Manages barely to stand up, Seeing the shadow clones he has an idea He threw down a smoke bomb and laid on the ground seemingly unconsious tricking him into thinking his Sonic Boom worked.

Kiro sensed somthing was wrong but ignored it and headed tward the cloud to help his aponent. Keeping his shadow clones just in case.

Shocked at this he uses the substitution technique appearing in front of kiro punching kiro in the face hard letting go of the body freeze technique

*POP* THe shadow clone that Kuzio punched disappeared and the hands that had come out of the ground became an etire body. It was Kiro. "I really anticipated that you would go underground to evade my sonic boom. So i made a couple clone above to take my place in case you didn't while i went underground to get you. But i guess this works too." Kiro held a kunai to his back and with his free hand hit a chakra point in the back of Kuzio's neck.

"Ughh" Kuzio Said dropping to the ground, He looked back up at kiro "You really shouldn't leave yourself open" He said as he sweep kicked him then stomped kiro's face into the ground.

Kuzio spins around and kicks his hand away with his other foot, jumps up, and blurs to a nearby tree Kuzio, "Maybe I can regain some chakra here" He said as he concentrated more chakra into him.

He got up and pulled out another food pill to regain more chakra and fled to the safty of a hollow tree trunk.

Comes out from behind the tree looking for him..Sensing his presence he walks over to the tree stealthily and plants an exploding tag on it.
