MINAMOTO: in the kazama clan's training grounds Minamoto waits for a Kazama clan challenger. " i wonder who will be my challenger and if he's worthy of my time.

KENSHIN: Kenshin looks around and notices someone at the training ground. " well are you worthy enough to face a great ninja like me?" he steps into the area of battle. " if not u will die quick and painful"

MINAMOTO: "fine then its good to see another Kazama fighting with me" Minamoto pulls out his kunai. " lets just do no jutsus for this round, i dont expect to kill anyone here with my powerful jutsus. maybe the next time."

BOTH: Kenshin and Minamoto pulled out their weapons on their back: Kenshin pulled out a katana blade (sword) and Minamoto pulled out his 2 kamas and tucked his kunai away.

KENSHIN: Kenshin backed up to a wall behind him. "now lets get this started then shall we?" Kenshin jumped on the wall and pushed off it and sliced at Minamoto...

MINAMOTO: Minamoto blocked the attack with his kamas. then they had a sword and kama fight. "yeah like that slice wouldn't be blocked." he said carcasticly. then he grabbed his sword with his 2 kamas and kicked him away. then he threw 2 kunai at him...

MINAMOTO: "you think i'll fall for another slice?" he pulled out his kamas ready to block but then Kenshin rather then slicing him he jabbed the sword into the ground and kicked him over then threw 2 shuriken at him. "what the...? ugh!!" then the he fell to the ground with a shuriken in his arm and leg. Minamoto pulled them out, blood dripping out. "you know that was your chance to kill me. why didn't you take it?"

KENSHIN: "i knew you would just put a replacment jutsu because theres a tree right there. well rather then going for the kill i just went for your arm and leg. since i thought maybe you would let it go... which you did."

KENSHIN: " i know what your going to do. i've done this on someone before as well. an old Kazama technique." 2 shuriken came flying towards him. " your going to throw 2 shuriken at me then a kunai behind me. hmm i wont fall for this trick." Kenshin dodged the shuriken and blocked the kunai...

KENSHIN: "what the..." instead of just a regular kunai thrown at him there was an exploding note attached. Kenshin jumped back but couldn't get out of the way of the explosion. he fell to the ground but quickly got up. "good moves. but i must say if you would have stabbed me with it i would have been killed. i see your thoughts clear now. you are changing the techniques slightly enough so i just do what i normally do to avoid it. i didn't see that explosive note. now its my turn to get you." Kenshin jumped into the trees. he planted traps without Minamoto noticing.

MINAMOTO: minamoto jumped through the trees looking for his opponent. he stepped on a branch and it broke. Minamoto fell into one of Kenshin's traps! kunai came out of nowhere and hit Minamoto in the back. "ahhhh... darn it's a trap?" he landed on the ground, hard and pulled out the kunai that were thrown at him on his back.

KENSHIN: "hmm didn't notice the crack in the branch? im afraid you didn't. i thought you were a jounin and you fell for a trap like that!" Kenshin jumps out of a tree above Minamoto and is coming down with his sword in the air ready to slash Minamoto...
