Nero's Training??

[Kira]

Kira snapped out of her thoughts at the sound of Naruto's voice. She sat up and smiled at him.

"Sorry about that...I sorta just zoned out..." she said, still a bit distracted, but she didn't know by what.

Mentally, she frowned a bit for being so easily distracted and for the fact that her thoughts kept wondering back to Naruto.

Ren let out an inaudible sigh finally turned back to look at Cyril. She wanted to start a conversation, except the words seemed to be stuck in her throat.

Finally, she took a deep breath and blurted out, "So, what's up?"
She felt stupid for asking that, seeing that what was happening was that question, but it was the only one she could think of.

[Kuzio]

Naruto smiled a little, "Its okay" he said shrugging a little then noticed that Cyril and Ren were talking.

Cyril grunted a little as he felt eyes but didnt let it show, "Nothing but the sky..and a bird" he said looking up tot he sky where a vulture was hovering above them, he sighed a little, Noones gonna die..go away he thought and the vulture did it, he got wide-eyed but didnt say anything.

Naruto smiled a little more, "Dont they look so cute together?" Naruto asked Kira still smirking a little as he pulled at a branch a little.

[Kira]

Kira giggled a little at the thought Naruto just gave her and nodded. "Yeah...they look adorable together!" she agreed, cheerfully.

Getting into a joking mood, she wrapped one arm around Naruto's neck and said in an accented voice, "Dah-ling! They're an amaaaaaaazing couple!"

Right after she said that, she started laughing non-stop. She held onto Naruto, using him for support as she continued to let out little giggles.

Ren smiled a little, appreciating the fact that Cyril didn't seem to notice her sad attempt at making a conversation. She followed Cyril's gaze up to notice a vulture fly away.
The sudden silence in the air felt comfortable instead of awkward, for once.

[Kuzio]

Naruto laughed a little at how Kira had said all that, he smiled a bit as he continued to watch Cyril and Ren and noticed a vulture flying away.

Cyril looked over to Ren for a second with only his eyes then looked ahead, I wonder how everyone would do if i wasnt here.. he thought and this thought kept an ominous drift in his head, he sighed a little and layed back closing his eyes and falling into a light sleep, he dreamt about nothing but could still hear any noise that was being made around him or above him.

[Kira]

Ren smiled lightly as she noticed Cyril lay back and seem to fall asleep. She also laid back and started thinking again. There were so many questions she felt like she wanted to ask and so many things she wanted to say, but she knew she didn’t have the courage.
She was positive she liked Cyril, but she wasn’t sure how much. She noticed the signs of when she developed crushes. She recognized how her heart seemed to skip a beat when she was with him and how she blushed when she was asked about how she felt for him, but she didn’t recognize the feeling of butterflies in her stomach, or how happy and carefree she felt around him.

Kira smiled that she succeeded in getting Naruto to laugh. She liked how she felt like she didn’t have to act like anything else around him, but there was an uneasy feeling in her stomach that felt as if he would like her better if she was more girly or nicer, but she didn’t want to have to act in order to have someone like her.
Once again, she figured she was probably thinking too much into her actions and feelings, and relaxed a bit. She followed Naruto’s gaze over to Ren and Cyril and felt a small smile form upon her lips as she saw them getting along fine together.

[Kuzio]

Cyril sighed a little in his sleep, he was dreaming about his parents death and about how he couldnt do anything to save them, he opened his eyes quickly but didnt sit up, the dream was just now a memory, he stood up with a sad expression on his face and left, Naruto not even trying to stop him.

Naruto sighed a bit and looked at Cyril, "Whats up with him" he muttered but wanted to think it, he looked over to Kira questioningly to see if she would have any idea.

Cyril didnt go far but he was far enough to go out of view, he sat undr a tree and looked down with the same expression on his face, Is that why my grandparents hated me..because i was weak..i couldnt save them..they had to save me..this is all my fault he thought and closed his eyes.

[Kira]

Ren felt a worried expression flit across her face. All she knew was that Cyril suddenly woke up, looking depressed and walked off. She wanted to go and comfort him, but in reality, she barely knew anything about him. She felt a wave of depression, but quickly shook off the feeling. She knew that the feeling was contagious, so if one person was depressed, the people around them would be too. She made it her own job to always stay happy, so everyone else around her would also be happy.

