Kasuga was wandering the streets of Konoha, curious and late at night. She looked around seeing lights turning off and families tucking in their young. She scoffed at the sight. She never wanted to go back to her family, ever. They were in a different village and she was a missing-nin. Konoha was her favorite village and she kept walking and wandering the streets. With a cool breeze, her hair flew in the wind. She thought of her past again and her brother. "Pfft," she shook the thought off and thought no longer of it. Just then, she heard a noise; footsteps. She became alert immediately and looked around, kunai ready to strike. "Who's there? Show yourself," she remained calm, awaiting the response of the footstep owner.

Nauya let out a long sigh. It was getting dark. Yet another day of doing absolutely nothing, not that it mattered to him anyways. The teen stretched again, through a yawn. He looked up at the moon, for only a few moments before yawning again, and jumping down from the roof? Had he been asleep?
More then likel- someone was walking in front of him. He wasn't really trying to hide his footsteps, or be stealthy at all, and wasn't surprised when she turned, looking alarmed. 'Who's there? Show yourself,' Nauya made a face at this. She was holding a kunai. Ninja? More then likely, and above the rank of genin. Calm.
He took a few steps forward, trying desperately not to yawn. The last thing he needed was a fight, he had left his kunai, and throwing knives at home. Besides, he had just woken up. "Heyy." Nauya muttered, almost in a bored fashion, stopping just a few feet from the girl.

Kasuga looked up and saw a guy, maybe not much older than her or maybe the same. She didn't hold her guard down, but she decided to talk since he looked tired. "Hey," she said simply, "I haven't seen you around before; who are you?" she asked, keeping her cool. By the looks of him he looked like a ninja with nothing better to do than walk around; just like herself.

"Amata Nauya. Who's asking?" Nauya muttered, not really caring that she hadn't seen him before, hardly anyone realized he was even a chunin, so under motivated! His eyes wandered slowly around the street.. alley, then up to the moon, not yet half full, and covered by dark clouds. Strange.
"Kinda cold isn't?" He asked indifferently; "It might be some weird syndrome from just waking up, but that's doubtful." Now whoever she was, was probably going to think he was really weird. But he didn't know her, so all was cool. Funny how things worked out. Nauya knew he'd be more..outgoing if he hadn't just woken up. He yawned a little, studying the ninja infront of him, before offering a small smile she probably wouldn't be able to see.

"I'm Kasuga, don't ask about my last name," Kasuga put away her kunai, she now knew that Nauya had just woken up. She still looked at him and wondered about him, "yeah, I guess it's kinda cold since it is night," Kasuga looked up at the moon herself.
"What rank are you?" Kasuga didn't really notice that he was weird; she's been to a lot of villages and met plenty of people and she knew how different people could be. She looked back at him again and observed, "I'm a chuunin in case you're wondering,"

Nauya nodded, simply, not caring that once again, it was night time, and she probably hadn't noticed- jeez. She put the kunai away. Always good to know someone wasn't threatened by you. Nauya felt semi-stupid, and somehow managed to hold in laughter, at himself. He guessed this is what you'd call a; 'Point out the obvious moment'
"Chuunin. Most find it's hard to believe I'm a ninja." He wondered how she had guessed it. He wasn't wearing- forehead protector. Duh. Always a dead give-away, wasn't the stupid thing. It was teid rather unceremoniously around his boot. Must've fallen.. or something. Nauya blinked at the thing. "Kasuga, you know if the ramen store is still open?" That was random.

Kasuga looked down and saw the forehead protector loosely around his boot. She knew he was a ninja since almost everyone she met was one and he didn't look the the average drifter in the park; she examined him again, "I don't find it hard to believe you're a ninja; not everything is always what it seems," she told Nauya.
"I don't know if the ramen store is still open, but we can check if it is," Kasuga answered him, waiting for a response. Her forehead protector was around her shoulder as she looked at it and back at him.

Nauya kinda laughed, glad that the cold was finally waking him up. He pulled the forehead protector from his boot, as he caught her looking at it, and glad the dark hid a blush. It took him a moment to realize he had lied to her, partially. He was training to be a medical nin. But.. she didn't need to know that, did she?
"Yea, alright. It's a date." Nauya teased, despite himself. She hoped he wouldn't get punched, it was just how he was. The teen put the forehead protector into his pocket almost absently, and started walking, pausing and turning to see if she was joining him. "I haven't seen you around before either." Nauya pointed out, curiously. He had only lived in Konoha his whole life..

