Kudo sat outside the village hidden in the stones.His ancestoral home.He no longer enter his clan complex.Could no longer see His son and daughters."why...why did they find me guilty?"He had been baned many years before for deffending his daughters from a would be kidnaper.Except he went to far and the man deid.He was forever banned from his clan never able to see his son nor his daughters.He hit his old harden hands against a nearby stone almost shattering it his beard hanging from his face his hair long and untamed by man

Yuki was wandering around the city after a mission, looking at all of the stone buildings.
Looking up at the sky it was almost sundown and the sky in the clouds were turning purple and orange.
Turning a corner she saw a man standing near a building, ducking back behind the corner she watched him for a little bit.
Thinking of her next move she cautiously walked around the corner.

Kudo felt a presence and thought'I better keep a close eye on whoever is watching me'he was a anbu level warrior he knew many attacks and was prepared to fight his stone katana hidden beneath his long hair and his normal sword at his side he grew a little made and drew his katana and cut quickly at the stone as it sliped into many peices

Freezing in her place Yuki watched as the man sliced the stone in half.
Slipping closer to the building she decided he hadn't seen her and was just angry.
Keeping in the shadows she inched towards him, keeping her eye on him.
Reaching down she slowly pulled out her katana and placed her hand on her fan.
Yuki was prepared to do whatever she had to.

Kudo smiled and thought'this one isnt dangerious at all'he sat down underneath a small tree and began to say "hey tried to steal my two girls.I deefended them and accidently killed them yet am I guilty of a punishment so hanis that my name my title my family is taken away from me.How can the elders do such a thing!"he drew more made and drew his stone katana and smashed it into the earth making a crack in it

Yuki slipped behind a staircase coming from an empty house. She gripped her katana harder as the man got angrier and made a crack in the earth.
Keeping in the shadows, she inched towards the man, making sure he couldnt hear her movements.
'should i get any closer?' the kunoichi thought to herself, 'what if hes dangerous though? I'll give it a try.'
"You there, sir, what is your business in this village?" Yuki whispered quickly.

'Well he doesn't seem dangerous, he would have already made his move to attack if he had planned to.' Yuki thought, stepping out of the shadows.
"I come from the Sand Village, I was on a mission but i'm done now," She said aloud, not whispering anymore, "what clan are you from? Maybe I know who you are."
Slipping her katana back in its holder she walked slowly towards the man, still being a little cautious.

Kudo let out a heavy sigh and said "I use to belong to a clan but the striped me of my name and title I am now simply known as Kudo of the mountain"He looked up and said "I can no longer see my children I can no longer see the woman I love and I cant even see my son"

Yuki had made her way to the man's side as he spoke.
"Oh, i'm sorry sir, I didn't know. Is it alrite if I sit?" She asked, trying not to get any more personal than she had already.
Getting nervous she adjusted her hood on her head, and then re-adjusted it.
She looked at the old man's tired body, he seemed worn out, and restless, as if he hadn't gotten a good nights rest in years.

Kudos old face full of wrinkles and deepend by time had a small grin come across it and said "take a seat I dont mind the company"he looked at the sky and pulled out his guitar and began to strum a tune and said "This was my home long ago but I was banished for saving my daughters from a kidnapper he would have probably raped and killed them and by accident I killed him and for this the elders of my clan found me guilty and banished me forever"

Sitting down Yuki removed her hood and held it in her lap, listening to the man. She knew she was getting too comfortable but she couldn't help it, she let her guard down, looking at her hood.
"Did you explain your side of the story?" Yuki asked.
She looked up at the man, she watched him strumming and listened carefully to the tune he was playing.

He laughed as he played the tune and said "I did but they didnt belive me although I had booth of my girls as witnesses and a mountain of evidence they still wouldnt belive me"he played a sadening tune on his guitar and said "I was forever banished so as not to take a life from someone in the clan"he looked at the sky as he countinued his large hands playing carefully his aged face full of sadness

The mans laugh seemed weary, and his tune turned into a sad one.
"Perhaps when your children grow they can travel around and find you, then you would be able to see them again" Yuki suggested, "by the way, I'm Yuki Hayashi, from Suna. I forgot to introduce myself earlier" she said.
Looking towards the sky she felt sympathy for the old man, it was a severe punishment.

He shook his head and said "my daughters arnt alowed to tell my son my name they cant really go to see me underpenalty of being banished themselves they probably have forgoten me by now and had a family of there own my son was maybe a year old when I was banished"he strumed his final string and said "it was the worst punishment they coulf think of to fit the worst crime they knew of without sheding any blood"
