Karuki stared off into space in the training ground, sitting under a tree that had a target with many kunei, shuriken, and senbon in it. She was bored as heck, especially since she had been here for a while and still no one to spar with. "Aw c'mon!" she sighed, "Is anyone gonna spar?..." She turned to leave but stood for a moment, staring at another's shadow she had just noticed. "Hn."

Haruka looked to this new girl in the training grounds. She looked eager for a fight, "You look bored." She said. "Looking for a fight?" she added happily. She looked like a good sparing partner and thought she'd give her a chance.

Karuki laughed slightly, commenting, "Wow you read my mind." She turned to the girl and smiled. "My name is Karuki Gakkuri. Nice to meet ya." she looked at the possible opponent, figuring she'd be a good person to spar with and took her fighting stance, ready to fight.

"Haruka Kunimitsu." Haruka introduced, also getting into a stance. Her hands were ready to make her elemental possetion hand signs. "Do you wanna start or should i?" She asked, ready if Karuki made the first attack.

"You can start," Karuki replied and she pulled out a kunei from her weapons holster, which she'd use to defend with if necessary. "I'm not one to start a fight or spar unless needed." she smiled. Though she hated to start things like that she always loved the thrill of battle, and this was a great opportunity to get some extra training in.

"Suit yourself!" Haruka quickly and skillfully made her hand signs. "Elemental Possetion Jutsu!" She pulled some water out of her side pouch and formed it into a whip. She swung it towards the kunai in Kakuri's hand, aiming to disarm her and knock it out. When she finished that movement, she swung it towards her feet, splitting it in two. They wrapped around both of her feet.

Karuki stood in shock, disarmed and a water whip kepping her in place. "Hm. Nice move, Haruka," she commented as she did some handsigns. "Water Clone Jutsu." suddenly two clones where on each side of her, neither stuck in the water whip. One dissappeared, reappearing behind the opponent unnoticably and the other charging at her, kunei in hand.

Haruka didn't think she would have countered with a water clone jutsu. She pulled out a kunai and slashed at the clone behind her. Then she charged head on with the other. She used her free hand to gather up some air and shoot it behind her, to make sure the other didn't interfere and that she went faster.

The clone behind Haruka went 'poof' after a direct hit and the other dissappeared as well. Karuki smirked and jumped up to escape the jutsu when she was focused on the clones. "Well that's one way out of a jutsu," she said with a smile, clearly having fun fighting. She did some more handsigns, ready for her special jutsu. "Shifting Waters Jutsu." Two decent sized water snakes with ice fangs appeared from the ground and attacked Haruka with their fangs.

Haruka snicker, "An impressive jutsu...." she said, snaping her fingers to give them a charge. "But water has a weakness." An elctical spark came from her hand as she snapped again. Then a large bolt struck one of the two snakes. The other she did her best to avoid. She did a backhand spring to try to evade, but the fang caught her arm and scratched it. A little blood trickled down it.

"So you know my jutsu's weakness? Very impressive," Karuki smiled with an anime sweatdrop, "And that was the first time I've used it in battle, too... You're an excellent fighter." She jumped up into the air, throwing six senbon straight at Haruka.

"Not really." she said, sweatdropping herself. "I just knew that water is weak against water." (ooc seriously i haven't read your jutsu page yet. ^_^") Haruka barely caught site of the senbon needles. Four of the six hit her, three in her arm, the last in her side. She winced from the pain, but did her best not to show it. She charged Karuki, her water at hand. She froze it into shards and threw them quick as she would a shuriken.

(occ XD Yeah I kinda figured that right after I posted lol)
Kayuki got the 'omg im even more of an idiot than i thought' look. She then realized the shards and tried to dodge, but was hit with all but 1. Her arms and legs were bleeding some, but she ignored the pain and quickly got behind Haruka, kicking her from behind, deciding to use taijutsu for a while.

Haruka felt a surge go to her back as she was thrown forward from the force of a kick. As she regained the wind that had been knocked out of her she said, "So, it's a taijutsu match you want." She got into her special koran fighting style. She charged and threw a roundhouse kick and a right straight punch at the same time. She added in a front snap kick to finish her round of tai. "It's not my best area of jutsu but..."

(ooc I have no idea what those moves really are but ima guess they hurt XD)
Karuki was blown back a few steps, her gaining her posture a few seconds later. She jumped up and bicycle kicked her as her round, considering it was multible kicks. She backflipped after the kicks, landing on her feet right where she first attacked and smirked. "It's not my best either, but hey we're here to get better, right?"
