I nodded slowly.
"He recovered after ten years." I said quietly. I shook my head slowly.
"No, I wanted to know, how far you would go." I said slowly.
"I wanted to know, if you would be like the warrior, and go so far, that he was badly badly injured." I said.
"When I was four, my father told me that when my warrior comes to fetch me, that he would test my warrior." I said.
"He said that he would break every bone in my warriors body, to see how far he would go to get to me."

He smiled and held her arm he took it and placed it on the cast and said "I did this of my own free will this is proff to your father that I would go very far for you I dont care if he broke everything I would still crawl even with my body battered and bruised just to see"

I felt him put my hand on his cast and swallowed. Tears dripped down my cheeks.
"But now that my father is no longer around, it is Yuo's job." I said.
"Yuo will do as my father has said, and do as much damage to prevent my warrior from getting to me." I swallowed again.
"When this time comes, can you please not hurt my brother?"

He swallowed and knew it would be exremly painful but he smiled and said "I wont hurt him but if he tries to another time outside of that I will strike back but for that one time he can break all my bones"he looked into her eyes he saw tears and wipped them away and said "just promise me you will help me when I cant move"

I closed my eyes and smiled a bit as he wiped away my tears. I opened them back up and nodded.
"Of course I will help." I said.
"But let me explain what my father meant." I said.
"It's suppose to be a sort of spar, between two men. The one asking for my hand is wounded pretty much beyond repair, and then he is put to the test." I swallowed and looked off to the side.
"To get to me."

He looked into her eyes and took her hands saying "hmm the way I would do it would probably use my jutsu after im injured so it would move me towards you I would make sure it didnt hurt him to much or else he would have to try and destroy it which it cant since my jutsu is built off love"

I swallowed again and didn't look back at him.
"That's the only complication." I said.
'My father said, that the fight was to be one with no jutsu." I said quietly.
"The one asking for me, would be wounded, and they could use to jutsu to get to me. They would have to get to me, on their own." I felt tear drops drip down my cheeks and quickly wiped them away.
"Yuo said that it was a test of true love, if the one injured can get to me, even if they could die moving, they would pass and the one asking, would be accepted."

he looked down he knew it was a challenge and couldnt help but smile a bit he said "a test to prove how much I love you then set the date for the test since I want to get it threw his head that I love you I might as well have it soon my arm is already broken and all"he chuckled a little

I looked at him suddenly. I walked over and put myself right against his chest. I buried my face in there and mumbled. I pulled back to speak clearly.
"You can talk to Yuo, you both decide on a date." I said. I felt more tears drip down my cheeks.
"But can we wait a few months? I would like it to be before spring, just before the weather get's warm."

He smiled and said "I would set it for this summer then so I can test it but when the time does come for me to be put to the test I want you to pick the place where it is to be I want it to be somewhere special to you thats why I can know how you feel in that area"

I thought for a minute. I knew the exact place.
"My home." I said.
"The place where I was raised, in the back by the big sakura tree." I said, pointing roughly in the direction it was.
"Right out there. When the test does come, I am suppose to stand off to the side, where you must fetch me." I said, looking down.
"You must bring this up with Yuo though."

he smiled and looked at her and said "In a few months time the challenge will be set but for now I will prepare my body with a way my father taught me threw a mental system where I can train my body to do what my mind tells it to even when my body shouldnt"he smiled and gave her a wink

"What do you mean?" I asked.
"It better not be a jutsu! Yuo can send you off like that!" I exclaimed.
"There is another rule my father set down. One who uses a jutsu, can not marry me! He will be sent off wounded and all!" I exclaimed sternly. I quieted down and looked down.
"And I do not want that to happen at all."

He smiled and said "It is of the mind not a jutsu you see the mind controls all the bodys functions and if one focusses the brains power on even one part of the body no matter how badly injured it will move but to do so takes months of training I would need time to prepare or else I wont be able to do it so well"

"Then you prepare." I kept my hands infront of me, clutched together.
"The preparation with the head of the lady's house hold is always done first, traditionally."
