"no, im letting you choose your destiny," Issun. "something i never had. I was a puppet, and now, im a shell of my former self." he looked at the sake, the same one he had used to ruin his life. "im letting you deside the outcom of this battle. so, are you willing to shake hands with the devil?"

“I’ve already met the devil” she replied coldly, “He made me, the way I am. He taught me to hide my true emotions. He scarred my soul and my body.” She didn’t want to tell him this, but couldn’t help it either. “I know my destiny. Death. But I don’t feel like killing myself.” The look in her eyes became more serious with every word she spoke. It was like everything from her past was coming back. Something she didn’t want. “I know I’ll die at a young age, that’s something that can’t be helped.”

Issuns eyes softened and a giant smile crossed his face. "every one can chage their fate, like right now," giggled Issun. "care to join me to go get some tea?" Issun smiled as wide and sincere as he could.

Hishime couldn’t help to raise her eyebrow at Issun’s huge smile. “I can’t change my destiny” she said with her still cold voice. Quite unsure about how to reply to his offer, she just simply nodded. ‘This is.. kinda.. weird..’ she thought, and shoved her hands in the depths of her pockets. ‘Oh well..’

"hehe, dont act so down about it," said Issun. "come on!" /he grabbed her arm and took off for town. When they got thre, issun found a nice tea shop and sat at a table. "Mr. waiter, ill have a cup of tea," order Issun. "Get whatever you want, my treat."

“Thanks” she muttered and sat down at the table. “Just tea, please.” She ordered and looked at Issun. “You don’t have to pay for my tea, you know.” She whispered, somewhat hoping he wouldn’t hear her. She knew she didn’t have much money, but she didn’t care. Before she knew it, she had already placed some money on the table and sighed, waiting for her order.

‘Here we go again..’ Hishime thought and sighed. “What do you wanna know?” she asked, her voice softer then before. She returned his smile before taking a sip of her tea. “My past, is something I don’t really like to talk about.. But.. yeah.. if you wanna know.” She thought for a moment, not really knowing what to tell first.

"its cool if you dont wanna talk about it," said Issun. "but ive died before and thats the worst feeling in the world." Issun drifted off into space. "I just want you to know, if you chose to drink from the bottle, i wouldeve kiled you were you stood." Issun chugged his spiked tea. "oops i used the poioned flask," smiled Issun. "dont worry, ive taken a large amount of this poison before, itll just knock me out for a few hours...." and he collapesed.

“No, that’s not it..” Hishime replied, and still managed to smile a little. She looked down at her cup of tea. ‘Yup, it’s been a long time..’ she thought, watching herself in the hot water. “Yup, 4 and a half years..” she muttered and looked at Issun, who collapsed. “Oi! Issun!” she yelled in his ear, trying to wake him up, but it didn’t work. Sighing, she just sat back on her chair and waited for him to wake up.

“Of course I wouldn’t leave you, Issun” she muttered and yawned. “I have no reason to.. right?” she sighed again. She looked at her cup, empty. ‘Oh well..’ she thought and stood up. “Do you wanna come with me?” she asked him and walked towards the door, leaving the money on the table.

“I know, but I can’t leave someone like that. That’s how I am.” She replied softly. “I was planning to go home..” she said, looking over her shoulder at Issun. “Well, home.. You can’t really call it ‘home’..” she added and smiled a little, lazily making her way towards the forest. After a few minutes walking they reached a lake. A small tent stood next to it. She sighed and looked over her shoulder again. ‘Why am I showing him this?’ she asked herself in her head and sighed again.
