She came out, seeming all to worked up over such a thing he did, and he sighed. Some people's tempers now-a-days were just too short and dangerous. He watched her, his right hand traveling back cautiously to his kunai pouch in case she'd attack; she did seem that type. Suddenly, she spoke out against him as if he had done something wrong; honestly, Kazhe felt that he should be the one - or Kaede - to ask the reason of her spying on them, not the other way around. The new girl hadn't a reason to lash out against the two like that. Kazhe sighed again; she'd be difficult, wouldn't she? His eyes closed for a brief moment as he ran over Yuchii's appearances through his mind, locking her features, remembering strong points to her personality.
Kaede-chan stood, reaching under that oh so heavy cloak in the same way he had earlier, and nimbly took stand beside him, and he felt grateful she'd be there. He caught her look after the girl's outburst and returned it with a roll of his green eyes, turning his attention back to the new comer. He was ready to say something back, but Kaede answered for him, calm as ever, doing a better job than what he probably could have, and he relaxed slightly as Yuchii put her kunai away, though managed to stiffen only a moment later; her eyes were red, in a strangely unnerving way as she started to talk, taking up Kaede's suggestion. A good thing; it was two against one, and numbers do play into the outcomes at times.
Kazhe listened blankly through her spiel, glancing over at Kaede in the middle for a brief moment, wondering if that was what it seemed like. How would he, though? He had the littlest experience when it came to that; he was utterly paranoid about girls and feelings and all of that. It embarrassed him, and he didn't see the reason others had to dwell on relationships like that; as a shinobi - or kunoichi, in Kaede's case - the opposite sex didn't have much of a meaning until it came to that one special person. And at this age? It was only a distraction. Kazhe pushed this to the back of his mind, lazily blinking at her last comment.
"No one was ordering you, miss. Merely wondering why you felt the need to watch us." He returned graciously, his voice slightly scratchy still, though holding a level tone, with an annoyed streak in there. "Anyhow, if you want an explanation, I'll go ahead." He murmured lightly, fingering his weapon with a thoughtful expression on his face. "My name's Kazhe. I'm from Suna, and well, it's been made a daily habit of mine to relax on this rooftop. Today in particular, I was visited by," He paused slightly, glancing over at Kaede, then continued, reassured that she would tell her name to the girl when she felt like, if she felt like it, "her, and we started talking. And then we sensed you. There, you have it." He finished in a careless tone, with a slight wave of his hand as if to say 'whatever' or 'who cares'. Kazhe glanced up at Yuchii, and ran his empty hand through his electric blue locks, loosely shaking out sand from the breezes and such, and his posture changed as he did so; one more confident than before. "Lastly, please. I'm not her boyfriend. We weren't flirting. Don't make assumptions like that without knowing anything." Those lines were a bit harder for him to say, he felt a little awkward about it, but got through it anyhow, finishing strongly. "Now. Would you care to tell me why you're so worked up over this, miss?"

Yuchii glared at both of them one last time and didn't bother to answer the last question. She turned around and quickly made her way up to the tree branch again. She had no intentions of speaking to them in a kind way or becoming friends with them. Friends would just hold her back for her goal. She sat down comfortably in the tree hoping there would be no more distractions. She looked at the sky and thought about how relaxing the clouds were. Then she took out a kunai and hid it inside a fold of the bandages wrapped around her arms. In case someone attacked, she would have to be ready.

Kaede felt another hot blush work its way to her cheeks.
Boyfriend!? Her previous self would have probably been fists-and-fury at this girl for assuming that statement, and she really did regret her path of secrecy then, and her choice to remain anonymous. She thought that she felt a disturbed tightening in Kazhe as well, though she neither looked his way, nor made any attempt to speak about the matter with him. Because how awkward would that be?
Kaede stared at the girl's stance; her ruby red eyes; the glint of the sun in her strands of coal-black hair. The knife was gone, but the rage remained, as hard and steady and reckless as any adolescent shinobi.
But this was beyond just normal hard-headedness, a trait that Kaede was much familiar with. This was the essence of stubbornness, the roots bearing into the earth, determined to let nothing and no one tear down its limbs. The being of independence.
Maybe a little too much independence…
Kaede listened calmly, loosening her grip on her knife, as Kazhe continued his questioning (since her attempts proved futile). She was grateful that he was smart and considerate enough to not mention her name. Finishing with a request for the meaning of the girl's anger, Kaede stood still as she leant an ear to the answer.
Unfortunately, it was not the one she was hoping for. Not even a name… though that was understandable. In fact, the girl seemed just too fed up to deal anymore, and Kaede watched in subtle confusion as the unknown kunoichi merely turned from their faces and plopped herself back down on the tree, saying nothing but appearing thoroughly uninterested in the two ninja above the sake shop.
Kaede released her knife completely and tilted her head towards Kazhe, keeping her eyes on the baffle that had just turned from them.
"What now?" she murmured, close enough so that his ears could catch the words. "I mean, is she going to move, or… are we gonna move, or…"
Her voice trailed off as her mind spun through the possible meanings of the encounter. She found none that were resolute.

