Appearance: wavy blond hair that falls to his shoulders and in the front go to his eyes, he has seductive blood red eyes and skin as white as snow, his smile is like most people's except for the fangs in the back. he has 42 small scars on his chest, one for every kill he's made. he wears a black shirt with thin armor underneath it, and black pants that also have armor under them, he carries two long-swords in sheaths on his back and razor-thin blades that he uses as weapons or to distract an opponent, he wears no shoes, because they slow him down.
Personality: Teka likes to be alone as much as possible, he is not sadistic, but loves the taste and smell of blood, he intends to make his attacks precise and to the point, draining as little blood as possible until the 'draining period' where he sucks from his opponent or victim, he thinks it is necessary to kill all he drains from, and cuts the number of those he killed on his chest, Teka is smart enough to never stay rooted, once there is rumor of a vampire he flees, moving to a new village, he cares only about himself and will only work if it's to suit his personal gain.
Background: Teka lived as a child in a village whose name he forgot, he was raised to be a ninja, but never was a good one, one day he found his mother's corpse in his home, two bite marks on her neck, he soon found out that his father drank blood and killed, he was so addicted that he would brake down if he stopped, Teka soon became in the same habit, his father taught him everything about how to survive on blood, one day Teka learned that his father was going to turn him in as the vampire of the village to take the suspicion away from himself, Teka responded by killing his father and leaving the village, Teka raised himself and eventually came across a lab where a man called Akio could make him stronger, Teka took him up on that offer and was trained not as an experiment, but as a plague, Akio sent him places to spread fear to demand power, when Teka realized what he was doing, he fled and lived on his own, traveling for a while, he graduated the hidden leaf village's academy on one stay and passed the genin and chunin exams quite easily
