Haruka's grip slipped slightly, but she quickly regained it, tightening it more than what was needed, surely. Her eyes were shut tight, for fear of looking down. If he lost his footing again, it would surely lead to their downfall. 'Oh, God, please don't fall...' The phrase stuck in her head, repeating itself again and again, but it wasn't helping.
Kiro cheered up slighty, poking Yukio back. "Oooo-k!" he said grinning. "And you can't poke me... i'm a ninja!" He held his hands up to cover his face, but they fanned enought that he could see inbetween his fingers. "And i'm invisible!"

Yuo winced slightly as Haruka tightened her grip.
"Hey!? Haruka, are you ok?" Yuo asked, making sure his left hand was not going to slip as he reached back with his right hand to make sure Haruka was ok.
"I'll tell you this Haruka-chan, if I drop you, then I'm going with you." Yuo said.
"So basically, if you fall, I fall with you." Yuo said, laughing a bit as he continued to climb down slowly.
"Well, I'm a ninja too you know!" Yukio exclaimed, showing her headband to Kiro. She put her hands up like he did.
"Then that must mean that I'm invisible too!" Yukio exclaimed.
"You guys coming or not? Cause, I'm jumping!" I exclaimed, as I stood up and prepared to jump. I backed up a bit and ran off the edge of the Hokage Stone Faces. I landed on a big branch in a large tree.
"Hurry up!!" I exclaimed.

"Just don't fall, ok?" she mumbled quietly. Usually when she had to depend on other people like this and death or serious injury was a possiblility, she was extremely nervous. It wasn't that she didn't trust Yuo to get her down safely; she trusted him with her life; but when there was the chance of falling to your death, it was nerve recking.
They were about a three quarters of the way down know, and, being as eager as she was to get down, Haruka jumped down the rest of the way. She landed unstably on her feet, still gripping the side of the wall for support. "Well, that was an adventure..." she sighed.
Kiro jumped up, his hands dropping to his sides in a way a soldier would. "AYE AYE, SIR!!!" He exclaimed. He was just looking forward to spying on Haruka. He snickered at the romantic junk she would probably be doing. "Gosh, this is going to be so stupidly fun!" he giggled.

Yuo turned and watched Haruka. He jumped down after her and landed beside her.
"What happened to Miss I'm So Tough? Were you scared Haruka-chan?" Yuo asked. Yuo didn't exactly know that I had jumped from the top and was now sitting in the tree not far from the Stone Faces. I leaned over to get a better look at both Haruka and Yuo but ended up falling out of the tree. Yuo turned and his eyes widened. He grabbed onto Haruka's good hand and began to run.
"Just make sure you land in a tree, or you won't be in very good shape afterwards." Yukio said as she jumped off the edge after me. She landed in the exact same tree I had and tumbled out beside me.

Haruka was just about to answer when Shizuke suddenly fell from a nearby tree. She stared at her dumbfoundedly for a moment before her uncasted hand was grabbed and she an Yuo were off again. "Yu-o!" she yelled, bouncing francically to keep up with his long strided run again. "Sl-ow-down!"
"Roger!" Kiro said dramatically, jumpind down into the tree. But by the time he had gotten there, Shizuke had fallena and Yuo and Haruka were off again. He frowned and snapped his fingers. "Rats..." he jumped down to assist Shizuke.

Yuo paid very little attention to Haruka and kept on running. He stopped for a moment and pulled Haruka up against his chest. He took off running again, trying to escape the three of us.
"WE can catch up in a little while." I said, jumping up and twirling around.
"I love jumping from there, you feel like you're flying!" I exclaimed happily. Yukio nodded.
"I only wish that I could've done it before!" Yukio exclaimed, poking Kiro again.

Haruka went into a momentary state of shock as Yuo carried her again. The nerves returned to her uneasy stomach. "Yuo..." she tried to protest, but was unable to find any more words. She managed a look behind them, and couldn't see any of their three pursuers. She sighed with relief.
Kio went into his praying mantis fighting stance as he turned to fce Yukio after she poked him. "No touchy the ninja!" he said in a bad kung-fu voice.