Confused at exactly what was going on, though determined to figure it all out, Kazhe stared at the girl as she glared towards him and Kaede and sulked off, back to that tree she had come from. Kazhe stared for a moment probably too long, suddenly feeling probing and turned away from her as she turned her gaze towards the sky; he turned his to his.. companion, you could say, for the time being. Kaede had a stance that told him she was listening to him, though still watching the new kunoichi and he bit his lip when she asked her question. Moving wasn't something he particularly wanted to do, since one of his greater joys in life was watching his dad be humiliated like that, but perhaps it was time for him to get out of that whole thing and find a friend. Or something like that.
Cautiously feeling her words again, lightly whispered in his ears, Kazhe had a reluctant and unvoluntary shiver, but spoke just as lightly back to her. "Perhaps we should leave. She doesn't seem the type to just do so, and, besides, I'm thinking you may want to see more of Sunagakure?" He asked, his eyes narrowing to one side, glancing over at the kunoichi in the tree before sliding them back over to Kaede's form, wondering if she really did need to learn anything concerning Suna, or if she was simply here to be here, or what. She could just be traveling through, she could be leaving in an hour; Kazhe didn't know, he probably never would. Kaede seemed one of those types of people that didn't make friends easily, didn't trust easily and would leave without a word without hesitation, at any time.
"I could show you a lot of things, Sunagakure may be big but I know most of it. I'm not in the actual village much, except for this." He said softly, his voice carried to Kaede as he turned his head and gaze from her, sweeping it out over the sand city, watching the desert sands blow about in the wind, be kicked up as dust from the children playing.. He could remember that time, years ago, when he was just as careless as all of them, and all that mattered was passing the academy; now all he wanted to do was steer clear of his father, study the way of poison making and go into controlling his chakra for medical reasons, and such stuff like that. Anything that required a good memory or precision and accuracy, Kazhe was good at- aim included. However, he wasn't ever a particularly great jutsu specialist of any kind, he could do the basic academy manuevers as well as a few others, but most of his attacks relied in poison tipped, accurate weapons, or hits backed up with chakra. That was his fighting style; careful, though deadly if used correctly. However, Kazhe wasn't up to deadly yet.
"Perhaps we could go somewhere that you'd take off that heavy cloak." He finished up, a slight smirk on his face, his voice low and his eyes elsewhere, though he knew she would catch it, and he wondered of a response. One last glance was given to the strange kunoichi as he awaited responses for his messed up and mixed up thoughts.

Kaede's gaze immediately shifted back to Kazhe. Something unidentified, something bittersweet, lurched inside her as he offered to show her around the city. There was a touch of uncertainty in his low, soft voice, though, as if he were afraid that she should reject his proposal. Certainly, she thought, it would be the right thing to do. Refuse and go on her merry way… alone… and unknown.
But the thought of leaving now seemed almost unreal, and it made her feel sick— a light twisting of her stomach. Kazhe was genuine, that could be known true, and she did need to stick around Suna for a while longer… though in reality, her original intentions now seemed a bit gray compared to the onyx confidence of when she began her journey.
Kaede scanned the sandy city as Kazhe did, her heart suddenly lighter at the sound of laughter and the games of small children. She realized that she was happy, and that sticking around Suna wasn't such a bad idea, after all…
Then Kazhe spoke again.
Kaede's eyes turned rapidly upon his own, and to her amazement, she smiled for yet another time that day.
So he's got a funny bone, after all, huh? She mused to herself as Kazhe glanced back at her.
"Sure," Kaede answered calmly. "It's getting hot up here, anyway."

Yuchii sat in a tree and heard them talk about leaving and she mentally sighed with relief. She never liked to be around people. She thought about what to do next and shrugged her shoulders. She made a clone to keep watch and took a little nap in the tree. She was tired and if she was attacked the clone would alert her or if the clone was destroyed she would know. She drifted off to dream land and dreamt of nothing...

