I smiled back and nodded. "Your flame is justr as big as mine too." I said. "It burns right beside mine, and they sit up here all the time." I said. "We burn together, and we'll go down together too." I said, I smiled happily. "And we stand together, in everything." I said. "We will work together forever and ever."

I gave him an odd look and shook my head. "No." I replied. "I have never heard of it before. I've only heard a few stories." I said, staring back up into his eyes. I felt myself get pulled in. Like they were quick sand, pulling me in, just waiting to suffocate me and kill me. How and why?

It suddenly jolted my mind. The red thread mother wore around her neck, it had to do with that legend. "It was red!" I exclaimed. "Like my mother's necklace! It is a simple red thread tied around her neck! Father had one too!" I exclaimed. I was so excited. "The red thread is the thread from the legend..wait...we are lovers?" I asked.

I stared back at him. "You saved my life, helped me out, how could I not love you?" I asked. I walked closer to him and continued to stare back at him. My heart beat wildly and my limbs felt like jello. Suddenly my locket clicked open. "Oh!" I exclaimed, quickly pulling it out and opening it slowly. I stared at it.

I continued to stare at my locket. "My mother and brother." I said, pointing to each of the pictures. I was imagining the scenes from my childhood though, the ones where Yuo would sit on my bed and tell storyies to me all night long, or at least until mother would make us turn out the lights. I laughed and smiled.

I smiled back at him. "The stories I use to be told when I was a little girl." I said. "Yuo would sneak in before i went to bed and he would sit on my bed and read to me outloud, no matter how old I was." I laughed and closed the locket. "But I am to old for that now..."

He smiled and said "your may be to old to hear them but that dosnt mean your to old to make your own stories" he smiled and looked into her eyes saying "though you may to old to hear those stories you can make your own and many years from now your children will tell them to there children and then so on so in a sense you will never die since your spirit will live on"he remembered how he was told as a child 'you are only dead when you are forgoten if one person remembers you your spirit will live on"

I looked at him with a happy expression on my face. "That is what Mother said!" I exclaimed. "She said that parents have been passing down stories to their child through both clans." I said happily. "The Tsukiyama, my fathers side and my blood, told stories, and the Uko clan, my mothers side." I smiled proudly. "My mother and father are from two different clans."

I stared at him for a minute. He was an orphan, like his mother had been. "All different lands?" I asked. "Did he tell any of them to you?" I asked excitedly. I loved to hear stories, even when I was older. I loved the legends and fairytales of other lands too. "What about a book? Did your father write the stories in a book?"
