The lightning seemed to have stuck the ape. But then Haruka notice that Kasuga wasn't on the ape's back anymore. She saw a ripple in the water behind it, and guessed that Kasuga had jumped in. She sent another lighting bolt down, this time towards the water, knowing it conducted electricity. She jumped off of Lee Ann and told her to rest up for a bit, but to keep her defenses up. She ran towards the water, ready for any attack from the ape or Kasuga.

Kasuga leapt out of the river, still kinda shocked from the lightning bolt. She wobbled towards another tree, but shook it off. But then she saw her ape, on the ground, kinda shocked and hurt at the same time. Kasuga widened her eyes and ran towards the trees since the light was very bright still.
"Transformation Jutsu," she muttered as she transformed into her own ape. She did a subsitution and switched places with the ape and she took its spot, on the ground, but holding her guard.

Haruka heard movment, though she still couldn't see anything real clearly from the flash of lightning. She pressed on though and headed straight for Kasuga who was laying uncousious by the lake. She shook her slightly, but as soon as she touched her, she could sense a transformation. This wasn't Kasuga, it was the ape. She turned and looked at the fallen figure of the ape, which she had just realized what Kasuga herself.

In those moments when Haruka was rushing towards "herself" she got up and tackled her in the river. She then leapt up and put "Kasuga" by the trees and gave her some medicine to switch back when it recovered. Until then, Kasuga readied herself as an ape.

Haruka popped her head out of the water and spit at the taste. She formed a spiral of water around her lower body to lift her out of the water and fling her at Kasuga. "You're smart, but try this on!" She did a super fast low round house kick to try and trip her up, holding some water ready for another counter attack.

Kasuga glanced and saw "Kasuga" start waking up, so she transformed back into herself as she was in the trees again as herself and the ape was the one there, facing the counter kick. She made her ape do a subsitution to avoid half of the attack. Kasuga cracked her whip towards Haruka, following kunai.

Haruka did a sustatution as well and apeared on the back of Lee Ann. "So we're back to this." she said. She held on tight to the back of Lee Ann's feathers, as she sent him to do a spiraling drill with her long beak straight towards Kasuga and then curving to hit her ape. Haruka whiped some water behind her after the beak drill as a way to make sure that she hit her target.

Kasuga leapt onto the trees, but she did get hit by the beak a bit, barely missing the ice. After the bird had passed a bit, she leapt again and landed on the bird. She got out a kunai and stabbed it a bit and leapt off, following more kunai aiming more for the bird and one whip crack towards Haruka. She didn't want the ape to face anymore damage, so she dispersed it.

haruka felt a sharp pain in her sholder. She turned and saw Kasuga had gotten on and off quickly, and had hit her with a kunai. She held her hand on the cut and patched it up quickly. Then she noticed Kasuga throwing kunai at Lee Ann and cracking her whip at her. She tied off the bandage and lifted up an ice shield just behind Lee Ann's tail.
as thye flew towards the ape, it disappeared and Lee Ann's beak made a hard contact with the tree. Small tears formed in it's eyes and it cried out in pain. She recalled her, realizing that she was no longer in any condition to battle.
haruka made a quick attempt at a ball of static, much like that of chidori but much weaker. She charged at Kasuga, the static readied in her hand.

Kasuga used a subsitution jutsu and went into the trees. She felt sorry for both of their summons. She started to cry a little, always having a soft spot for animals, especially when she saw her ape get thrown around and seeing the poor bird crying. But, she had to shake off the emotion; if Haruka saw her crying, she'd know her soft spot immedietely. So hopped out of the trees and threw kunai aiming towards Haruka's hand.

Haruka saw a slight glint on Kasuga's face. She was almost sure she was crying, but tried to ignore it and not go easy on her. She hoped that kasuga's ape would be alright, and lee ann too.
She saw the kunai flying her way. She did a quick substatution and threw a windmill shuriken at her and then also pulling up some earth and launching it right behind the shuriken, not completely letting off her control on it.

Kasuga widened her eyes at the windmill shuriken and the earth that followed it. She went into the trees again, but her leg got sratched a littlr from the shuriken. She cracked her whip by where Haruka was and followed kunai, readying herself.

'Whip, then kunai. That seems to be her constant combo.' Haruka thought dodging the whip, but being hit with two of the kunai. One scratched her shin the other she elbow. It stung like paper cut. 'If i could just get all her kunai, it might weaken her strategy combo a little." Haruka lept around from tree to tree, then to the ground, gathering all the fallen kuani, both her's and Kasuga. 'just can't throw these unless it absolutely nessisary.' she stuffed them into ther weapons pouch, now bulding and heavy, but she paid it no mind.
She whipped some liquidated water at at Kasuga, making it grab her whip. She did so successfully and gave it a harsh tug backwards to try to disarm her.

"Water Whip!" Kasuga said as water formed into another whip. She used her aftershock to give it some electricity. She then started to crack her whip towards Haruka again, making a bit of a shock when she got hit with it. She then leapt up and put an exploding tag on Haruka as she swung to another tree.
"Exploding Tag: Activate," Kasuga said as she awaited the explosion.

Haruka felt the jolt go up her arm and quickly dropped the water before it spred to the rest of her body. Haruka, relizing that there was not true escape from the exploding tag, tryed to move the force of the explotion to either side of her with a wind movement. It proved successfull but a few of the burning peices landed on her and stung. She chased Kasuga, popping a medical food pill in her mouth to regain some of her physical strength. She imediantly felt a serge of heat through her body and felt better than ever. She speed at kasuga and did a double high kick at the back of her knees.
