Atasuke smirked, "Yeah, I travel here and there," now that he was getting more comfortable around her since she didn't scream or freak out, he would say longer sentences. But Karuki's probably heard of his unknown sister more than him since she's wanted and everything, but he didn't bring it up. He looked at her in the eyes and tried to understand what she was all about.

Karuki smiled, noticing he was talking a bit more and was relieved that he seemed a bit comfortable talking to her. She had heard about both him and his sister from that person and actually was interested enough to see what happened with them not too long ago, so she understood him pretty well considering she just met him. She understands he had a pretty bad past, and decided she wouldn't bring it up. She noticed him looking at her and looked back, her cheeks a little warm. And because it's Karuki, she thought it was just because of the temperature as usual.

Atasuke smirked, noticing her look away and turn a little red. Of course, he pretended like he didn't notice, "What about you?" he finally asked. He was usually the one being asked questions the most, but he wanted to ask Karuki about herself.

Karuki felt her cheeks get warmer, still thinking it was the temperature. "What about me?" she asked, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear and curious of what he wanted to know about her. She wondered what he wanted to know as she waited for his response.

Atasuke shrugged, "Wherever you want to start," he said, leaning back on a nearby wall. He didn't care what she said, he just wanted to know what she was about. He just gave her simple short answers, but she knew somewhat about him. Now he wanted to know somewhat about her.

"Well I'll tell you as much as I know about you then," Karuki said as she looked at him, still leaning against a wall. "I'm from here in the leaf village and like you, I travel I bit... But not as much. The only reason I'm here is to keep a promise to Roozu and find one of my teammates Karin..."

Atasuke nodded, "Now we're equal," he said, as another short and simple comment. He was finding his sister and she was finding her teammate. They weren't so different when you looked at it. He stared at her again, making another attempt to look at her in the eyes. Of course, this made people uncomfortable he understood, but he wanted to read her a bit.

Karuki looked back, smiling a little and a blush clearly visible on her cheeks now. "Yep, seems like it," she replied. She was surprised a bit, she never had much in common with anyone really. She felt the air getting colder as the sun set but ignored it as much as she could, and still thinking the temperature was the cause of her blushing.

Atasuke noticed Karuki blush again, so he decided to stop looking at her in the eyes that way she wouldn't feel uncomfortable, "We're not much different," he commented, looking at the sun set. He noticed all of the red-orange clouds in the sky as he was looking up. This time, he didn't look at her in the eyes when he looked at Karuki again.

"Yeah, I guess we are." Karuki looked away from Atasuke, coming to realization about something and stared up at the colorful sky which was growing darker by the moment. "It's kinda odd, don't you think? Two strangers having so much in common... It's kinda cool," she smiled and looked back at him.

Atasuke looked at her and nodded, "Yeah," he replied, shortly. He then followed her gaze towards the sky and noticed the red rays of the sun slowly coming down. He watched it go down for a while, but then looked at the purplish redish clouds and colors in the sky. A painting could be drawn from this sunset. He then watched the last of the sun go down and he looked at Karuki.

Karuki watched as the sky grew dark and looked back at Atasuke. "So..." Karuki started, "What ya wanna do?" She really didn't know what else to say at the moment, and that usually was what she said at times like that.

Atasuke shrugged, "Hills? Forest? Ramen?" he threw out a few suggestions. He looked at Karuki if she had any suggestions. He looked towards the rooftops, indicating to her that they could do that as well since it was dark already. He then waited for her response as he leaned back against the wall.

Karuki looked at the rooftops as well, and got an idea. "How about a race? From here to the forest?" She loved to race in the dark for some odd reason, and thought Atasuke might be up for a challenge.

Atasuke smirked, "Bring it on," he said as he hopped up onto a rooftop, "to the forest then?" he asked Karuki, waiting for her to come up. Racing at night was better then racing at day because it gave more of a challenge. He had just recently heard that Mista was in the recent exams. Atasuke wanted to meet her again. But, he knew that she just wouldn't enter out of the blue, so he suspected some kind of team was up to this.