After a few more minutes of running Yuo finally put Haruka down. He took a deep breath in then fell to his knees, he hadn't run that much since trying to escape the Tsukiyama residence many years back. He took a deep breath in again and then coughed. His long ponytail fell from behind his shirt and he breathed heavily.
"Oh man, I haven't run that fast since like I don't know how man years ago." Yuo sighed.
I laughed and mimicked Kiro's stance.
"What are you Kiro? Five?" I asked, still laughing.
Yukio laughed and poked Kiro again.
"Yes! Touchy the ninja!" she joked.

Thankful once again as her feet touched solid ground. She go on her knees worriedly, laying a comforting hand on his shoulder. "You didn't have to do that. I can run on my own." she said unapprovingly. "But, the important thing is they're gone... for the time being." she smiled. "So, we should make the best of it."
Kiro stuck his tongue out at Shizuke. "NO! I'm 5 and a half, thank you very much!" he teased. It was quite obvious that he was a normal 12 year old... erm... person. (ooc, i hope you get that. XD) As he was poked again, she turned back to Yukio and pulled out a pair of fake vampire teeth, laying them in his mouth. He bared them growled at her with a fake look of bloodlust.

Yuo closed his eyes then slowly opened them to see her smiling face.
"Well, what were you thinking of doing?" Yuo asked, a broad smile forming on his face. He thought for a few minutes about Haruka's words.
"And, I had to do that, let's just say, I was eager to get away." Yuo sighed.
"Oh of course!" I exclaimed jokingly.
"Five and a half!" I exclaimed, throwing my hands up in the air.
Yukio laughed.
"You're as bad as Shizuke!" she laughed.

Her eyes narrowed, though her smile remained. "Don't give me that. Just because you were eager doesn't mean you should consider my view on a situation, got it?" she sighed before switching to a more comfortable, less awkward possition, which turned out to be sitting down crosslegged right next to Yuo. "As for what to do... i have absolutely no idea. It's strange really. You want to spend time with someone, then you don't know how to spend he time." she laughed.
"Vanku mery much!" his speech was so slurred from the plastic teeth in his mouth is was barely understandable. He spit them out into his hand and grinned. "Thanks! I'll take that as a compliment, Yukio!"

Yuo turned and laughed.
"Yeah, yeah, laugh it up why don't you?" Yuo asked sarcastically.
"Remember, I've never gotten together with a girl other than Shizuke and Yukio, to do something with." Yuo said.
"I've always been around with my sister, when I was much younger I had to pretty much depend off of her." Yuo said. Yuo moved over closer to Haruka and sat back on his heels.
"And to be truthful, I'd rather do nothing with you, than do something with you." Yuo said. (OOC- does that make any sense? LOL)
I shook my head unhappily.
"Are you sure you aren't 3 Kiro-san?" I asked. Yukio laughed.
"Ok, whatever Kiro-san!" Yukio exclaimed.

Haruka blushed slightly, confustion on her face as she looked up at him. "Umm... ok... i'm sure that makes sense to you, so why don't you think of something... or rather, nothing to do." she teased. She laid her head on his shoulder boredly and sighed. "They'll be back on the pursuit soon so..."
Kiro's eyes narrowed. "Actually, if you count by dog years, i'm 18. WAHA!" he stuck out his tongue. "What's up now!?"

Yuo nodded and turned to look at Haruka. He smiled and moved a bit to get her to pay attention.
"Let's just lay against the tree over there, being Shizuke she won't find us until she senses our chakra." Yuo said, standing up and pulling Haruka up gently with him. He walked over to the nearby tree and laid up against it's trunk. He untied his hair and put the hair elastic in his pocket.
"There, that's better." he said to himself.
I laughed.
"You aren't a dog Kiro." I chuckled.
"In like 2 minutes we can go chase after them." I said. Yukio nodded.
"It won't be hard to find them, how many people in Konoha are going to have long black hair, carry a katana, and walk with a girl who has a cast around her arm?" Yukio asked. I laughed.
"Yep, Yuo and Haruka will be easy to find!" I exclaimed.

Haruka followed him, figuring his idea was good. She sat down next to him. Staring at him curiously as he let his hair out of it's hair tie, she smiled. Subconsiously, she felt her hand come up; for some reason she had the urge to touch it. She had never really noticed that Yuo had long hair. "Ummm... do you mind?" she asked politely, her cheeks flushing again.
Kiro stuck out his tongue, but jumped with excitement at the news that they could continue the pursuit of the love birds soon. "OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY!!!!" he exclaimed, bouncing around like he did when his bouncy ball jutsu was activated.