Kira looked at Naruto worriedly. She wondered how Ren must be feeling. She noticed his questioning glance towards her and sighed a tiny bit. She let her head hang forward and put her head on Naruto's shoulder, as if she were tired. 'I wonder what it could be...and how they feel...', she thought, once again, not noticing how awkward it was that she just laid her head on Naruto's shoulder, suddenly.

Being Kira, as always, she let out a small yawn before she felt her eyelids get heavier. She felt a familiar feeling of exhaustion, even though she woke up from a name not too long ago.
As her eyes fluttered shut, she already started dreaming about her favorite food in the world—ramen and pocky.
Amongst her dreaming, she unintentionally muttered, “Aishiteru!” meaning ‘I love you!’ in Japanese.

Ren refused to sigh, mostly because she believed in what people said: when you sigh, you're losing a bit of your happiness. She took a deep breath and got up, heading towards the direction he went.

She fiddled a bit with the bandage on her knee while she walked, trying to ease some of her nerves by remembering what happened.
When she’d gone to go get her ramen earlier, she had tripped over a root and skinned her knee, and wound up wrapping up her knee, to hide the scrape.

She continued to walk and stumbled a bit over a loose root and decided to focus on looking for Cyril instead. She though to herself, ‘Okay...maybe it’s not exactly the smartest thing to walk and be distracted on bad grounding...’

She continued scanning the grounds, being careful of where she went. Finally, a small blur caught her eye.

She noticed Cyril, with the same sad look on his face, sitting beneath a tree. She frowned a bit, feeling a gripping pain at the edge of her heart. She summoned up all her courage to walk over to him, and when she was by his side, she kneeled down, flinching at the pressure against her cut, but allowed to pain to subside.

She felt all her courage leave her as her words got caught in her throat. "Um...are you okay?" she managed to mumble.

"I'm sorry about being so nosy. I mean, i can leave if you want. I mean, if you don't like me, than all you have to do is tell me. I can understand if you want to be alone right now, I guess. I was just wondering if you were okay. Er...I'll shut up now." she said, feeling a need to stop her unnecessary ranting.

She placed one hand gently on Cyril's shoulder and smiled sympathetically, before softly adding, "You can tell me what's wrong, if you want to. I'm here for you!"

She wanted to include that even though she didn't know him well enough, she cared about him and that she just wanted him to like her, even if it was just as a friend, but she knew it would lead to more rambling.

Suddenly, she felt thoughts of her parent's divorce squeeze into her already crowded mind and winced a bit more. Emotion flitted in her mind, and she felt a bit sad that she couldn't stop her parents' divorce and that now, she couldn't even manage to cheer up Cyril.

As a loose summary, she once again mumbled, “So...are you...okay?”

Kira's eyes fluttered open, once again, feeling as if the nap only lasted for seconds, but yet, she felt quite rejuvenated.

[Kuzio]

Cyril looked over to her then her hand, he smiled a little, "Its nothing major" he said sighing a little looking away, he looked at the ground and thought about the attack, all the blood that had been shed, he pulled up his right shirt sleeve to reveal a large scar across his arm, I was weak..this scar proves it..i am still weak and i will always be he thought and closed his eyes and layed his head back against the tree.

Naruto stared at Kira for a little, Did she just..nah..she couldnt have.. he thought then looked away as she woke up, "good morning?" he said laughing slightly, "I wonder why Cyril left.." he said sighing a little bit.

[Kira]

Kira blinked a few times before grinning and replying, "Naruto!"
She thought for a few minutes and added, "Well, Cyril looked a little depressed when he left...so maybe he left for some alone time? And, well, Ren being Ren always wants to make sure everyone's happy..."

Kira frowned a bit as she thought back to the first time she met Ren. Since then, Ren was always concerned when Kira seemed a bit depressed, even though it was a daily thing.

Sometimes it made Kira feel guilty for making Ren worry so much.

Ren smiled a bit at Cyril's reply. When she saw him roll up his sleeve, she caught sight of a big scar and a gasp escaped her lips.
Immediately, she closed her mouth, hoping that she didn't offend him in any way.
Never before had she been this worried, although there were many moments when she felt nearly as nervous as she had now.

She looked down and started fiddling with her hands, before she mumbled in a nearly inaudible voice, "Would you be mad at me...if I asked what happened?"

