I sat up in a tree with my headphones put on. I was curled up in Yuuhi's arms and quite enjoying it. I hummed my music as he held me close. "To bad I can't have you." Yuuhi said quietly. "There are many other girls." I whispered back, still listening to my music. Yuo was braiding Yukio's hair down below. "Shizuke-san, how do you braid her hair?" Yuo asked, looking up at me. Yuo was haivng trouble braiding Yukio's hair. I leapt down with my headphones still on and briaded her hair gently. "It's very easy stupid." I said, laughing a bit. "Shizuke's good with hair." Yukio said, sighing a bit. She was jealous that I was able to braid so well.

Keiko walked around the area quietly. She held close to her a book, of which she intended to bury her nose in. It had been an awfully long time since she had read a good book lately. She only hoped that a Stephen King title would be good enough to capture her interest. She had pondered reading a mushy romance, but decided against it. Keiko always got immensely depressed if she read those kinds of books.
Not that Keiko really like horror. Usually, she kept her distance, but the library was short on good fantasy books that she hadn't already read.
Keiko almost stumbled, and she looked down at a large root growing where her foot was supposed to go. She muttered a curse word.
"Shizuke's good with hair,"
Keiko looked up, tilting her head to hear better. The voice had come from somewhere around her location. It seemed that they were near, because Keiko could hear the faint outline of music. She walked towards it and stumbling upon the friends.
"Uhm. Hi," she said stupidly as she realized she'd just interrupted something.

"Oh hi I'm Tsukiyama Shizuke." I said, waving to the girl. I didn't know who she was but she was holding a book. I got up and left Yukio for a moment. "What book are you reading?" I asked. I was getting curious again. "I'm Oro Yukio." Yukio said quietly, she wasn't so sure of the girl yet. She gave a little wave and looked down. "Tsukiyama Yuo!" Yuo exclaimed, putting his hand up so the girl would notice him. "Oro Yuuhi." Yuuhi said, hanging upside down from the tree branch.

Keiko smiled brightly at them all. "I'm Keiko," she introduced herself. She didn't bother with last names, mostly because she didn't know these shinobi yet. Keiko was very paranoid about such things.
She held the book out and added, "It's just some silly Stephen Kind novel. I'm only reading it because I'm bored, and I don't feel like mushy romance."

"Stephen King huh? I dno't read alot by Stephen King, but I love fairytales." I said, smiling. I popped one headphone out of my ear so I could hear her better. "Do you want to hand with us?" I asked, looking at my friends. "We could always use more company." Yukio said quietly, she was getting more sure of Keiko now. "Yes, it's always great to get to know people around here." Yuo said, motioning for Yuuhi to come down. Yuuhi jumped down and picked me up. "But it is your choice." Yuuhi said, putting me down and bowing to Keiko.

Keiko shrugged. "Like I said, I'm only reading it because I'm bored," she said. When they offered to hang with Keiko smiled. It had been a little while since she really buckled down to hang. She wouldn't mind making new friends, either.
She blinked when Yuuhi swooped down and picked Shizuke. She hadn't really thought about before then, but they had an extreme age difference. Not that it was weird that they hung out. But the whole picking up thing made Keiko think twice. But, she decided quickly that she needed new friends, and she wouldn't acknowledge it.
"So... How's it going?" she asked as she sat down on the ground.

"It's going fine, except for the fact I'm so bored!" I exclaimed, falling into the dirt. "I'm just so bored I could roll down into a hole and it would more fun." I sighed, lookign up at the sky, thinking of my friends that I hadn't seen in awhile. "Nothing exciting has happened, it's been so boring around here." Yukio sighed, laying down by me. "Yukio-san and Shizuke-san don't do much unless some starts the exictement." Yuo said, sitting cross legged and holding his katana against his chest. It was still sheathed and looked amazing. Yuuhi laughed. He was the oldest person there, but he still acted like a child. "Shizuke was never that much fun!" he exclaimed. I was not impressed with the 20 year-olds behaviour toward Keiko.

