"A little better" he replied with a smile to her then stared at the ceiling thinking about the ambush and the other rogue ninja he had seen..the man looked like a very old man but that was the man who had knocked him out nethertheless stabbed him, he turned back to Kasuga, "Thanks for taking me to the hospital, I am in your debt." he smiled at Kasuga.

"No problem," Kasuga smiled back, taking care of her own cut, "as long as you're okay; that stab really got you," she pointed out, looking at him. She wondered how he got it. He was a very skilled fighter and whoever took him out like this could not have been the genin she killed.

"four jounins at once..not a good idea..I managed to kill two of them but then they got me and did well..this" he said holding up his arms and showing the bandages around his stomach, he was still thinking,"How did that old man beat me up like this..?"

"Well, everyone has a bad day someday," Kasuga looked at his wounds, "were they still rogue ninja?" she asked, curious. Kuzio must have really done something bad in his past to do something where everyone is chasing him. She wondered what he did.

Nodding he said,"Shouldnt have done it..i defenselss as it is..they could strike at me and what would i be able to do....nothing..but thats the way I like it dangerous" he added in with a wicked grin then looked at Kasuga to see her reaction to what he had just said.

Kasuga smirked, "Without danger, the world would be filled with boredom," she looked at him, "you will get better though as your adventures grow," she tried giving him a reassuring smile, "I've been wondering this though: What did you do?" she asked him. Her curiousity overcame her.

He froze in fear, not wanting to tell her, he decided too anyway, "When the raid of Orochimaru was in Konoha my parents were slain by sound ninjas out of defense I had killed one of their leaders and fled in fear since then they have been trying to get back at me, I can trust no-one really." he wispered the last few words.

Kasuga looked up at him concerned, "I don't blame you, really," she looked down, "I thought I couldn't trust anyone either until....I found some true friends," she said that last part with mixed emotions. She had never had true friends before and she was still a bit...bewildered.

"I really dont even know what true friends are" he replied shifting his arm trying to make it move, but it wouldnt, he looked back at Lasuga, "Do you know what a "True" friend is?" he asked anxiously he had been dying to hear the answer to this.

Kasuga looked up at him. She did not quite know how to answer the question, "True friends," Kasuga said, "are people who stick with you through good times and bad and they protect you and remain loyal and trustworthy to you; they should also be darn fun," she added that last part in. She didn't know whether that answer came from her heart, but she was yet to find out this answer.

"hmm.." he decided to ptt hat question to the side for now and leaning up he slightly moved his arms stood up grabed some crutches and placed them under both shoulders, he looked up at the door longing that the nurses would let him out soon.
