"I'm keeping you company, you looked lonely in the hallway on your own." Yuo said. He sat down on the bed and sighed. "It's not fun being lonely, would you not agree?" Yuo asked Haruka. I finished off the cookie and put the fortune in my pocket. "I'm going to read the fortune later, right now I'd rather just sit and chill for awhile." I said.

Haruka stared at him, and, unable to speak, she nodded in agreement. She remained standing as he sat down on the bed. She tried to avoid looking at him. This was just a bit awkward, especially since Santomoro had most likely noticed their disappearance.

"What are you worried about?" Yuo asked Haruka. "Santomoro knows everything, he knows what happened outside, that you weren't in the kitchen, and he most likely knows that your here with me." Yuo said. I sat down quietly, my hand in my pocket. I wanted to pull out the fortune and read it, but I just couldn't bring myself to do so.

"Well, i know that... this is just..." she finally managed to choke out the last word. "Awkward..." she gulped. Leaning against the wall, as far from the bed as possible, she was still avoiding looking at him. She knocked on the wall as an awkward silence hit. She wanted nothing more than to break it, but couldn't bring herself to speak.

"Is it that bad? It's not like you have to sit around me all the time...." Yuo trailed off. "Unless you want to, that is." he said quietly. He laid his head back on a pillow and sighed. "But like anyone would want to be stuck with me, I'm not exciting." Yuo said. "Everyone else is so exciting, but me, I'm not." Yuo said.

Haruka quickly waved her hands. "No no no! It's not that!" she protested. "It just... in a bedroom with a guy... it's a little awkward to me..." she winced ashamedly and looked down again. 'That was a bad thing to say, Haruka...' the voice in her head said, scoldingly.

"And your point is?" Yuo asked. "It's not bad to be in a bedroom with a guy, Shizuke was always in the same bedroom as Yuuhi when he was sick or recovering from an injury, but that was before she met Santomoro." Yuo said. "She's lost all intrest in yuuhi now that she's found Santomoro." Yuo said.

Haruka was feeling slightly more comfortable. "Shizuke actually had interests in Yuuhi!?" she asked surprisedly. She obtained enough courage tp go and sit at the end of the bed. Way at the end; she was scooted up again the endboard, her hand tightly gripping around the bedpost. "But he's like... 20 something, right?"

"Can we make some rice?" I asked Santo-kun. "I'll help, we can make something else too!" i exclaimed. Yuo shook his head. "She didn't have intrest in him, he had intrest in her." Yuo replied. "Shizuke just couldn't ever bring herself to say that she wasn't interested in him." Yuo said. "But then again, I can understand why, Yuuhi was always watching out for Shizuke when she was a baby." Yuo said. "She was just repaying him." Yuo said.

"Well, i personally don't thinks she should have led him on like that..." she said. It felt almost as if she were talking about her own situation instead of Shizuke's, but she tried to concentrate and not replace names. "I'm sure she really hurt him..." She sighed before looking over to him for the first time since he'd dragged her here. "You're head feel any better?"

Yuo nodded a bit. "Yes, she shouldn't have, but Shizuke often feels guilty." Yuo said. "She didn't want to tell him because she was afraid that it would tear apart a good friendship." Yuo said a bit quieter. "Rice! And dumplings! And, oh, um.....um, I don't know." I said, thinking hard about what else to make.

'She's pretty accurate there...' Haruka's head said. A part of her so wanted to forgive her 'Shizuke', which was who he was in this situations. She scooted over across the bed abit, but it proved to much for her comfort zone and she scooted back. She bit her lip. "But he saw it as more than a friendship, and she should have seen that... and ended it if that was what was needed...." she replied after a long pause, slighlty quieter than him.

Yuo smiled a bit. "He saw everything with Shizuke to be mroe than a friendship, but eventually he began to get the idea that Shizuke wasn't into him." Yuo replied. Yuo sighed a bit. "Shizuke enver really did have intrest in Yuuhi, but because Yuuhi was older than her, it was harder for her to say no." Yuo said.
