She laughed, but only once. "I suppose it's only fair that i answer..." she said with a defeated sigh. "It was my father that did it. I was three or four when it happened..." she kept her hand on the scar as she spoke. "He thre a glass bottle at him, and it scattered on contact..." Every word out of her mouth was emotionless, as if it was all just a figment and had never really happened. Yet she knew all too well it was real.

"So I guess a piece of the glass bottle cut your jaw?" Kaname asked. "Or did something else happen?" He added. He was usually curious on how people got scars. He hasn't ever gotten a scar before, and he's happy that he hasn't gotten one. I wonder how close we are. He randomly thought.

"No... the bottle itself upon shatering on impact gave me the scar." she moved her hand down forcefully and sharply. "But what does it matter anyway..." she grumbled. "I hate my father for it, as well as my sister, and that's the only real aftershock. You get used to having people stare at you all the time..." she sighed, trying to get rid of her angry tone. "Sorry..." she appologized quickly.

"You don't have to apologize, I can notice your anger from what happened to you in the past." Kaname said. When he said that, he thought that he sounded smart for once. He noticed blood running down his face so he wiped it with his sleeve. I wonder where this blood came from... He thought.

She took in a deep breath. "No. I got worked up. Who knows, i might have taken it out on you..." she smirked slightly at the thought, but turned her head just enough that she didn't think he would notice. "We should be at my campsite momentarily..." she said suddenly, noticing the entrance to the clearing where her tent was pitched. "Then you can gett out of those ran-sacked clothes..."

Kaname nodded slightly. "Finally..." He said quietly. He was getting annoyed by the holes in his clothes. "How come you attacked me?" He randomly asked. He wanted to know why she attacked him right after he was just in a different fight. He had gotten hurt pretty badly in the fight he had to run away from.

She stiffened as she entered the clearing and walke over to the campsite she had set up. Without answering she ducked into her tent and grabbed the large baggy shirt she had, one of many, from inside. She held it out to him before finally answering. "Boredom..." she said quietly, looking away. She was rather ashamed now of what she had done.

"I was the one who attacked you since I can get angry very easily..." Kaname said. He followed her until she went inside the tent. When she came out, he grabbed the shirt. "Where should I change my shirt?" He asked. He didn't want to change his shirt in front of her.

She snickered slightly, more comically than mocking. "Well, if you're shy," she stretched out the last word, sarcastically, "I'll go inside the tent while you get changed..." She laughed again as she turned to go inside, closing the curtain over the doorway. "I won't peek. I promise." she called from behind the canvas. "Just tell me when you're done!"

Kaname nodded. "Okay." He said. When she went inside, he took off his shirt. If you looked on his back, you could see a big, black, and bold Japanese character that was 'nightmare'. He put the shirt on. It was a good fit, it kind of went past his waist, but he liked wearing shirts like that. "I'm done." He said.

When she heard him call to signify he was finished, she opened the flap and stepped out. "Not a bad fit..." she said, grinning. "God, you must be huge to fit into that thing... It's practically a dress on me..." she laughed, only now realizing that he had at least seve inches on her, height wise. As well as the fact that he was much more muscular than herself.

"Only because I'm 6 feet tall." Kaname said. He didn't mind being tall, since he got used to it after a couple of years. He was usually taller than most people he met, he was even taller than his 19 year old brother. He was happy that he got to wear a non-holed shirt. He was fine with his pants having holes in them.

She laughed. "Obviously..." she said, peering up at him. Her smile faded as she turned now. "I suppose that you'll be leaving now..." she said. She was surprised to find a hint of sadness within her own tone. Turning, she hit her own head, trying to snap herself out of it. She didn't get sad, it wasn't within her nature. "So... bye... i guess..."

"I don't have to leave if you don't want me to." Kaname said. He didn't really feel like leaving unless she wanted him to leave. He liked being around new people he meets. He likes the company, since he barly gets new friends. Usually all the fights he gets into lessens the friends he gets.

Juni perked up slightly at his words. Company was just so nice to have for a change, but she tried to restrain her excitment as she responded. "If you wanted to, you could stay for dinner." she offered, struggling to keep her voice in monotones. "It was be the least i could do, after i attacked you and all..." she laughed nervously, rubbing the back of her head.