Kira continued to lay on Naruto's shoulder. There was a slight dazed look in her eyes, and she seemed distracted, as if she were thinking about something, but her mind was really empty.
She remained oblivious to who's shoulder she was lying on, but she felt too comfortable to move or notice.

[Kuzio]

Cyril just shrugged not the least bit offended, "Well..when my grandparents died i tried to fight off the bandits and one of them cut me up bad, i have a lot of other scars but i dont like to look at them.." he said sort of sadly, "They dont hurt unless they open up.." he said sighing more, the scars burning back a memory, he got a little shaky and looked away closing his eyes, a small tear rolled down his face, "I was weak and I couldnt save them" he said shakily.

Naruto looked down and blushed a little, "S-so uh..pretty bad about Cyril right?" he said smiling a little and looked forward trying to forget about Kira but also tried to listen to her but that wasnt all that easy.

[Kira]

Ren immediately felt guilty for asking. She knew she brought back a bad memory, and made him feel depressed. She didn't mean to make him feel that way and when she saw a tear roll down his cheek, she felt worse.

She looked around nervously, panicking a bit, but suddenly did the first thing she thought of.

She reached over and hugged him, mumbling, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry...and you weren't weak! You were really brave...I'm sorry, I was so nosy, I'm sorry..."

Kira snapped out of her daze slightly and replied, "Yeah...Cyril seems to have a complicated past, and Ren....well...she just wants to be the one who makes him happy."

She looked at Naruto's face curiously and saw that he was blushing slightly, and he wasn't looking at her.

She blinked a few times, clearly confused, and then waved a hand Naruto's face. "Naruto? Are you okay?"

[Kuzio]

Cyril froze slightly and turned his head a little to hear her muttering the words, 'Im sorry im sorry..' and he sighed a bit, "You dont have to worry" he said smiling a bit, "Im okay" he said wiping a little bit of water from his eyes, he dont know why she even hugged him, was it to make him feel better or for her to be more sorry?

Naruto looked down at Kira, "Im here, what do you need?" he said smiling slightly at Kira the blush now gone from his face, he wondered how Cyril and ren were doing.

[Kira]

Ren immediately let go of Cyril, when she heard him talk. She smiled slightly, glad that he was happier.

She still felt a bit of guilt, but then of course, she always felt guilty about something.
Maybe it was because she couldn't stop her parents' divorce, maybe it was how she always became so nosy when someone seemed sad, whatever it was, she didn't know.

Suddenly, she felt the need to explain the hug. She blushed the slightest bit for her thoughtless action, before stuttering out, "Err...s-sorry, about the hug. It's just that you seemed so sad, and well, whenever I used to be sad, a hug made me feel better, so I thought well, a hug would make you feel better..."

Kira grinned as she jokingly poked Naruto on the cheek and replied, "Whatcha thinking about?"

She felt childish and continued to grin. She couldn't help but feel happy when she could act as childish as she wanted.

[Kuzio]

Cyril was still smiling just a little, something he rarely ever did to anyone in his whole life, he just shrugged and said, "Its okay and i do feel a little better, thanks" he said quickly and noticed there was a slight blush on her face, "Uh..Are you okay because you're a litle red" he said.

Naruto looked down to her again, "Just how Cyril and Ren are doing, knowing Cyril hes probably still running off somewhere, but I dont know about Ren" he said smiling a little, he knew this wasnt happening but he wasnt sure what WAS happening.

[Kira]

Ren mumbled something impractical under her breath, before replying, “It’s nothing......I blush easily...I guess....”
Mostly, she was referring to her friend, Mizuki, whom people often called Miki. It was true, though. Miki would probably blush if a guy even said hi to her.
Ren, on the other hand, was used to being friendly to everyone. It came to her as easily as breathing, while being mean was near impossible for her.

Kira looked at Naruto, curiously. He seemed to be confused about everything going on. She smiled a bit as she replied, “I wouldn’t worry about Ren, if I were you. I know her well enough to say that she’s okay and most likely found some way to talk to Cyril.”

Ren suddenly sneezed and mumbled, “Someone’s talking about me....”

Kira decided to ask what she was thinking about and said, “Naruto, are you okay? You seem sort of...distracted.”
She finally lifted her head off of Naruto’s shoulder, just out of pure instinct. Instead, she laid her head on her knees and stared at Naruto with her head tilted.
