OOC: If I got the wrong Idea from your pm just say what you want me to do, and I'll delete this or whatever.
IC: Gurisetzu landed on a rooftop, absolutely silently. He looked down upon the boy he was following. Really it was unfair to call him a mere boy. A man would have been more appropriate, but since when was Gurisetzu fair? He had been watching this one for quite some time. He was quite skilled, but there was something he was hiding. Gurisetzu knew he had seen him somewhere before, that was what led him to believe that this boy was a ninja, an exceptional ninja, and hence why he tailed him.
The Leader of the time village stood up and watched the boy as the older man became visible. "Hello down there." he called out. "Care for a chat Inusen."

(OOC: Wait, Oyushi. Do you think that you could hold off on this stuff until I set up the official Organizations thread? [It should be done soon; teams might be up tomorrow, to give you an estimate]. I just want to wait so that people will understand this more. You know, just to give them more solid footwork. Thanks so much).

{OOC: I get the impression that, since the Village of Time board is up, we're allowed to continue?}
Inusen looked up towards the source of the voice instantly. He began to panic inwardly, his mind racing with thoughts.
"I haven't mentioned my name to anyone from this village yet, so there's no way he could know my name unless...a hunter-nin?!?" He thought rapidly. "Then there's no way out of this quickly unless I take him down...how did he find me so fast?"
Inusen crouched and drew his kodachi, ready to counter whatever move the opponent made towards him. He had only arrived in this village a little while ago, and wasn't quite ready to leave just yet.

Gurisetzu laughed. "No need for that my friend." he said as he hopped down from the roof and onto the ground beside the boy. "So that is your name. I thought it was, you seem familiar, I think I know you from somewhere, but I can't seem to put my finger on it, maybe it was a long time ago." he strolled confidently up to the boy pushing aside the weapon and putting his armaround the boy. "Now, I have a proposition to make to you. How about we chat about it over lunch. Where would you like to go then?" he asked kindly, trying to seem friendly. His eyes flicked around hopping there were no nin in town who were ex suna and who might recognise him.

{OOC: Heh, Inusen is ex-suna...and this is sounding a bit creepy to me...}
Inusen had a very, very bad feeling about this. The man was apparently friendly, but that was certainly no indication of intentions. Inusen backed away from him again, but put away his kodachi.
The man claimed to recognize him, and that was bad enough. He was either a ninja from the sand village, or he had traveled as much, or more, than Inusen had. Either way, it was not a situation Inusen needed to be a part of. He took off running down the alleyway. He might be able to outrun the man, but more than likely not. Inusen just needed to think over his options for the moment.
Before Inusen made it very far, he recalled that the ninja said he had a proposition for him. Curiosity piqued a little, Inusen slowed to a stop.
"Perhaps I should hear him out...he's probably too strong to be beaten in this way anyways, so it won't do me any good running." Inusen thought.
With that, he turned and waited for the unknown ninja. If he really was interested in giving Inusen an offer, he would have followed him here.

And the S Class missing nin had. Not only followed him, he was infront of the boy. He sighed and teleported to infront of the kid after he turned around. "Ah, I see, you are interested in my proposition hmm?" Gurisetzu knew where most of the people in this crummy place went to eat, that ramen place, he thought he knew where it was so he put his hand on Inusen's should and began walking him towards the ramn place, or where he thought it was anyway. In his experience, people were always happier to listen and consider when they were eating.
Never the less, he may as well begin talking to the boy now. In truth he knew where he had seen the kid before, and it was a Sunagakure wanted poster, but he thought that this detail may have scared the boy into running, it seemed it was a wise choice now that he had seen the kid's tendency to runaway. "So Inusen, I happen to be able to tell that you are a very strong ninja. Yet you are new here... Have you trained in another village before?" he asked.
"Anyway, that doesn't matter. The thing is I can tell you are an exceptional ninja, and I happen to think you can do alot better than what you are doing now, not fighting, not training, you are squandering your talent and skill. Just as you would be if you joined this village. They wouldn't train you properly, push you enough, and allow you to become what you can. I know others like you, and I have offered to train them, to allow them to become more powerful than they'd ever dreamed. Would you like that, Inusen my boy? Would you like to never have to run ever again... as you did earlier to me." he added, hoping the gap between the statements would get his true message across without the boy noticing. Never have to run from a village ever again.
"Because if you would like all of that, you can have it and I will show you how. But if not, I'll still treat you to lunch and then I'll be gone, and you'll have to stay being a nobody forever more."

