Now listen using the byakugan should be allowed but they can only be side clan, the reason why only side clan is because that Hinata and her family. Anyone in the side clan would be cousins, uncles, aunts, etc because the Hyuga do have children and are a thriving living clan. Also they would have regular byakugan unlike Neji's and other members. They would be related to Hinata but would never have to really interact with them. In flashback eps in the regular Naruto with Neji and other Hyuga's were seen standing before the main family. Based on all this information Hyuga's should be allowed.

If you RP as Hinata/Neji/any other canon Hyuuga then obviously you're allowed to use the Byakugan.....you take on any abilities your canon has when you RP them.
Neji has a regular Byakugan; all Hyuuga members have the same Byakugan.
The branch clan only differs from the main clan in the sense that they can never lead the clan and are kept under control using a seal on their foreheads.
But aside from that, they aren't inferior ninja in any way; Neji is more powerful than many main clan members purely for the fact that he trained so hard to surpass the main clan!

That's not the main concern here, I'm saying that we should be allowed to use branch members aside from what certain rules say because I fine it unfair because of those rules. Also I could also provide information on why Aburame and Inuzuka clans we should be allowed to rp also. *Sighs* I mean that regularly use that they wouldn't be as strong to begin with that allow them to grow and adapt their own form of byakugan.

are you asking if you can make OC's that are members of these clans?

All I'm saying is that certain clans should be allowed for us to make OC's from. I can provide evidence and statements which allow me to support my claim, also this is justifying against the rules about being related to canons should only be based on certain things.

Sorry Kaito but i'm not for it.
I've discussed this point with Kaede before and we both agreed it's not good.
I get where you're coming from but there's a lot of factors to take into account.
1. Kaede made it quite clear that OC's and Canons are not to be related. The only exception to this rule is if someone is RPing that character and said canon marries an OC.
2. How do we decide which clans get to be related to?
Hyuuga only works because of the branch family aspect but theres no evidence of Uchiha branches and Inuzuka branches.
Also, the Aburame and Inuzuka clans don't have KG; they're clan abilities that are taught to members - anyone can learn them.
KG are inherited by blood and cannot be learned!
If you want to possess a canon KG or be a member of another clan then apply for a canon; though with 2 canon characters you're already at you're limit.
Besides, by RPing Tobi you're essentially an Uchiha and can use Sharingan!