Kasuga caught herself blushing a bit when he said 'date.' Normally, she would've glared at him, but, she didn't know whether it was because it was late, or.... She shook the thought off and followed him. "I haven't seen you around either, Nauya," she commented back, noticing that he put his forehead protector in his pocket, "the hidden Leaf village is my favorite village so I decided to settle down here maybe about a year or two ago so I guess it's understandable that we've never seen each other before," Kasuga walked with him.

"Oh?" Nauya normally would've continued, but he didn't know anything really about Kasuga, and asking about where she came from could cause some unnecesary problems. "Sunagakure. That's the village I like best." Nauya murmured, in an almost absent, way, resting his hands on the back of his neck. "Konoha is.." Nauya smiled a little, at how stupid this was going to sound. "Konoha."
There really wasn't any other way he could describe it. His village had never really interested him that much. The Hidden Cloud Village. It would be nice to be a cloud. Or maybe a bird. It would be so easy to be a bird, to fly. "You like ramen, at all?" Nauya asked, realizing he didn't really have anything else to say, and feeling kind of stupid for it. He studied Kasuga, realising he hardly knew what she looked like.
Nauya paused for a moment, almost in annoyance, realizing they were stepping at the same time, then continued walking, feeling better. [[ooc// I'm really tired.. can't really think of anything.. -.- Ah well]]

"A little, it gets tiring after a while," Kasuga replied, her long brown hair blowing in the wind. She observed Nauya, "I don't blame you for picking Sand, but Leaf is usually where everyone is," she said, "but Konoha is what it is and no one can really change that unless something happened like a huge boom," she wasn't even thinking about what she was saying, as long as the conversation was continued.

Oyushi, angry at having been sent to bed so early, hopped into his bed for a few minutes before quietly getting into his clothes and strapping on his kunai container. Oyushi quietly openned his wondow and climbed out into the street. Suddenly he heard someone coming and crossed his hands into the sign of the ram, generating a replica in his bed. He jumped across to a pipe on the opposite buiding and reached out with his foot, pushing the second story window closed.
The young ninja climbed up the gutter pipe and jumped across onto the roof of his house. He ran along the roof and leaped across to the neighbouring building, it was only a short jump because the apartments here were close. He ran along and stopped, noticing people on the path below. Why were they out there this late? He saw one of them put a headband in his pocket and Oyushi's eyes widened. What if they were invaders from another village! Oyushi decided to tail them to find out their intentions.

Nauya paused for a moment, he had heard something, he caught this moment with a yawn, before continuing walking, he glanced at Kasuga, had she noticed? "I like the sand because people can be annoying." Nauya sighed, fighting the urge to look around. Was someone following them? How amusing.
Nauya kinda started laughing. "A huge 'Boom', huh?" Another glance at Kasuga, he'd only act if she acted first, from the sound of it, there didn't seem to be more then one, but if he was just hearing things, there was no reason to start something. Why would anyone be following them? They weren't too special. "Huh. Dead end." Nauya muttered, staring at the wall in front of them.
"How did this happen?" He kinda laughed, turning his left or right, before turning to the left. "Is it this way? I don't know- I haven't really looked for it in the dark before.."

Kasuga sensed someone's chakra, "Do you sense that?" she whispered ever so quietly when they had reached the wall. She readied her kunai again and gave Nauya one kunai just in case he needed to defend himself, "well, I guess we better go the other way," she said simply. She hadn't really remembered where the ramen shop was or if it was even open. But that sensing feeling didn't go away.

Nauya twirled the kunai around his finger, before concealing it in the pocket which held his forehead protector, he kept his hand in the pocket. "I heard the bugger." Nauya muttered, through a shrug, and another yawn, with a casual glance the opposite way they were walking. "No, I think it's this way." He sighed, continuing the way they were going.
He hadn't seen anything down the streets, but it was nighttime. Nauya glanced at Kasuga. Catching her eye and indicating the roof tops with a small gesture. He kinda sighed, thinking how stupid it would be if they were over-reacting. "I'm in training to be a medical nin." Nauya murmured, after a moments silence, not letting his guard down, but not breaking his casual-ness, which was always there.
