[Ikara]

"Name's Kita Hyukari......Ikara's brother....you should know her fairly well since she works for your brother,"
Kita had recognised him instantly. His face markings gave it away; they were the mark of a puppeteer.
He had figured that Kankuro was also helping out Gaara in keeping an eye on the villages.
"So have you seen her lately?"

He prayed that Kankuro didn't know about his past as he would probably kick his ass.
"And the girl; she's with me only in the sense that she's travelling. You don't have to worry about her"

He had to say something to protect her; if she was attacked it'd be all his fault

[Oyushi]

"Well, fair enough, it's nice to meet both of you."
he said politely and stepped to Kita's side unbarring the way. He thought he recognised this kid from somewhere, but he just couldn't pick it, maybe he had seen the guy around Ikara some time. Never the less it was his job to see these brats to Gaara's office, they knew about Ikara so they must have been genuine and clearly knew her for real. He strolled along beside the kid.

"So, you're Ikara's sister aye? What are you looking for her for. I haven't seen her in quite a while but I presume that she's still doing all of her usual work for my broth- Lord Kazekage, so if she's not there, he should be able to tell us where she is."
He said. Then he was hit by another wave of recognition and just had to ask.
"Have we met before? You seem familiar somehow..."
said asked.

[Haruka Kunimitsu]

Haruka laughed, "Sister? You think Kita is Ikara's sister?!" She burst out laughing, even harder than before. "He's her brother..." she added with a sigh as her giggle fit subsided. She figured that this boy was going to be taking them to the Kazekage office now, but stayed put until he or Kita said so.

She felt rather awkward, being surrounded by older company, being that both of them were a few years older than here. She felt like a little kid again, with no control over where she was going next.

[Ikara]

Kita stared blankly at Kankuro, his eye twitching ever so slightly. He....he thought he was a girl? He looked down; his chest was near enough bared making it pretty clear he didn't have...*ahem*.....female assets. Maybe he could use this to his advantage.
Smiling sweetly at Kankuro, he batted his eyelids
"So will you please take us to see Lord Kazekage, Kankuro-kun," He flirted, placing a hand on Kankuro's arm.

He winked at Haruka who was near enough rolling on the floor laughing.



[haha, this reminds me of an episode of Full Metal Panic we watched at the Uni anime society tonight! There was one particular scene that everyone laughed at but my mate Alex was literally ROFLing! He fell off his seat and rolled about the floor!]

OOC: LOL! Crap. You know I didn't mean that! Simple typing mistake! Man, embarassing even, I'm glad you can't see me over the internet. Solly...

Kankurou was surprised be the kid's bold move at flirting with him, but he heard the other ninja, Haruka explain, the situation. Then it got kinda wierd, the kid, who was a guy, was pulling a move. This was for outside Kankurou's experience. His face contorted into a face of horror at the situation and he mummbled a response,
"Uh, I don't, uh... swing that way..."
he said, it was bad enough that he had made a stupid mistake infront of these two amateurs, let alone that he had to get hit on for it!

The other ninja, who he thought was a girl too, was no on her back cracking up at his mistake and he gritted his teeth. The things done for Lord and Land. He though and sighed.
"Yeah sorry about that... Ok, back on track... uh, yeah going to Gaar- Lord Kazekage's..."
he said and resumed the march to the office, he had to put this behind him quickly.
"Are you coming?"
he asked back at Haruka.