"Sure," All he could wonder was which question or statement he had provided that was an answer to. She could be talking about simply the walking around, his showing her Sunagakure, or else her revealing her face. He would take it as the former meaning, as to not higher his expectations and be disappointed for another time, though he couldn't block out the ever returning hope that Kaede would show herself to him. He hadn't thought there was a reason for her to keep herself hidden; he hadn't done anything to make her want to stay secretive, had he? He glanced over at her, trying to find something tucked deep inside her words, some meaning he'd have to find, but Kazhe simply sighed at himself and smiled slightly.
"C'mon, then." The simple phrase was quick, torn off at the end because he swung himself down from the roof, landing effortlessly on his feet like a true shinobi, bent slightly at the knees. He straightened himself out and glanced back at Kaede, feeling oddly like a tour guide as he set off a pace that was easily matchable by any graduated shinobi. He ran along, his arms stretched behind him, the speed causing his electric hair to run straight back in points, and his eyes were half closed in a lazy form, to keep as much sand out as possible. Suddenly, he stopped, skidding slightly on the sand, though he turned his feet to the side, stopping himself completely, in the middle of the village. "Kaede-san, this is Sunagakure's center. If there's anything of importance you need here, tell me and I'll help you." He murmured, placing the thoughts of finding somewhere without people -- so he could finally attempt at the hood thing again -- in the back of his mind, willing to help the girl he would consider a friend, seeing as he had nothing better to do at the time.

(OOC: That wasn't a bad post at all! I LOVE reading your writing! ^^ And oh, yeah. When Kaede said "sure," she was talking about the hood thing, too, so… yeah. I should have been more clear on that point).
Kaede watched as Kazhe dropped gracefully from the rooftop, landing perfectly on the earthy ground below. He looked back to her in beckoning, so she followed suit, though she did not use his method of leaping freely from the shop roof; free-falling had never gone well with her. Instead, she chose to depart the same way she had come, shimmying down the side of the wall with the help of some minimal chakra in her hands and feet. She landed softly with a little hop, then turned to follow Kazhe, who immediately set out into the city at a speed just as electric as the glint in his eyes.
He's fast, Kaede thought, impressed. She forced herself to go faster so that she wouldn't lose sight of him, her feet making crunching noises in the sand as they hit ground.
After a small while, Kazhe stopped his sprint with a short skid. Kaede stopped as well and looked around her.
Kazhe explained that they were in Suna's center, and then asked if there was anything she needed to do there.
Her thoughts strained for a moment, but she quickly tossed them aside for later, much to her private amazement.
"Wherever you want to go, Kazhe-kun," she said. "But…" she looked around at the bustle of people moving to and fro from shop to shop. "Not so many people, please…"
This last part she added as no more than a whisper, surprised at her continued secrecy while in the midst of a crowd.
But still there was something different, something more secure. Perhaps it was the fact that she had entered her target in the first place… or perhaps it was the presence of the blue-haired shinobi beside her, and the safety she felt as she stood beside him. She had not felt so protected since Nori, and who knew where he was? Still, the burn for companionship had stayed strong during the past months of solitude, and now that she was close enough to achieving it again, the feeling was more powerful than ever.

[OOC; ee x3 I thought it was a bit short && I was kinda spacy when I wrote it.. XD && Also, it's not just your fault, Kazhe would have wondered anyways I think. x3 && As a side-not to Yuchii {if she's still reading} is Yuchii still considered in this RP..? x__x; Sorry, but she just kinda ... stopped doing stuff.]
He waited rather patiently until Kaede gave him his answer, and Kazhe nodded smoothly, thinking to himself. There were a few options. The guards would let them outside the city walls into the desert if he could get a reason from the Kazekage, but he didn't want to go that far. That left the training grounds no one used, a more secluded rooftop - perhaps on the fringes of the markets - or his house. There was a high chance his father wasn't there, considering he hadn't seen him at the Sake shop yet, so he'd no doubt be going there sometime soon, and there was the tree in the yard. Plus, his dad would be drunk, so while his strength would be higher, if he were to fight against Kazhe and perhaps Kaede as well, there was a high chance they could get away. He thought hard about this, not sure either way.
"There's two main options, I believe. There's a training ground no one really ever uses anymore, or there's my house." He murmured softly, straining his voice slightly and feeling a bit awkward suggesting his home. She could take that in a wrong way and he'd be left alone, or she could realize he wasn't like that. "I don't think anyone would be there right now.." He trailed off, glancing over at her with a line of misery in his eyes as he said that, his voice fading to a whisper much like hers had moments ago. His green eyes dulled slightly and he took a deep breath, turning completely to face her. "It's up to you, Kaede, I don't mind either way, really."

