A light breeze blue across his face as Mabuki jumped down from the height of a high branch in one of the trees. The area seemed to be clear. For the moment at least. God, he hated going through his personal exams, making sure he was all up-to-date in his knowledge so that he could remain at his Jounin rank.
And it didn't help that he only student had left. Sure, he had been a bit over protective of her, but that didn't mean he was unfit to be her teacher anymore, did it?
Giving a heavy sigh again, he pushed back his strangly red-silver hair and glanced around once more.

Takashi sat resting on a high tree branch. "What the hell is all of these missions for, I never get time to myself" He said aloud not knowing if anyone was there. He then stood up and said "oh well better be off", but before he took off he noticed someone he had never seen before. He jumped down from his perch in the tree and without notice looked at the person who seemed to be minding his own business. He said aloud apparently thinking no one would hear him "maybe if I asked who they were? No I can't do that I've got to get back to my squad" Damn it I don't know what to do". He Said aloud forgetting that someone was standing 20 feet in front of him, though he was behind the tree. He jumped back up in the tree, as soon as he got up there his dagger fell out of it's sheath and landed in front of the tree. "damn it if I jump down to get it I will be spotted" he thought to himself. Then he decides he's going to jump down and get it so without further ado he jumped down from the tree and picked it up sheathing it again. "Just grabbing my dagger, not trying to attack you!" He said to the stranger.

Mabuki shot up his head from his view, his expression as nonchalant as ever, as there was a slight thrud on the forest floor. Company? That couldn't be good. TUrning quickly on the balls of his feet, he pulled out his claw daggars around his knuckles.
But before he could bring any threat on the newcomer, he pleaded his case. He lowered his fists, his eyes still narrowed suspciously.

At the sight of the daggers Takashi jumped back drawing his sword.
He spoke in a form tone and said "I do not wish to fight you, but if you pose a threat I will not hesitate to put you down where you stand"
Takashi grabbed hold of his dagger that is sheath on his chest as if to draw it. He then quickly unbuttoned it making it easier to draw if need be. He stood there motionless lowering his gaze from his opponent to the ground he asked in a calm voice "speak your name? are you friend or foe?"
Tightening his grip on the hilt of his sword he quickly recovered his defensive stance wating for the reply.

Mabuki rolled his eyes slightly before he completely lowered his daggars, putting one into his other hand so they overlapped under his fingers. It wasn't hard to see they had the same symbol scratched across the silver of their headbands.
He walked up to him at the strangely quick speed most ninja could before he flicked the metal of the man's own headband. "Look a little more closely next time..." he said, his voice a slight monotone as he spoke, his expression still straight.
"Konaha...idiot."

Takashi looked away and spoke
"I don't trust anyone, but one person your all the same to me you say one thing then turn around and stabb people in there back" He said in an annoyed tone
He stabbed his sword into the ground and sat down
"you still didn't answer my question, what is your name?" He asked again
He then buttoned his dagger back

Mabuki sighed, pacing over lazily to a tree not two feet away before he leaned his back against it, pulling out a cigarette from behind the tied black cloth around his head. No use lighting it now in a thick forest. That was a death wish. So, he simply chewed on the end with his teeth.
"Mabuki." he grumbled under his breath. Oh, so this guy was one of those ninja. An everyman for himself, screw your comrades type. Wasn't sure how many of those he'd come across his in four years as a jounin.

"It's a pleasure, I suppose, to meet you." Takashi said in a mad tone it was clear he wasn't mad at anyone but himself
"listen" he said to Mabuki
"I have made a horible mistake and I want to fix it but I don't know how. The mistake I made was quiting my squad. I felt that they where better off without me, it's not that I feel I can do everything on my own as some people think. It's just I've never been accepted as a shinobi. They never even wanted to make me a shinobi but Yohakashi told them how good I was then he left me all alone just like my damn parents. He never cared neither did they. They all stabbed me in the back everyone has." He said in a tone that was most unpleasant.
Takashi stood up and wlked over to Mabuki when he reached him Takashi pulled out a match and lit the tip as to lite the death hazard for Mabuki.
"you know these things are dangerous" He said to Mabuki in a kinda concerned tone

(Don't worry. Damn isn't technically a bad word around here. XD Damn, dammit, ass, hell are all exceptable by our standards.)
Mabuki gave a heavy, annoyed sigh, turning his head away. God, he came here to train, reestablish himself as a Jounin, prove himself to his superiors, not sit arounds and listen to sob stories from this guy.
Before he could bring himself to simply walk away, he saw a small light flicker in the corner of his eye. He was... lighting him up? What the hell!? Before the flame could burn through the thin paper and catch on the tabacoo, he pulled it out and blew it out, shaking it to get rid of the smoke rising.
"Yeah, I know, that's why I'm not smoking it, dumbass." he grumbled, shooting a glare up at the guy. Now that he thought about it, he didn't know his name. What had he been forced to mention his.

"Damn always with the name calling" Takashi said aloud directing toward mabuki
Why the hell hadn't he thought about that. He just really didn't give a cold day in hell about anything at this point.
"My name by the way is Takashi, Takashi Shikuma" He said to Mabuki
"Hows about we get some training now that, that's settled. I do warn you though I won't hold back." He asked Mabuki thinking to himself "I could use some Training
