Haruka leaned closer to him and whispered. "Do you want me to scare the hell out of Shizuke again?!" she scolded quietly. "It's not that serious if something goes wrong, which it won't, but knowing Shi, she'll flip out anyway." She changed her tone to slightly louder. "And don't go out and try to hurt yourself... ok?" she added this happily, almost as if she hadn't been scolding him second earilier.
She listened to Shizuke and her curiousity bit at her again. BUt, figuring that it was a painful subject, she set it off for another time. "Yukio's right, lets get going. Shi, lead the way." she would just have to follow her.

"No, please don't I don't want her in tears again." Yuo whispered back. "Nothing better go wrong, because I don't want a pair of scissors in my shoulder, or a dislocated shoulder for that matter!" Yuo said loudly. "The thing is, I don't go looking for an injury, it comes looking for me, and it often finds me." Yuo said, following slowly behind me, his hand on his shoulder to keep it from moving. I nodded and trotted ahead, making sure that I still remembered the way. "It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to get there, I think." I said. Yukio rolled her eyes and followed behind me.

Haruka laughed at his surgical comments. "I'm possitive that won't happen." she said, still laughing a bit. She stared at him as he spoke his next set of words. She looked straight forward as she answered. "I remember... you told me that..." she sighed before her sight cast downward. Without looking up to him, she asked, "Do you need me to re-freeze that ice pack?"

Yuo nodded. "So, being me I'll go out the next day after surgery and I'll either break, twist, sprain, dislocate, or just simply hit my shoulder and i'll be in pain all over again!" Yuo said. "No, it's fine, I won't be needing it a few minutes anyway, so I'll be fine." Yuo replied. "Once you get up here, take a left, then your first right is where you turn." I said loudly. "I'm going to run ahead, meet you there!" I exclaimed, taking off running. "I'll follow her, you guys take your time, especially Yuo." Yukio said, running to catch up with me.

"Alright, see you two there." Haruka said, waving them a quick goodbye before they sprinted off. She got that feeling again, of fluttering in her stomach, the feeling she seemed to get when she was alone with Yuo, but she did her best to ignore it.
"Well, Yuo, if you continue to talk like that, it's sure to happen. Try being a little positive." she begged. She still didn't look at him, her sights set firmly on the road ahead.

"It's completely true though!" Yuo exclaimed, throwing his arms up in the air. He stopped and winced in pain as he brought his shoulder back down. "Did I not tell you so? And the surgery hasn't even happened yet." Yuo said. I ran quickly and arrived at the large home within minutes. I slowly walked inside and sighed. "Just like always." I said quietly. I walked back into a bathroom and dug around in the cupboards looking for bandage. I foudn some and a large triangle shaped cloth. perfect for a sling. Yukio arrived just as I sat down on a large cushion to wait for Haruka and Yuo.

"Well, i'll stay with you after the surgery and make sure that you don't go hurting yourself..." Haruka said stubbornly. She couldn't stand his negitivity. Huffing, she tried to keep herself from walking faster, not wanting him to try and walk faster also. It would most likely hurt his shoulder or something.

"I don't think you want to sit around in a large empty house while I nap, now do you?" Yuo asked, keeping his shoulder from moving. "Shizuke and Yukio, after bringing me back to the large house will probably go out and get something to bring back and eat. Or they'll just go out and tend to our mothers garden." Yuo said. "And I won't be up long, I'll be back here and asleep, or at least relaxing." Yuo said. I patiently waited with Yukio sharing the cushion with me. "Do you think they're talking alot while they walk?" Yukio asked me. "Being Yuo he'll be talking, and Haruka will probably too." I replied.

"And why wouldn't I. You'd do the same for me. If i were in your situation, you wouldn't listen to me either. So why shouldn't eyes." She sighed and scratched at her cast. It made a gritty noise and little flakes of paper mache fell off. "Stupid cast..." she mumbled. "Three more weeks... hmph..." She was practically taking out her frustration on the cast around her arm.

Yuo laughed. "Well don't scratch it off! I really don't think you want it re-casted now do you?" Yuo asked jokingly. He looked ahead to see where they were suppose to turn. "Come on, we can run a short ways just to the turn." Yuo said, pointing to the left turn up ahead. He put his whole hand around his shoulder as far as it could go and he took off running. I started to unroll and roll the bandage up just for the fun of it. "What do you think they're talking about?" Yukio asked me. "Yuo's injury, or about Haruka." I replied, really paying no attention.

Haruka was just about to give a witty remark when he took off running. Worry flashed to her face as she followed him. "Yuo! Don't!" she pleaded. It wasn't too long before they both reached the turning point, Yuo being slightly ahead of her, seeing as he had gotten a head start. "You... shouldn't do that..." she said, gasping for air. She leaned over and put her hands on her knees to rest.

When Yuo stopped he fell to his knees in pain. He dug his nails into his shoulder, making his shoulder bleed. "I wish I would've known that sooner, I think I popped it out of place this time!" Yuo said through his pain. "Man, we better get home fast, or I'm going to need more than just surgery!" Yuo said loudly. I kept fooling around with the bandage. "It's so empty, I remember making tea in here and it being so loud, now it's so quiet." I said quietly. Yukio nodded. "It is, you think Haruka and Yuo are ok? They're taking an aqfully long time." Yukio said. I nodded, still paying no attention.

Haruka quickly rushed to his aid. "You idiot." she grumbled. She had to do something, something that would relieve his pain, if only for a bit. An idea popped into her head. She pulled a bit of the melted ice from the ice pack she had made him. "I hope this works." she forced chakra to her palms, letting it flow into water to try and release it's healing ability. She briskly removed the hand holding his shoulder and laid her own in it's place. Some one the blood receeded. "Good... does that feel any better at all? I'm still a ameture with this jutsu so it's not that good but..."

Yuo sighed and he relaxed. "A bit better, but still, let's hurry and get to my place, I cannot stand the pain!" Yuo exclaimed, slowly getting to his feet. His shoulder still hurt alot, so he took time and care in getting to his feet. "This is going to effect me 3 years from now." Yuo mumbled. He put his hand back over his shoulder and held it there firmly, trying not to put alot of pressure on it. He bit his lip, trying to ignore the pain. I said quietly, and while I waited I pulled out one of my shirts and began to sew it up. I sewed it up slowly, taking my time. Yukio sighed and laid back on the hard floor. "God, what happened, did they fall off a cliff?" Yukio asked outloud.

Luckily, from that right turn it wasn't that far to the house, and it was in sight. "Come on, lets just get you up there..." she huffed. She was a bit miffed at his reckless behavior. "Did you have to run like that?" she asked angerly. She stood close to him, just in case his balance was a bit off and she ended up having to help him.
