kakuta didn't wanna out right say it to kudo in front of aino. but he was taking so long on purpose. he thought it was better to have her learn about the desert the hard way. "i'll say 25 dollars you can't get us there in under a day." he had to keep up his appearance of not being able to to aino. she'd realize he was just messing with her later on in life. well he'd just have to wait until then.

Kudo smiled not sure why he was taking so long but then began to think it was for a reason so he would help keep up the rouse for the time being.He looked at the ground and slowly made a road that was stable and began to walk."Walking on stone is easier the sand"he said but the decied to help kakuta by saying"But there are some spots where I can reach the stone so we will have to walk threw the sand"He now had the feeling that kakuta wanted this time although he was not sure why but decide it would not hurt to take longer.

he nodded at kudo. "well you're gonna have to lead the way then." aino was grinning. "alright it's not gonna take us so long to get there. your gonna be called my pathfinder now kudo. the sorceress has a pathfinder that will can her to the ends of the world and back. our journey seems to be looking well." kakuta looked at her like she was an idiot for saying that. "learn a jutsu before calling your self the great sorceress anymore." kakuta liked her but she was to damn annoying at times. but her attitude was the only reason why he even brought her along. if her will was any weaker she wouldn't be able to get along so well with him. she was as rowdy and annoying as he had been.

Kudo chuckled and said"a jutsu can come from anywhere.In my opinion all you had to do is find what inspires you"he made the ground slowly rise and fall as they walked"my ancestors found the earth safe and suitable for protection so we have this technique to protect ourselves."He walked slightly faster so that's why she could feel how he felt about the earth.In his mind it was his true friend and Allie his true companion anywhere.

"from anywhere?" aino said looking like she had an idea. kakuta grabbed by the top of her head and picked her up with his left hand. "wipe that evil look off of your face." he had that look on his face when he tried to make his spike bomb jutsu. it tore down his house. that was just another jutsu he wouldn't be using. aino was trailing behind him playing with hand signs. she had an idea for a jutsu but she didn't know enough yet. she looked from kudo and kakuta. "you guys are gonna teach me how to make this thing."

Kudo stopped and said"let me show you something first"he watched her making hand signs"In my family I wasn't allowed to use hand signs till I could defend myself without using nin jutsu so my suggestion is practice Tai jutsu till you are good at and able to use your chakra that way"he smiled and said"i can deffend myself just fine without using jutsu or anything the like"he raised a pillar of rock quickly and punched a hole threw it as if it were no problem"now do you see?"

"i gotta be able to fight now to? but i just wanna use my magic like kuta does." the image of him walking through the fire to save her was imprinted in her mind it was something she would never forget. she really looked up to him. she acted twords him like how she did because no one else would treat him like a person. he always seemed so alone. "can kuta fight like that to?" kakuta would have given any one else a hostile look for asking such a question. "yes i can. but brute strength isn't how i fight." he grew a crystal blade out of the back of his hand and swiped at the pillar splitting it in half. "he's right you need to learn how to use hand to hand combat. but my style isn't one you can really use. i can teach you a little of what i use and maybe kudo can help you with the rest." she looked to kudo with her big eyes. "can you please help me learn? pretty please."

He smiled and looked at her and began to think"On one condition you cant give up on me since I dont teach people who quit"back in Iwa no one ever trained with him since they thought he was to serious and was insane because he seemed never to stop training"My training is considered harsh by most but if you wish to learn I shall teach you"he analized her and knew brute strength wouldnt be her way but possibly conter strikes and evading"I will make it so you can do all of your technquies easily after a while"he smiled and kept walking

she smiled they where good men. lonely but good. she'd help them. make them become better and in return they would make her stronger. She kicked air and slipped. She got back up and pretended like it never happened. "If your way is so much faster then kuta's then how long is it gonna take before we actually get there than? it's still gonna take a long time like this."

Kudo chuckled and said"walk in the sand and then walk on solid earth and tell me which way is faster?"he stoped forming earth and he began walking in the sand where it contantly shifted and the more weight you put the more you began to sink although he managed to walk without to much difficulty but it was still a task.He also thought this would by kakuta more time for what he needed so they can make this journey longer then expected.

Aino turned her nose up. "It's only hard for big fatties like you two. I'm thin and fit. I don't eat like you two do." kakuta pulled his hood over his head and ignored the girl after thinking. "she's to obnoxious for her own good. and she eats three times as much as i do." Aino began skipping in the sand pretending like everything was perfect. of coarse she'd climb on some ones back when the sun was high enough but she'd fake it until she'd break.

Kudo chuckled and sad"A fatty am I now well then little girl lets see what you think of this?"he pulled on his hood and ran threw the sand and jumped into the air spinning and flipping as if it were nothing to him and then stoped in the middle of the sand and began to do it backwards towards them"I may look bulky but I was at one time a member of the anbu and I have never stoped training.The only diffrenece now from then is my age"he chuckled as he slowly walked again.

Aino opened her mouth to say something but Kakuta flicked the back of her neck and she dropped down unconscious. "forget the girl lets just get the city .i need some time to relax with out her around."
He picked Aino up by the head and tossed her over his left shoulder. Grabbed the white kunai off of her belt and bit into the the freezing metal. it was cooling him down from the inside out. he kicked his sandals off and strapped them to his right forearm.
he patted Aino's back. she was sound asleep draped over his shoulder. "maybe aino isn't old enough to have to learn this specific lesson i want to teach her. so lets just go."

Kudo nodded and said"Was it patience?"he began to form the earth again and lept upon it"well we can get to the city rather quickly now if you wish or we may take our time"he looked out on the horizon and began to see some forms and said"it dosnt seem to far off maybe about 2 hours of consitant walking or running if we want"

"i have no reason to stay out in this sand. the city is right there." he pulled out his wallet. "so mister ex-anbu wanna race to the city? if you can beat me you get 50 nice crispy dollars." he pulled out the bill and then started to run off towards the city. eh this girl and both of his bags where heavy.
