I'm gonna tweak it alittle later around the personality later. also I want him in the chuunin exam if possible.

Name: Kaito
Age: 15
Rank: Chunin
Village: Hidden Sand Village
Appearance: Has black hair that's alittle past his shoulder which he lets flow regularly and it drops a bit on the sides of his face. He has sky blue eyes that seem to be looking at extra details in everthing and everyone. Wears a long black sleeve shirt with a red dragon wrapping around a yin-yang symbol on the back. Wears black pants that seem to be baggy but he's used to them along with traditional black ninja sandals. Also he has an avergae/slighty muscular body type. He has a dagger that he keeps on him at practically all times.
Personality: He doesn't really show any emotion infront of people unless it's anger. He always examines people by how they act and what they seem to show about themselves. He is kinda queit but he can be talkative and sometimes only says afew words. Pays alot of attention to details and sometimes acts likes there is more detail than other people can see. Is now heartless and never cares much for anyone anymore. Craves power and will do anything to get it no matter what the cost.
Background: His mother died when he was born and he was raised by his sister and father. As he reached age 6 his father started training him to be a ninja against his will. After he graduated from the academy he thought that his father would be proud but that only made his training get harsher. As his father trained him Kaito started hating his father wishing he would be nicer and an actual father than more of a trainer. When he reached age 10 him and his sister had made a good bond then one night he killed his father but his sister kept him and raised him. When his sister say Kaito murder their father she wasn't surprised but she was alittle scared of him now. When he was 12 he seemed to be normal and his sister was happy. After he turned 13 his sister died from an illness and he started raising himself. Since he's by himself he's doubled in his training time.

There will be two teams. Team 1 will be led by Gurisetzu and will go into the chunin exams to compete. Team two is led by Kira Izumi (played by Kaito) and is the team that will be sneaking around Konoha after putting up a bad effort and purposely being kicked out first round. Note all of them are trained by Gurisetzu but they are devided so because there needs to be two seperate teams. One is not necesarily better than the other.
Team 1: Gurisetzu
Reisuke (Played by Ikara)
Juni (played by Haruka)
Inusen (yet to be aquired, but don't worry he shall be turned to the dark side soon...)
Team 2: Kira
Mista (played by Atasuke)
Saishuu (played by Tsing)
Kaito himself.
As I said earlier, both teams will enter and team 1 will do their best to stay in the competition to give team 2 and Gurisetzu some time to do snooping. This is because Guri trained team 1 to smoke the exam and team 2 to sneak like ninjas. So there are theams, I suggest you read the profiles of your team mates in preparation to start rping with them. Tada! It's finally done!

Shouldn't we have some people to antagonize the antagonists? For instance, are there any people with (light-sided) Genin characters that are ready to head up to the Chunin rank? They could take part in the exams as well so as to create a foil for the bad-guys.
If this is the case, though, teams would need to start being assigned, and Kaede's still working on that...
I'm just wondering how all of this will work out; I guess I should say.
(Oh, and thanks for the chance to rp, Oyushi!)

Mista- ......*thinks* I won't be for long, baka; drawing too much attention to myself is dangerous.
But I do have a question though. Where do we exactly RP? Do we have our own board or something?