Kami looked back and saw Kankuro. She had a slight look of surprise on her face. Her sudden pause caused Yuchii to also stop and look back.
Yuchii watched Kita flirt with Kankuro and snickered. "Wait...isn't he a guy??", she thought shocked. Finally her brain replayed the scenes. She sighed. Now she knew what happened. Kankuro thought Kita was a girl and Kita tried to use it as a disadvantage. Haruka had ruined his plan and now Kankuro thought Kita was...well...not straight. The two girls thought at the same time, "He better not think that we're really boys because we're the opposite and if he does...ugh...
Kami snickered at the scene. She had lived in Suna for a while now but never had an interest in anyone except for Gaara really. She heard of Kankuro before but never thought she'd actually meet him. Now she did and decided to greet him. And she didn't know the way either.
She dragged Yuchii back over to the three and Yuchii snickered before muttering, "So you've lived in Suna practically your whole life and you still don't know your way around?"
Kami stopped dead in her tracks, making Yuchii stop too. They were only a couple a feet away from the three. Here neko ears twitched in annoyance as she held her hands in fists and growled out, "I suggest you shut up before I kick your butt so hard that you FLY back to Konoha..."
Yuchii snickered at how easily Kami got annoyed and shrugged her shoulders, muttering, "Whatever..." Kami glared at Yuchii and they had forgotten about Kita, Haruka, and Kankuro, who were not too far away from them.

[Haruka Kunimitsu]

Haruka tried her best to stop her uncontrolable laughter. She stood up and brushed herself off, just ready to get going. She brushed her back off, now covered in dirt from her rolling on the ground fiasco. She rubbed the back of her head and started to follow him. She looked back at Kita quick and motioned for him to come as well.

[Ikara]

[haha its cool Oyushi! I'll just use it to my advantage! makes for good comedy relief XD]

Kita winked at Kankuro
"Don't worry, you're not my type," He smirked; he loved having androgynous looks as it allowed him to mess with people a lot. In fact, he had no type. He didn't see the point in relationships as they were purely an annoyance that were going to end sooner or later. It was easier for them to never happen in that case.

"So lead the way" he gestured for Kankuro to walk in front,
"Oh, and if you think of me as a kid one more time, i'll kick your ass! Im older than you!" He smiled at him.

He looked over his shoulder with a sigh at the other 2 girls,
"Man the ladies seem to love me lately" He joked at the gathering of females around him, "so are you lovely ladies coming too?"

Yuchii and Kami shrugged and decided to follow. What was there to lose? They nodded slightly before going back to glaring at each other. They followed silently and hoped to get there as soon as possible. Finally they sighed and stopped glaring before their faces got stuck that way.
They ignored the comment Kita had made to avoid any useless argument that they could start.

[Haruka Kunimitsu]

Haruka noticed that two other girls were now following them. She recognized one of them immediantly. "Yuchii, i'm sorry! I didn't realize that was you." she exclaimed, feeling guilty for not noticing that it was her. "What are you doing in Suna?" she added curiously as they all followed Kankuro.

[Ikara]

[we're gonna have to wait for Kankuro ¬¬]

Yuchii smirked and said to Haruka, "It's no big deal...I didn't notice you either. As for why I'm here in Suna...I'm only here for some business of my own and to visit Kami..."
Yuchii looked over at Kami while Kami looked back. Kami's neko ears twitched a bit, out of pure annoyance. Yuchii noticed and asked, "What's wrong Kami?" She acted like she didn't really care but there was the tiniest hint of worry in her voice.
Kami shrugged and mumbled, "Just bored I guess...and we're not exactly going as quick as I wanted..." She shot a look that said 'don't ask why unless you want to pay'
Yuchii shrugged and thought, "Okay...Kami is either like this because she's really nervous about meeting Gaara, since she does have a huge crush, which by the way, she won't admit, on Gaara. Or she's just plain grouchy right now, although I;m not sure why..."
She continued to walk with Haruka and Kami, silently, with an awkward silence in the air. She really didn't mind it since she liked quiet and awkwardness didn't affect her but she was getting bored.

[Ikara]

Kita was beginning to feel really uncomfortable. One girl he could handle; but when a 19 year old guy is seen hanging around with a group of girls younger than him, people will start asking questions.

"KITA-SAN!" A voice called from behind them. Rolling his eyes, Kita turned around What now.... he sighed to himself. It seemed the fates were against him seeing both the Kazekage and his sister.

