, he let go and flipped away, he was still unimpressed by Kaito 'he bores me, this will end fast' he frowned and threw a kunai at him, he then rushed Kaito, deflecting the kunai, and using that as a distraction, he hit Kaito in the face and stomach several times, he moved to avoid upcoming attacks

That Kaito went poofed. "I'm not that stupid." Kaito said uppercutting Raiden from out of the ground then he kicked him higher into the air. "I will show my true power."

Raiden smiled, "and you mine" he responded, he got two burning marbles and crushed them in his hands,exploding only him, using his kekkai-genkai, Kaito was severely burned, Raiden smiled, he stabbed his arm and Kaito bled, he deactivated the kekkai-genkai and motioned for Kaito to attack

Kaito feel to the ground laying motionless. 'Get up!' He shouted to himself in his mind. 'Get up! You can't die now! Remember what you swore or your sister's grave' Kaito shouted to himself in his mind as he got up and charged at Raiden unsheathing his dagger and stabbing Raiden in the gut.

Raiden's substitution wore off "I've been told I look like a log" he stabbed Kaito in the spine with a shuriken "I'm gonna let you walk away, it won't count as giving up, because no one will witness it, deal?" Raiden tried to reason with Kaito thinking he was too young to die

Kaito hated it but he sheathed his dagger. "Fine and answer me one question....why always kill?" He asked looking down at the ground holding in his pain. He looked around maybe for something.
