Laying against the wall Kuzio spots a squirrel and walks up ton it reaches his hand out to pet it, it lets him as he says this he picks up a rock and returns to the wall to throws it up and down cathing in the palm of his hand.

Haruka saw a boy sitting against a wall with a squirrel in his palm. "Hey, you want to have a practice fight?" she yelled over to him. She had been sent by her fellow teammate to test this boy. They had been considering letting him on their team.

"Haruka Kunumitsu." she said, "Do you want to make the first move?" she asked, getting into a fight stance. A tiny sparrow flew up to her and landed on her sholder. "You ready, Kikia?" she asked it. It chirped a happy reply and flew back up, circling the area.

"Oh, good sir, you are too kind!" she mocked, bowing low herself. "But you will regret it." she did her ever popular hands signs and yelled, "Elemental Possetion Jutsu!" She pulled out some water from her pouch that she always carried on her person. She whipped it at him sharply and them followed it up with a few kunai throws.

"Hmm.." He said as the water whipped at him he threw down a smoke bomb then used a substitution teachnique and appeared behind her without her noticing and jabbed her in the back

Haruka gasped the wind temporarily knocked out of her, but regained it easily. She ran at him and froze the water into tiny needles. When she was at a close range she hit them into his four main chakra points. She jumped back after doing so and attached a explotion tag to a kunai and threw it. "Activate." she said and the tag exploded. She stood ready for any other attacks from Kuzio.

"Hm hm hm" He chuckled as he melted to the ground and formed into a puddle of mud the puddle of mud caught onto her feet and using the Mud Freezing Technique froze her to the ground then jabbed her in the back three times then attempted an Axe kicks onto the top of her head.

"Nice Jutsu..." Haruka commented, smirking slightly, "But i can control earth too." She broke the mud from her feet and and countered his axe kick with a quick jab to the pressure points in the back of his neck, just above his shoulders. This wonderful little technique made the victim unable to move. The body tenses and depending on how well they are hit, it can last for hours. This was one of those pretty good hits that would last for about five minutes or so. Just enough for her to do some damage.

"Never turn your back on the enemy" He said as the puddle of mud formed into a clone of him and quickly hit her in the back three times then axe kicked her head into the ground and smacked his hand into the ground, so she is unable to move.

Haruka focused some chakra to her finger tips. Shen then dug into the ground right from under Kuzio to escaped. She popped up to the right of the clone and destroyed it withan exploding tag. She turned her attention back to the real Kuzio, still lying motionless on the floor. She took her water and bound his limbs with it, freezing the water when that was done. "So, you give up?" She asked, keeping a firm hold on the ice.
