"Where too!?" Haruka asked while still running. She looked behind her, not looking were she was going and hit a tree. "Ow.... not again...." She recovered fairly quickly this time.

"You are right?" She looked around. 'Ramen sounds good although I just had some lets go get some sushi, haven't had that in while." She rubbed her stomach which was growling at the mention of food."I haven' t had octapus balls in a while that should be a treat and if you're still hungry we can get ramen also. With pork ribs and potato chips...Okay now I'm really hungry."

Haruka smiled and rubbed her head, "Yeah, I'm fine, i have a hard head. Ask anyone i know." She stood back up. "Sushi sounds great! ANTAGO AND WASABI ROLLS, HERE I COME!!!!" Antago and wasabi rolls were her favorite types of sushi. She hadn't had sushi in a long time. She started towards town again, walking this time, so she wouldn't hurt herself again.

Haruka realized stupidly that she hadn't mentioned these things, "Oh, that! I'm fourteen and i just became a Chunin last spring. It was some pretty tough competition, and my last battle took a really long time to finish, but it was awsome!" She grinned goofily, "And yourself?"

"Genin, 17, I don't really see the point in taking the exam but I guess it's needed so everyone knows how good you are." She skillfully dodged a tree eyes still closed. "I have been ranked in skill as jounin but what would be the point since I do not care."

"Why not?" Haruka was very confused. Why would she not care about her rank? She had always tryed her best to get to the next level. "You seem to train so hard. why would you train that much if you didn't care?"

"It helps me not to think." She mumbled absently. "It not like I do not care just not all that much. I do it for me not the village...Selfish yes, but I have my reasons for it as I'm sure others do." She creaked one eye open to look over at Haruka."I'm sure you have reasons of your own as well, over working your self."

"Overworking?" She didn't think she overworked herself, her sensei did. "I don't overwork myself. I work just enough." She was slightly angry and Destiny for thinking of her own needs. "I do have my reasons for doing what i do, but it doesn't mean i don't care about the village."

Destiny shook her head. "I did not mean to cause a rise in anger, I just am speaking from my heart. We are all selfish in the begining, when we are born we cry for everything we want." A voice in the back of her mind pulled her into her thoughts.
'Mommy! Where's daddy!', 'But I want it!','I hate you!'
"We get so selfish we don't sometimes see it, not until it's pointed out to us." She sighed. "I choose to hold onto my selfishness. I still have an attachment to this village though." She pulled her hair back. "Other wise I would have left long ago."

"I suppose that's true, we were all selfish at one time." She was calming down a bit, "But chosing to remain selfish is just another way to say you're remaining childish, isn't it?" This was the way she saw it. But then again, she'd been broken of her childish ways at the age of five.

"yea, but it's just what I choose to do." She shook her head. "To denie what I want is to be lying to myself and others wouldn't it. With holding what you want never gets you what you want. I want to stay in the place where I built and lost a family, but I won't be happy about it." She stopped talking when they reached the sushi bar.
'mommy!, mommy!'

Haruka was very confused by her statement, but her expression showed no sign of it. "So hungry, must eat..." She sat down and ordered a antago bowl and some wasabi rolls on the side. She looked back at Destiny, "So were are you from originally? I'm from the Land of Tea myself." She thought saying were she was from first might make her more comforatble about telling her her own old home.

Destiny sat across from Haruka and ordered fried octapus and a calimary wrap. "I was originally born in Suna, but I moved here. " She paused thinking. "I had heard from my foster mother this was the best shinobi village but i had to pass through some other villages to get here." She leaned onto the table. "I trained in a couple places before I came here, by then I was already considered a chunin."

"Interesting." Haruka said, "I'm getting ready to go on a journey to Suna here pretty soon, myself. I hope to meet some powerful ninja there. Maybe even sqeeze in a few battles." Her food was set in front of her and she began eating. She slirped some of the noodles mixed in with the sushi in the antago bowl. It whipped at her cheeks.