(OOC: Oh, yes... I know the feeling of spaciness very well. =P)
Kaede couldn't help but notice the uneasiness in Kazhe's voice as he suggested his home. Obviously, there were a few meanings that could be pulled from that small, innocent statement, but Kaede was still holding on to the idea that Kazhe was as genuine as he could be, and she knew that his intentions were pure and generous.
Plus, there probably wouldn't be any strangers at Kazhe's house, so it was most likely the safest place she could choose.
On that subject, Kaede also took slight heed to the hint of dull pain in Kazhe's last sentence. "I don't think anyone would be there right now…"
As he glanced her way, she tried to produce a face of understanding. Because although she knew that she probably did not understand his specific problems, she did know the pain of love and loss…
She smiled a tiny, encouraging smile, and nodded her head.
"Lead the way, Kazhe," she insisted. "Your house it is."

"Lead the way," She said, and he smiled softly. Somewhere very familiar to him, he was happy with that. He turned facing the direction of his home, and with one last glance behind him, set off again running, a bit slower than his former pace, the sting of wind and sand grains against his face something normal to him. His feet shifted a few times after hitting small dunes, though as a Shinobi from Sunagakure, sand was home ground for him, unlike Kaede. This thought caused a look over his shoulder, just to make sure, though he knew she was completely capable of keeping up, it was reassuring to him, making sure she was still behind him.
Left, right, right, left, the turns etching themselves again and again in his mind as he followed an unusual path from the village's center, one quicker than his scenic route. Almost there, he made a sharper, quicker turn to his right, the same hand striking against a building, pulling him round the corner with a sliding of his feet, sand moving through the air from it. Had he been alone, he would have smiled at that, the sudden gush of it from the ground, but with Kaede behind him, he only slowed until he made a walking pace up to the sight of his house. It sat in front of him, looking almost welcoming, however more frightening. The boy turned around to Kaede, a worried expression on his face. "Please, Kaede-chan, stay here, I'll be right back." He told her, his voice was low as he took off, fast as he could around to the back of the house.
The blue haired chuunin peeked uneasily into a dusty window, looking in on his home. This was his living room, and it didn't seem that his father was inside. He turned slightly and stood on his tiptoes, pushing himself onto the ledge and jumped up, grasping the window ledge above him, his fingers curling around the edge. Kazhe pulled himself up, took a quick glance into the window of his father's bedroom, and satisfied he wasn't there, dropped onto the porch with a resounding thud.
He walked this time, turning a corner to go back to Kaede when he bumped into a figure. Already, he blanked, knowing what was going to happen, who this was. Kazhe looked up, fear crossing his face instantly, and he scrambled back, shaking his head. "Dad, oh, hello.. what.. what're you d-doing here?" He questioned with a stammer in his voice, his hands finding the railing of the porch behind him. He stared up at the towering figure of his father, and cringed when his hand raised. "Boy, where have you been?" His voice was loud and angry, and Kazhe couldn't take it, coupled with his furious red face, both from his emotions and the sake. "Out, father, out. In the city." He mumbled, not making eye contact.
Kazhe's father's hand made a quick movement, and Kazhe was rewarded with a stinging slap to his cheek. The chuunin boy bit his lip hard, tasting a bit of blood as he simply stood and took it, feeling as if he could crush the simple wood beneath his hands. He wouldn't cry out, not even say ow, only squeezed his eyes shut hard as possible. "Su-sumimasen, Father." He managed, and was now given a grunted reply. Kazhe's father, satisfied with that, turned from him and stomped back down the porch, stumbling slightly, into the house.
The boy raised his hand to his cheek and touched it gingerly, the sting of the slap still pounding. He sighed, and pushed away from the railing, walking the few yards back to Kaede. "Kaede-chan, please, we don't have to go inside. The backyard, there's a tree.. or we could find somewhere else," He said softly, not looking at her, and keeping his hands off his face, feeling ashamed and embarrassed about that. "Sorry about my Dad, too, he's, well, drunk, I think."

