Katsu was wondering the streets of the Leaf Village again. He had a red apple in his hand, it was fresh and there was no bites in it. He was alone, once again. People usually don't accompany him. Unless it's a person he knows personally. The streets were pretty busy as usual. When was it ever not empty? That question lingered inside Katsu's head.

Hiroji sat a top a building, looking over his village. He sighed heavily, having nothing to do. The medic-nin needed something to do, or he'd surely crack. Hiroji couldn't stand going very long without a little something to do.

Katsu didn't see Hiroji on the building. He was focused on the people around him and his apple. Someone bumped into him, he lost balance, and the apple dropped out of his hand. He walked over to the apple and was about to pick it up. A little kid ran to the apple and grabbed it right before Katsu got his hand on it. He sighed. "Today isn't my day..." He thought.

Hiroji peered out, still remaining silent. Until he was needed, or until someone struck a conversation with him, he'd remain up there and silent. Hiroji sat back, his knees up, one arm resting on them. He hated only having one arm.

Katsu walked over to a chair that was closest to him and sat down. He put his hands on his head and he sighed. "I was just about to eat that apple too..." He thought. He looked at the sky. "I bet this is going to be another lonely day..." He said to himself. Over all of the people talking, he was positive that no one heard what he said.

The boy who had lost his apple, and has just sat down, caught Hiroji's attention. He looked awfully lonely, but Hiroji didn't think he'd want to talk to him. Hiroji sighed, nobody would want to talk to him.

Of course, Katsu did not see the boy on top of the building. He felt very lonely right about now. But he's used to being lonely. None of his friends ever see him around Konoha. Mainly because they never go to the village. "I just at least wish Tetsuya was here...I'm never lonely with him around." He thought sadly.

Hiroji pulled his bag off his back, pulling out his lunch and then a kunai from his weapons pouch. He attached a few chakra strings to the kunai and through it, piercing the blade through an apple down the road from the building he was atop. Quickly yanking it back, the apple came flying and he caught it, cleaning it quickly and removing the kunai. He did the same and got another apple. He put his bag back on and jumped down, walking over to the lonely boy. He held out one of the apples. "I saw that you lost one."

Katsu heard someone talking and he looked in that direction. He saw the apple in Hiroji's hand and he took it. "Thanks..." He said. "I'm suprised he noticed me out of all the people around here..." He thought. He kept the apple in his hand, not wanting to say anything more.

Hiroji also pulled out a steamed pork bun, offering it to the boy, whose name he was still oblivious too. He sat down, on the ground, by the boy, and bit into his own steamed pork bun. Hiroji remained silent also, he wasn't entirely sure if the boy had noticed his missing arm.

Katsu shaked his head. He didn't want the steamed pork bun. He just wanted the apple. He took a bite into it. "You lost your arm?" He asked. He saw that he only had one arm when he looked at him. Mainly when he offered the apple. "I hope this is clean...I'm guessing it is." He thought.

Hiroji sighed, still munching on his own pork bun. "Yes..." he replied quietly. "In a fight against the Sand and Sound nin, you know, the battle that killed the third Hokage?" he asked. "I lost my arm...and my girlfriend." Hiroji had forever been miserable since the day, he had, or thought he had, lost Suko forever.

"Yes, I know that battle. It was crazy..." Katsu said. He felt sorry for him, for losing his arm and girlfriend. He always has empathy with any person, even if it's a complete stranger. He sighed and took another bite into the apple. "I'm suprised that you noticed me, out of all the people around here." He said.

"I needed something to do." Hiroji said, still munching on his pork bun. "And I was looking around for something to do. Nobody needed medical attention and you just looked lonely after loosing that apple to the little child." he said. "Most people stay away from me because I only have one arm..."

"Heh, you're just like me. Well, except for the one arm thing..." Katsu said. "I'm a medic nin, and I'm guessing you are too." He said. He sighed. "I always point out the obvious..." He thought. He took another bite of the apple. He closed his eyes for a little bit.