He saw a young girl running towards him
"Oh great another one.....do i have a banner on my back saying 'will be stalked for money?'" He scowled,

Her pink pigtails bounced behind her as she ran towards him. When she reached the group, she panted for breath; she really wasn't cut out for athletics.
"Kita-san" She bowed; her voice, in between pants, was extremly gentle and Kita struggled to hear her under the whisper.
"Kaze...." She panted, "Kazekaga-sama wishes to see you...." She bowed again, adjusting her glasses which were slipping off her nose.

"Mizuki-chan?" Kita smiled, "Oh my god! Its been far too long!" He hugged her; she seemed genuinely taken aback by this gesture. She simply wasn't used to affection.
"We were just on our way there! What's the matter?"

"Um...." She rested her finger against her lip, "I...i really don't know" She stammered, looking extremely flustered
"I'm so sorry!" She bowed again, "I really should have asked for more details!"

As much as he loved the kid, Kita really wished she would gain a bit more confidence.
"Don't worry about it!" He smiled, trying to cheer her up.

It seemed to work as she smiled at him,
"Thank you Kita-san!" She bowed again.

OOC: A bit of comedy is always welcome in my experience.

Kita expressed a gesture of forgiveness and jive as he made a joke. Kankurou sighed inwardly, that could have potentially been even more embarrassing. He offered for the jounin to lead away and he headed off in the right direction, the other kid said something about the kid stuff but Kankurou ignored it. He wasn't jounin (as far as he knew) so he was still a kid to Kankurou. Then he heard Kita say something about ladies. Not that this was what caught his attention but the jounin turned to find out what now. He had noticed them but dissmissed them as harmless but Haruka went over to them.
Great, more distractions and security issues, this just keeps getting better.

Kankurou sighed, this was way out of hand, he was supposed to be watching over these two who were obviously legitimate to see the Kazekage, he was perfectly happy with that and there was no problem, he was doing the right thing. But now it was another story, there was beginning to be a crowd and crowds were bad. They meant that you couldn't keep track of every body, in fact you could barely keep track of anybody! He gritted his teeth as another one arrived, but she seemed familiar and as she got closer he recognised her. Some one he could trust... Finally.

He strolled over to her with a smile, she could help him out.
"Hey Mizuki."
he said and leaned in close to her.
"Do you think you might be able to sort out the two tag alongs? Haruka is with Kita here, so she's fine, she'll be coming with us to see lord Kazekage. But the other two, I don't know and it's making me nervous the way this crowd is growing. It's bad news for security."
e whispered in her ear.

Yuchii heard but simply sighed. It was smart not to trust her since they didn't know her well AND she was from the leaf village.
She did looks sorta...well...she didn't look that innocent. She was pretty brutal and wasn't girly at all so she didn't act like it. Yuchii looked around and saw a pink-haired girl and flinched slightly.
She hated pink so much and this girl actually HAD pink hair. It reminded her of Sakura. She couldn't stand pink and she took a deep breathe, trying to calm down. How she despised the color. She continued trying to calm down. After all, she was simply a visitor and this was just an innocent girl who seemed to have important connections.
She watched as this girl, whom she just discovered was named Mizuki, was greeted with a hug from Kita and was speaking to Kankuro.
Yuchii watched quietly and get her hands in fists to keep herself from attacking the color pink and was doing a pretty good job of restraining herself.
Kami watched Yuchii and sighed. She had also hated pink but she wouldn't attack it. She decided that if Yuchii attacked, than she would hold her back.
When she heard Kankuro say something about not trusting her and Yuchii, she sighed. She understood how Yuchii wouldn't be trusted since she was a leaf village ninja but she didn't understand how Kankuro wouldn't recognize her.
She had seen him a few times in the streets but never actually spoke to him. She thought he would at least recognize her but now she figured, not. She looked at the sand headband around her waist and thought Kankuro would've at least noticed that, but she now thought otherwise. She sighed again and stood quietly, next to Yuchii.
