She opened her eyes to look up at him. "Why did you leave?" she asked. "I didn't understand. I know the whole moving in thing... but don't you think it was a bit over the top?' she sighed, looking down again. 'Why couldn't we have just lived together?' she added in her head.

Yuo nodded. "It was, I admit that. I was just a bit upset." Yuo said. "I mean...you weren't looking at it from my point of view. I love my mother and sister, and moving out right now just wasn't in my plans for my teenager years." he said. "I'm sorry I don't want to move in with just you. I just don't think I'd be able to handle moving out at this age."

"Well, i think that's an absolutely perposterous excuse." she eccused quickly. "You have lived on your own, and at an earlier age than this." she looked away, pushing herself out of his lap. "When you left when you were 13, you were on your own correct?" she pointed out. "I think you just don't want to live with me alone. That's it."

"Yes, I was, yet I returned all the time in secret to make sure my sister and mother were alright." Yuo said. "I left, but I came back all the time to check on them." he said. "I missed them a lot. And nobody said I didn't want to live on my own with you. I'd rather stay in the house I love...with you."

"It's not like we wouldn't ever come here again. We'd probably spend most of our days here." she argued. She was hoping that, even now, maybe she could force the idea into his head. She didn't understand why he didn't get it. "But... evenings we'd be able to spend alone..." she blushed. "It would make out... um... activities easier to accomplish..."

"Do you really think Mother and Shizuke are going to care?" Yuo asked. "Shizuke's usually out with Santomoro and by the time she comes home she's usually half asleep! And Mother, she was a teenager once too you know." he said. "I can probably guarantee you she was in the kind of position we were once!"

Her face flushed darker. "I don't care if they don't care Yuo! You're completely missing the point!" she said quickly, now completely out of his arms. She kept her face turned away. "It's embarassing. I don't want to do... that in your house! It's strange." she looked down. "Espcially not with other people here. I mean honestly!"

"Fine then we won't!!!" Yuo stood up, angry now. "But it's your loss. So when you're miserable, don't come crying to me." Yuo said, almost in tears again. "And if you're going to leave go ahead, I'm not chasing you this time. I don't want someone who can't get a grip!" Yuo bit his tongue. "Now if you excuse me. I have to go clean up glass."

Haruka quickly stood up, grabbing his arm and slamming him against the way before he could escape. "No! You're not running from me this time!" she yelled, holding him tightly in this possition. "I'm getting my point across. Why is it that you can't even consider my idea? Why is that? Why do you always make me go along with want you want? WHY!?" she asked, enfuriated now. "DO YOU REALIZE THAT WE HAVE NEVER ONCE DO SOMETHING THAT I WANT, IF YOU WANT THAT OPPOSITE!?"

"Because I'm a wimp." Yuo said. "I hate it when things don't go my way I've been that way since I was a little kid." Yuo said. "And I just don't want to leave my mother. Nobody'd guess it, but I'm attached to my mother like a leech. I don't want to leave her because I love my mother!" Yuo was in tears. "She saved me from a completely different home, death and I'm just a wimp! I'm a cry baby and a mothers boy!!" Yuo pushed her back, storming out.

Before she could counter, he shoved her back and rushed away. She growled lowly to herself. "Fine! Be that way! Makes me feel just fantastic!" she yelled. So much for being considered the 'top of his family.' or whatever it was he had said in Suna. It was quite obvious that he didn't want her around as much as she had thought. It was obvious that about half of the things he had told her in the last week were lie. She stopped upstairs and began pcking her thigns messily.

Yuo went into the kitchen, picking up a piece of his broken mug. He stood up, slipping his shirt off and sighing heavily. "I'll miss you Mother, Shizuke...and most of all you Haruka..." Yuo quickly sliced the piece of broken mug across his chest and down to his stomach. His blood seeped from the wound and he fell backwards, making a loud thump.

Haruka jumped when a loud thud came from downstairs. "Yuo?" she called down, curious. "Did you break something again?" She waited for a moment, but no response came. She quickly went downstairs, and into the kitchen. Then she stepped in the blood. She kneeled down quickly beside Yuo, reaching up onto the counter and grabbing a random rag and placing it over the wound. "YUo! Oh, my god! YUO!" she yelled.

Yuo's head tilted to the side and blood dripped from the side of his mouth. "Te...ll...mo...ther...I'...ll...mi...ss...s...her." a few tears dripped from his eyes. "I'...ll...lo...v...ve....you...u...for...e...ver."

She pressed harder on the wound, trying to clot the cut. She quickly covered his mouth. "Stop talking like that." she begged, returning her focus to his wound. "You're going to be ok. YOu'll see Misuki and Shizuke again. You're not going to die." No matter how mad she was at him, she still couldn't picture a world without him. It was pointless.
