Dropping to the ground a kunai falls out of his pocket, he seems to have passed out on the ground (Trust me no mroe tricks) he lays there unconcious.

"Santo, stay out of this! It's my battle." Haruka yelld at Santomoro. She stood up holding her arm and rubbing were he had hit her. She helped to his feet and smacked him in the face to wake him up.

"Ungh" The slight noise came out of him as he regaine conciousness he realized he was on the ground, straining to get up he fell back down wincing with pain.

"very well!" Haruka pulled out another water whip and whipped it at Kuzio's face, throwing some shuriken after it along it's direct path.

Using a matrix-like move he dodges the shuriken and water whip, then jumping over Haru he strikes her in the back again then jabs his finger into her pressure points in her arms (Just like Neji did to Hinata ^^)

"Looks like i won't be using Jutsu for a while." Haruka said as he hit her pressure points, "But i can still do this." She regathered her water and froze it into needles. She ran at him and jabbed them into his chakra points. Then she rubbed her hands together to create some friction and made a giant fireball and shot it as close range so he couldn't dodge it.

Without thinking he used some hand signs and as he flipped the wall up to block the fireball helf of it brok through and hit him directly in the chest where she had hit, he sat holding his chest and slowly standing up his eyes began to glow a yellowish color.

'What the...' Haruka thought to herself. 'It mush be a Kekkai Genkai of some sort.' She brought out her kunai and held it in front of her, ready for any sudden attacks.
(ooc: you don't have this ability in your profile or in the jutsu section. You can't use it in battle if it hasn't been approved by Kaede. Sorry to be so picky but i don't know what in the world it is...)

(Its not a kekai-genkai my brother pt it in i told hi to rp for me and he made a character and he thought I had copied his ^^ but anyway i told him to do the land flip but not the yellow eyes) He got up still clenching his chest, then without anything happning he felt this sharp pain in his leg he didnt scream but dropped to the ground wincing in pain.

Haruka stood her ground, waiting for him to make an attack. She thought for sure if he was injured badly enought he'd be smart enough to say that he was giving up or that he needed help. She heard a warning call of Kikia from the tree and made four shadow clones just in case. She had them all swape place to confuse the real from the illutions.

Laying on the ground rolling around in pain holding his leg he reaches for a tree grabbing a low branch pulls himself up he holds a hand up in surrender seeing as how he cant go anymore, he slumps down holding his leg.
