Kuri smiled happily when he noticed Kiko. If there was someone responsible for his luckiness, he would bow to them and kiss their feet.
He nearly threw his hands around her when she greeted him with a poke to the back. Instead, he smiled brightly, exclaiming, "Kiko! Long time no see!"
Katsuo raised an eyebrow at the fact that he was approached by yet another girl. Almost surprisingly, she only came to ask him 'why so glum, chum?'
Him, being the silent type, shrugged, uncomfortably shifting Kira's weight as him arms got a bit tired. She may've looked light, with her slim, slightly short figure, but she wasn't exactly as 'light as a feather.' He figured it was because of her non-ending consumption of ramen and pocky.
Kira, not exactly happy herself, impatiently jabbed Katsuo on the side of his head.
She couldn't explain it, but she felt slightly crabby and irritable today. She hated Katsuo's fidgeting, but she was reluctant to be put down. She didn't feel like standing on her own two feet right now.
She felt her annoyance died down for a second when Katsuo was approached by a flirty looking girl, their age, with golden locks.
Ren's eyes warily scanned the crowd, barely recognizing any faces. She wasn't quite positive she wanted to approach any of the people, seeing as they were already engaged in other conversations.
Miki found a comfortable tree branch, and sat on it, not bothering to be involved in the party. She found pounding music sending uncomfortable pulsations in her head. It was almost like the warning of coming head-aches.
She wasn't exactly one to freely snack on anything unless completely necessary.
Mostly, all she wanted was a boyfriend she could have an overly cliched happily ever after ending with, but at the same time, she was terrified. After her failure at her first and longest relationship, she didn't want to get hurt again.