Keiko laughed at all their words. It was nice to hang around with a bunch of kids every once in a while. And it was funny to watch a jounin act like a 8 year-old.
"I know what you mean. I haven't gone on a mission in so long, I'm convinced the hokage just forgot about me." she said, a smile playing on her lips.
"And I've been so bored for the past week or so, that I've planned my funeral. Death by Boredom. You're all invited," she joked.

"Nice, I've been wishing for a good battle, I've had three in the past few weeks, and I have to battle two of them again because of an injury one of them sustained and the other needs to take a few days off to relax and FULLY heal." I laughed at the word fully. "Shizuke's broke someoen arm during one of her battles, she scared me." Yukio said quietly, getting even more used to Keiko. Yuo stayed uiet, he hummed a tune in his head, he looked like he was meditating. Yuuhi calmed down a bit and sat down by me. "Shizuke-chan, are our lunch plans still on?" he asked. He was planning to have a 'just me and him' lunch date. "I'm hoping so, unless you have different plans." he said a bit glumly.

Keiko nodded. "I haven't been in two many battles yet. I tend to keep out of trouble, unless I actually have to."
She reached into her pocket and pulled out five pieces of bubblegum. She handed one piece to everyone.
"I love bubblegum," she mused. She unwrapped her piece and popped it into her mouth. She crumpled the wrapper and shoved it in her pocket.

I took the gum from her and munched on it happily. "Thanks Keiko-chan." I said, smiling at her. "If you want to, we could battle some times Keiko-chan, I'm always up for a good fight!" I exclaimed. I had energy to spare right now because of all my boredom. "I haven't fought anyone!" Yukio exclaimed sadly. "I want to fight someone!" she exclaimed, unhappily. "We could all use a good fight, I haven't fought since I arrved back in Konoha a few months ago." Yuo sighed. Then he remember why he didn't fight, because of all the injuries he sustained during his childhood. Yuuhi hid his right hand from view. He didn't want myself or Yuo knowing that he couldn't use his right hand. "I could use a battle, but I don't want to." he said, glumly.

Keiko smiled. "I'll hold you to that, Shizuke-chan," she said, a smirk in her voice.
"I don't really need to have a battle. But it would nice, seeing as boredom has taken over Konoha. And you know what's really bad? There is about 100 things happening, and I'm not included in any one of 'em," In her voice now was a slight irritation.
She blew a huge bubble, and then popped it with her finger. "I looove bubblegum," she mused again, this time with a dreamy way to her voice.

"You have a point, there is so much happening and yet we're sitting here like ducks on a pond." I sighed. My music was still playing loud enough for me to hear. "I just can't wait to battle again with my two friends, but I might be waiting awhile." I sighed. "They don't bother to tell her when they want to fight again." Yukio said, pointing at me. She chewed on her bubbled gum and blew a little bubble. It popped and she almost screamed. "Oh Shizuke, why din't you ask Haruka and Santomoro when they want to battle you again instead of sitting and waiting." Yuo sighed, looking at me. "Look who's talking." I mumbled. "Shut up both of you." Yuuhi ordered. He was acting like a grown-up now.

Keiko nodded and blew another bubble, but this popped when it got big. The chewy substance was on her lips now, but Keiko expertly herded it back into her mouth with her tongue. She looked down at the book that was in her lap. A group of green stands of hair fell into her eyes, and she pushed then back behind her ear.
"I think I'll dye my hair back to its natural color," she said. The color it was now, green, was getting old. She really wanted to put it back to its original color, which was black like her mother's, and her lost sister's. Of course, Keiko didn't know about her sister, and her mother wouldn't tell.

Yukio played with her blue hair. "My blue hair is just like my mothers!" she exclaimed. She adored her blue hair but she also loved my silky black hair. Yuuhi whispered in Keiko's ear. "Yukio never met her mother, all she's ever seen are pictures." he whispered. "But, she's like her mother in everyway, from hair, to eyes, to her wonderful personality!" he exclaimed. "Yukio's very bright and intelligent, she's got a wonderful personality, and makes friends very easily."
