Early Morning(Inukami)

[Kyokki Tenkiame]

Kyokki was walking through Konoha in the early morning. Well, it wasn't really early by some people's standards. The sun had been up for a while. But seven-something was very early for a girl who could easily sleep in until ten or ten thirty.

She rubbed sleep filled-eyes as she passed the village gates, waving lazily to the guards.She wasn't sure why she wasn't still at home asleep.

Kyokki was feeling restless, but still sleepy. She passed a few shops and restraunts made for early risers that had just opened, but had only a few people inside.

[Inukami]

Inukami walked through the village a little up beat usually she would never get up this early she could sleep till 12 and still want sleep,but today she felt like going out and smelling the morning freach air.
"ah the sky is so nice not a cloud in the sky".she sighed happily as she listened to some music
She kept walking along watching as the shop keepers opened up their stores then she spotted a girl around her age and ran up to her."hi!".she waved taking off her head phones

[Kyokki Tenkiame]

"Oh, hi," Kyokki said a bit shyly, and a bit surprised. She was surprised to find some one so awake wandering the streets, "My name's Kyokki. Ohayo Gozaimasu."

She yawned, shaking off the last of the grip of slumber, and nodded to Inukami's headphones, curious.

"What are you listening to....umm...may I ask your name?"

She wondered who the girl was. she certianly seemed friendly.

[Inukami]

Inu smiled
"Ohaya!".she said bowing to her then rising her head and grinning sweetly
"oh me..i'm Inukami but you can call me Inu what's your name?".she said and then handed her her head phones."here listen".she said handing it to her
"it's kinda rockish and it's probobly too hyper to listen to in the morning".she smiled

Kyokki took the earphones gingerly holding them to her own ears. She didn't recognize the artist, or the song, but it souded kind of cool.

"Who is it that sings this?" she asked, handing the headphones back, "Nice to meet you, by the way, Inu-san. What are you doing up this early?"

She stretched slightly, looking up at the clear sky.

[Inukami]

Inu grined
"that's me!".she exclaimed happily
"oh and nice to me what's your name?".she asked jumping around hyperly
"oh and um i just felt like getting up early".she said hyperly

[Kyokki Tenkiame]

"Seriously? That's you?" Kyokki asked, enviously, "Man, I wish I could sing."

"I was a little restless this morning, myself, actually. Normally I can sleep forever, but I just couldn't today. I have no idea why. So, where are you headed to?"

She hesitated a moment, and then asked, "Hey, Inu-san, would you mind a little company?"

[Inukami]

"yup that's me how do i sound?".she asked doing a rock star pose grinning widely
She smiled and jumped up and down hyper
"no i would love to have company i'm bored as heck!".she said smiling

[Kyokki Tenkiame]

"You sound better than I ever could," Kyokki told Inukami-san a little mournfully. "I've got a singing voice like a toad. So, then, Inu-san, what do you want to go do?"


She spied a coffee shop across the street. It was small, just opened, and there wasn't any line yet.

"Do you mind if I pop in there and get a drink real fast? I haven't had breakfast yet."

Inukami giggled
"you do not! don't say that about yourself".Inu said laughing a bit
"Anyways i don't mind at all i didn't have breakfast yet eihther and i'm straving".Inu smiled and ran after her new friend hyperly a little too hyper for a morning so early
"Foood!".Inu yelled happily jumping around
"yay i made a new friend already!".Inu thought smiling friends were always a very important thing to her

Kyokki walked inside more calmly than the other girl, a little exasperated, but amused.

"You haven't heard my pitiful attempts at music, and pray you never will," Kyokki told Inu-san, and then turned to the cashier behind the counter.

"Large hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin, please."

She didn't like coffee much, but hot chololate tasted good, and was just as stimulating.... well, almost.

(ooc: I don't think so, but don't quote me on that)

Inukami smiled
"well you don't have to be good at singing to do music do you know how to play like the piano or something like the flute?".she asked runing to the shop person.
" Hot Chocolate dude and like umm a cookie or something sugarly".she said hyperly jumping around the few costumers looking at her annoyed and giving her odd looks,but of course she didnt care.
"oh yea by the way do you like to draw?".she asked as she waited

[Kyokki Tenkiame]

" I doodle from time to time, and I can do a little more than stick figures. But it stil pretty much sucks," Kyokki told her, "and I can fingure a scale or two on the piano. I play the first three simpilized/ melody lines of "Haktikva"- the only ones I have memorized. And I learned the notes from a friend who played the French Horn, so the notes probably aren't even the same. But I've always wanted to learn."