{Thanks Ikara!}
Not entirely listening to the conversation, Inusen's ears perked up at "...never have to run again."
"Is he serious?" Inusen wondered. If nothing else in the ninja's offer was interesting to him, a village to finally stay in would be too good to be true. It wasn't power or training that he wanted, but simply a permanent village would be all that he could ever want.
It certainly sounded too good to Inusen. There had to be something fishy about this, since the guy still rubbed him the wrong way. Inusen decided, however, to find out more.
"Hold on a second...who are you, and what are the conditions behind this, 'proposition'?"

Gurisetzu sat him down at a table at Ikiraku Ramen and ordered two bowls of the dish. He leaned his hands on the table and smiled. "You see I was once a jounin from the sand village, Inusen, and then I got bored, they weren't servicing my needs enough, allowing me to grow to my full potential. So I left and created this great village up in the mountains, where people like us come to train, and become the best they can be. It is Isolated, there is no one up there we don't want, we stay thee with free food and shelter, protected from the outside world. There are many there with dark backgrounds, dodgy pasts, but we do not fret that. Regardless of what has happened to them in the past, this is what it happening to them now." The girl placed the two bowls of ramen down and Gurisetzu slid one over to infront of Inusen along with a pair of chopsticks.
"You see we are the village hidden in time." he said indicating his forhead protector that was strapped around his arm. "We will be going to the chunin exams and advancing through the ranks, just as normal ninja do. But we will be far stronger than any other genin, you will pass easily," he remarked off handedly. "I am inviting you to become a part of this village, and to stay there for as long as you like, safe and accepted. So what do you think?" he asked and ate a some of his ramen.

"Heh, so he is from Suna..." Inusen thought to himself. He had come so far that he had few memories of that village left to him, save for the people he had killed. He would never quite get over that.
"I get it now. You want me to participate in your Chunin exams." Inusen said, ignoring the ramen in front of him. The man made him lose his appetite anyways. "So, all I have to do is follow you to this village, join your 'ninja ranks', and be a good citizen, right?" Inusen asked. He began thinking of how troublesome it would be to have to become a ninja all over again, then he remembered what it had been like to train in the mist village. It was difficult, but at least it gave him a sense of purpose.
Still, the man was from Suna, so it might altogether just be another trick for Inusen to overcome. However, when Inusen looked at the older ninja, he couldn't help but feel that he had no choice in the matter. That feeling would persist every time he was given an order by Gurisetsu, but Inusen wouldn't know it just yet. Even so, the prospect of a new village in which he wouldn't have to hide from anyone was just too promising to resist.
Sighing deeply, Inusen nodded his consent. "I guess there's nothing left for me to do here, then. What would you have me do first, Sensei?"

Gurisetzu smiled. I was too easy, he had been converted just like that, he knew this was another great addition to his teams. "You can come back to the village, ou can train there and eat, what ever, there will be a training session sceduled, I would suggest tht you be there." he said and stood up, leading the way as he began heading for the hidden time village. "Oh, and don't worry about being a good citezen, we don't bother with that where you're going." he added.

With that, Inusen watched Gurisetsu walk away for a little while, wondering if he had made the right choice. He mulled it over for a little while, trying to think of the downsides. he tried as hard as he could to think logically, but the thought of a permanent village kept popping into his head. Eventually, he gave up.
"Looks like I'm setting out again." Inusen thought to himself.
He had noticed, however, that Gurisetsu left without paying. Frowning, Inusen payed for the meal before heading out after the older ninja.
"Nobody's perfect, I suppose..." Inusen muttered, deciding to set aside his personal opinions of Gurisetsu for the moment. For now, all he wanted to think about was what the Village Hidden in Time would look like.
