(I think i'll help Momo out a bit...)
Mabuki was walking down the street when he caught sight of another Jounin, obviously sightable by his green vest, shaking a younger boy. Sighing annoyedly, he walked over and laid a hand on his shoulder. "Obviously a noob to the Jounin council..." he said flattly. Raising his hand, he punched him across the face. "Leave... before i report you to Lady Hokage..."
Syani gave the impression that she was snickering slightly, and finally opened the door to exit. Before she left, however, she grabbed the other set of clothes so she could set them back on th rack. She was smiling somewhat.
Haruka grinned hapily. "Hoorah, Syani-chan!" she exclaimed, grabbing Syani's hand to drag her out more quickly. "Come on. Let's go find Momo-kun." she insisted.

"LEAVE NOW IT'S NONE OF YOUR BISNESS WHAT I DO AND GO AHEAD REPORT ME I'M NOT AFRAID OF LADY HOKAGE AFTER ALL I AM A HIGH CLASS JONIN NOONE CAN MESS WITH ME".the man yelled sending a punch at mabuki
momoshiru pushed himself off the ground shaking a little from the hard way the man had threw him against the hard cement
inukami smiled and jumped hugging sy lightly
"yay let's go kick his crybaby butt">she exclaimed happily

Mabuki snarled, catching the man's hand easily and bending it backwards at the wrist, trying to give him a bit of torture to try to convince him.
"You're not fit to be a jounin... not with this behavior..." he growled. "I think you've failed to notice who i am Mabuki Sasukia of the high Jounin Counil... have been for ten years..." he smirked. "Now, i would appreciate it if you would appologize to this young man, then respectfully... leave..."
Haruka smiled, grabbing Syani's wrist to lead her out, knowing that Inukami would not be far behind. She was surprised to find, once she had exited the store, that her own sensei, Mabuki, was holding another Jounin, and Momoshiru was standing not far away, shaken and slightly dirted.
Syani blinked at the scene, unsure of what to make of it.

"m..mabuki..oh i'm sorry sir i didn't mean to disrespect you..".he said finally getting loose and bowing frantically.
Momoshiru just stood there his hand covering a bruise on his cheek the only reason he didn't attack at once was because he was sorta used to being beat..by an adult mainly his father.
Inu looked at Momoshiru runing to him
"what happend".she asked worried to see her friend shooken up like this

Mabuki continued to glare at him. "Now leave... I shall be having a word with the Hokage about your action..." he said sternly. "You'll be lucky if you're aloud to stay within the village, let alone not be stripped of your post."
He pushed past him, knowing that the man dare not stay. "You. Boy. What's your name." he asked emotionlessly.
Haruka came to Momoshiru's side, as did Syani. Haruka quickly answered for him. "His name is Momoshiru, Mabuki-sensei." she answered professionally. "He's mute, sir." she continued to explain, noticing the strange look on his face as she presented him. Syani nodded.

The man was long gone by now not wanting to hear anymore.
Momoshiru looked at the man bowing slightly then covering his cheek he remembered his father now and it upset him very much.
he thought a sad look on his face
Inu moved next to Haruka.
"who's he?".she asked

Mabuki nodded quickly in understanding. "I see..." he said simply, turning back to look at the Momoshiru, who seemed to be deep in thought. He couldn't help but wonder what the boy was thinking of. Most like this this recent beating he had gotten from the fellow Jounin. It was people like that that made him feel dirty and repulse with people. One of the many reasons why he was so antisocial.
Haruka leaned over to Inukami as she asked. "This is my sensei, Mabuki-sama." she said in a normal tone. "I've lived with him for four years, since i was twelve." she smiled slightly at this, recalling the day that he had saved her from her days of servitude in the Hushigomo household.

"ohh he seems nice..".she whispered to her then looked at Momoshiru she knew excatly what he was thinking his face told it all he was thinking about his father again inu had a sad look on her face now
"Haru-chan Momo-san is thinking about his father right now i know it".she told her
Momoshiru kept his head down still thinking

Haruka gave Inukami a strange look. "His father?" she asked curiously. She, on many occations, thought about her fathr as well. But they were not usually good thoughts. She looked back over to Momoshiru, who still had his head down. "Did he die or something?" she guessed.
Mabuki looked back over to Haruka. "Well, it looks like my civil duty of the day is done." he said with a sigh, slipping his hands lazily in his pockets. "I'll see you at home, Haruka." he turned on his toe and began walking away. "Make sure you're back in time for dinner. I feel like your grilled pork tonight." he waved slightly. Haruka simply nodded.

"no he isn't..not yet atleast".she said with an angry look on her face
"he is a cruel man..he used to beat him so badly he sent him to the hospital many time with very bad injuries and he once...put him in a coma for a 2 weeks but the thing is that no one believed he would hurt his son so they just parctically gave his father permissin allowing this torture to continue".she told her sighing
Momoshiru heard and quickly covered inu's mouth mouthin shut up!

Haruka's curious bit her lip, her eyes falling to the cobbled stone street. Her hands gripped around the strap of her bag. "I... understand the feeling..." she said, swallowing to try and rid herself of the large lump in her throught, but was unsuccessful. "It's... not really... easy...to deal with..." she said awkwardly, unsure of what else to say now. Sighing, she remembered the horrid beatings she had recieved at the Hushigomo's house.
Syani looked over to Haruka, then back to Momoshiru. It was times like this that she wished she could speak. To comfort someone with words, rather than just actions. She lightly laid a hand on his shoulder, biting her lip.

Inu looked at Haruka confused
"what..do you ..mean your..dad too?".she asked
her heart droping to her stomach
Momoshiru slowly began to walk away forgetting about his friends
"i'm so happy my dad died a long time ago".she whispered

(Inu, that was badly under the 60 word rule. 43...  ) Haruka shook her head solemnly. "No... my father didn't beat... me..." she said queitly, "He beat my sister sometimes... but only when she was bad..." she gulped, bringing her strength up enough to have the courage to lift her head to look at Momoshiru, but he was walking off. "I was beat by my caretaker for seven years..." she said, in a more normal tone. "I have the scares the prove it..." Syani quickly rushed after Momoshiru, turning and stopping directly in front of his and holding up her hands to stop him. She shook her hands to symbolize that he shouldn't leave, bitting her lip as she did so. |

(sry my parents told me to get off T.T)Momoshiru didn't even notice her as sy-chan tryed to stop him from walking away he was so deep in thought notthing mattered to him right now
Inu lowered her head.
"well..i guess i know..how you feel.".she told Haruka then turned to look at momo and sy

Haruka's eyes darted to Momoshiru. "Yeah! Please don't leave!" she begged. "This is something you need to talk about. Otherwise it could lead to post-mordom depression, or even suicidal thoughts."
There she went, being all medical again. Her words and statments seemed to come out like when she was worried or nervous, or just under te pressure of actually working in the medical field. 'This had to have been even more emotionally unstabling... being his father...' she thought to herself, bitting down on her lip.
Syani finally couldn't take the fact that he wasn't even egnolaging her. She grabbed his shoulders and shook him, trying to get his attention.
