Satos Running

[Kuzio]

(OOC: Sato is the fastest of my characters)

Sato ran aroundthe village, tenth time in 2 minutes according to his little stopwatch, he sat down on the bench to take a little rest, he smiled a little and smirked after his smiling, "GOta get faster" he said, he ra around the village once more, except this time he tripped and landed in front of someone, he lookd up and saw who it was smiling innocently.

Miki seemed as oblivious as always, as she wondered down the streets. Perhaps if she had paid more attention, she would've noticed a blur that ran in a similar pattern through the village.

She had nearly run into a wall for not paying attention, and she seemed to be in her own little world, until a boy tripped, landing in front of her.

Miki peered down curiously, before fully snapping back to reality and going, "Oh! Are you okay?!?" She held out her hand to help the boy up.

Sato looked up more and saw the hand, he took it and pulled himself up, "I'm okay." he said lowly, he brushed himself off, "Im Satoshi Yuunah" he said holding his hand out now to shake, "Would you mind telling me yours?" he said still lowly, he didnt like to talk around people.

[Kira]

Miki smiled and replied "I'm Mizuki Naiome..." She felt a bit like her presence was unwanted, judging from the way Satoshi acted, but shook his hand anyways.

It was either that the feeling she had was right, or her conversational skills were just that bad.

Focusing more on her thoughts, Miki didn't blush, for she had forgotten about thinking about her bad habit.
It was only when she thought about blushing, that it happened to her, but when she didn't focus on it, she stayed a normal skin tone.

[Kuzio]

"So what are you doing this day" he asked still kinda low, he remebered something his b ro had told him about being kind, he sighed alittle and smiled at her weakly, he didn actually want to but just kept his manners good and decent for the time being, he stood there waiting on a reply if she wanted to tell him.

[Kira]

Miki smiled. "Not much...I was just walking around the village, day-dreaming..." she admitted sheepishly. She was hoping to strike up some kind of conversation.

"Umm....so how are you doing today?" she asked, unsure of how to keep a conversation going.

Part of her hoped to keep the conversation going, but another part of her felt a little awkward for wanting to keep a conversation going with Satoshi, who seemed to have loosened up a bit, but she was still unsure of how he felt about having her around right now.

[Kuzio]

Sato smiled a little again, "Good, been better but good, You?" he asked looking at her, he wasnt sure of how to talk to people living in secrecy for a long time, he was just going off by things he saw other people doing, he rubbed the back of his head for no reason waiting on a reply, he was happy for some reason but sad at the same time.

[Kira]

"A bit nervous, yet happy..." Miki admitted, once again. Another silence settled between them, and she muttered, quite randomly, "I'm sorry...I have no conversational skills, so it must be boring to talk to me..."

She looked down and stared at the ground she was standing on, hoping to get at least a small distraction from it, but with no avail.

It had been a while since she had a decent conversation with any boy, because her past experiences with boys didn't exactly end 'well'... After her incident with the guy she thought she thought she knew, she tried to swear off boys, in fear of falling in love again, only to wind up hurt once more.
It was hard though. It wasn't that she fell in love easily, but the thought scared her out of her wits.

[Kuzio]

"Not at all...I'm not that con- convor- converstutional" he sputtered out nut sure how to say it, he didnt really get all of the big words some times.

Satos last girlfriend he had died because it was all his fault, on a mission, stabbed in the back, these thoughts continued to fill Satos head until he held it and sighed deeply, then they disappeared, Sato looked up to Miki, "So.." eh began butnothing came after.

[Kira]

Miki racked her brain for something to start a conversation starter, but came up empty-handed.

"Ah yes, you're sooo good at conversations Mizuki. Sure, depend on others to start coversations, why don't cha?" she thought in a sarcastic, bitter tone to herself.

"Um...yeah...so..." she trailed of and nervously stared at the ground, feeling a blush crawl up her cheeks because there was nothing to distract her habit from taking action.

"Umm....would you like to hang out with me?" she asked. It was the only thing that came into her head and she simply said it.

Sadly, it didn't stop the blush covered her face. Without realizing it, she reached her hand up to touch her extremely red and warm cheek, brushing a stray hair from her eyes.

[Kuzio]

Sato looked at her for a second, this question seemed to come out of the blue, "Uh..Sure?" he answered, he noticed her face was red, "Are you okay?" he asked worriedly.

He didnt know why her face was red, was she sick or something was what he was wondering, he sighed a litle as these thoughts continued to fill his head.

When theycleared he waited for Mikis response or how she would act or do.

Miki smiled sheepishly, attempting to get rid of her blush, but unsuccessfully so.

"Um...g-great!", she stuttered. "Is there anywhere you'd like to go?"

Although the red color on her cheeks faded, it wasn't completely gone, much to her disappointment. She was able to tell from the heat radiating off her face when the blush increased, and how it seemed to cool off when the color faded away.

She attempted to make eye contact, succeeding only at looking at the floor once more.

"Curse life for giving me sucky conversational skills and acting idiotic around guys!", she thought a bit angrily, but seeming unfazed on the outside. She was curious about what Sato's hobbies might be, though.