Kaede saw the man approach, wavering and mumbling nonsense with each difficult footfall. Again, she put her hand assuredly on the belt beneath her cloak. Something wasn't right.
Just then she viewed Kazhe come around the corner of the house—just as the man was turning that corner. They collided haphazardly and Kaede thought that she heard the grumblings of familiar conversation. But something still wasn't right… Kazhe looked afraid, shaken. He backed up a considerable distance from the man, whom Kaede now assumed to be out of his senses.
Then the hand was raised. Kaede saw the swiping motion and she lurched forward out of instinct, pulling a knife clean from its holder in the process. The blow was landed and she heard the bare, cold slap, and she would have been on her way to help fix things up… until she heard a single, painfully surprising word uttered quietly from Kazhe's mouth: "Father."
Kaede froze, her kunai slipping icily back onto the belt, her own face pale and silently shocked. Her chest burned inside and her eyes felt suddenly hot and uncomfortably focused. This man… Kazhe's own father… what kind of father…?
She remained in pained rage as Kazhe made his way solemnly back to where she stood. Kaede's eyes trailed over Kazhe's red, stinging face. He had not even cried out at the blow… was this normal for him?
She tried to remain stagnant as Kazhe explained that entrance into the house was now a bad idea, and Kaede personally agreed.
He explained how his father was a drunk.
"I don't think that I'm up for much more running," lied Kaede, her eyes focused cold and deadly upon the door where the drunkard had entered. "But that tree you mentioned; I think I'd like that better, anyway. Could we go there?"
No one had the right to mistreat anyone like what she had just witnessed, and she was determined to never let it happen again, particularly to Kazhe, in whom she had found a new respect. The tree would give view to the house, anyway, and although she knew that she could not put any violent plan into action, especially given her missing-nin predicament, she was going to keep an eye out for Kazhe's father, and find out more about Kazhe's mysterious circumstances.

Yuchii slept silently and listened in her sleep...She didn't feel like moving so she had her clone do everything.
Soon enough she was waken up when her tree exploded for no reason and she flew out of the tree. She looked at the ground and the tree. It exploded and chunks of fiery wood was flying everywhere.
She knew that the tree blowing up wasn't normal...what tree blows up by itself?? She was flying in the air and forgot about it. She watched as the fire danced around the tree. She forgot about landing...

[OOC; Yuchii, please, if you're not going to post anything relevant to what's going on in the actual Roleplay, please, just exit the thread..]
She was the only one outside of the house thta knew what was going on, now. Kazhe continued to keep his gaze off of her, as she spoke, telling him she'd much rather take refugre in the tree behind his house. The boy raised his head and gave a small nod, turning to walk in the direction he needed to go, playing the leader again. His hands found their way to his pockets, and he clenched them together, tightly, his eyes closing as well. He felt so stupid, and somehow guilty for this, and for some reason, he wouldn't let himself complain this time. And the pain wouldn't go away. Sure, the smack's impact had faded by now, though it was still red and tender, and he had gotten off lightly compared to other times, but Kaede was still there.. why was she still with him, even after that display of his weakness?
He stopped slowly, raising his head to the tree he practically lived in nowadays, and turned over his shoulder, watching Kaede with a hurt and sorry expression on his face. "This is it," He mumbled, stepping towards it, molding sticky chakra to his feet and hands, grabbing onto the lowest of the branches and swinging himself up and over. He stood securely on the slightly swaying limb before stepping out with one foot, attaching himself to the base of the tree, and using his hands to grab at a higher branch. In a way similar as before, Kazhe swung himself up and over the branch, landing on his feet. This time, his chakra faded, and he relaxed there, facing his house, peering at it through the leaves, settling himself into a sitting position, his back against the tree's trunk.
Habitually, his hand raised to his face again, and he couldn't get rid of the fact he did it, so he just let it rest there, and slowly drew his knees to his chest, wrapping his other arm around his legs, his left cheek falling ontop of his bent up body. "So this is the tree," He murmured softly, closing his usually intense -- however more dull now -- green eyes slowly, unsure of what to do, what to say, or what to think. "I know.. this won't make any difference because you don't know anyone I know more than likely, but will you please not tell anyone about.. what you saw?" He asked suddenly, his voice a simple whisper, begging and pleading to Kaede like a child would plead to a sibling not to tell Mommy he ate a cookie before dinner. Strung throughout his words were also a glimmer of hopefulness that she'd respect his request, and honour it. But he couldn't, probably wouldn't, ever be sure of what the girl would do, could do.. Should do.

(OOC: I did the tree blowing up thing to get her out of the tree and that way she could go ask Kaede and Hokaro for help or something)
Yuchii landed with a thunk to the ground...she got up and noticed that her side was bleeding and had gotten burnt by the fire... she got up and sighed...this wound she couldn't heal with just chakra...she would need a first aid kit. She didn't know where to go so she ran off in the direction she last saw Kaede and Hokaro to ask for directions. She held her side and couldn't make the bleeding top so she looked around a bit more quickly...she had to find help quickly or else she would die from too much blood loss or something like that.
