"Yup. I work with Lady Hokage often." Hiroji said. "I'd be a much happier medic-nin if I had my girlfriend with me. Before the battle, she was training to be a medic-nin with me. And we had agreeded to marry once we turned 20." he sighed. "I can live without my arm. It's the least of my worries."

"Dang...working with Lady Hokage would be pretty cool." Katsu said. "I've never had a love in my life. I just hang around, really just do missions and hang around..." He said and sighed. "My brother is better off in life than me..." He thought. "Well at least your lost arm isn't a big worry. It would be for me if I lost mine somehow." Katsu said.

"It's a worry." Hiroji said. "I can't go much now, I can still do certain things, but I have trouble with others." he said. "You know those rollers? For rolling out dough? I have the worst time trying to use them." he said. "And cutting paper, another big problem." he said. "But I somehow manage. Suko's the only one I worry about."

"I totally forgot about those simple things...at least you can still use them." Katsu said. He was sort of running out of things to say. "Its hard to say things now, but I have to keep the conversation flowing." He thought. "I'm guessing Suko is a good friend?" He asked.

"Was..." Hiroji said, looking down. "Suko was my girlfriend. Killed in the same battle that killed Lord Hokage." he said. Hiroji sighed. "When Suko was around everything was easier. She'd do everything I can't, or end up basically giving me one of her hands and we'd both do the job." he said. "It was just so much easier."

"I see what you mean..." Katsu said. He sighed. "At least he had someone with him..." He thought. He didn't have much to say anymore, since the topic right now as mostly about Hiroji. Katsu started to think, what it would be like to be in the position that Hiroji was in. He didn't like it at all, so he stopped. "I don't have much to say." He said, pointing out the obvious.

"Well that's ok." Hiroji said. "I've kind of been hogging the conversation, tell me about yourself." he said. "Do you have a girlfriend? Or did you?" he asked, glancing back at Katsu. Hiroji didn't have a lot to say either, and the boy didn't seem to be 100% interested in the conversation. Hiroji wasn't even sure if Katsu wanted to be actually talking to him. Hiroji wasn't the most social person out there, and he wouldn't be at all offended if someone didn't want to talk to him. It was one thing he would've completely understood.

Katsu made a fist and held it hard, but let go. "No, I've never had a girlfriend." Katsu sighed. "Its been a survival ever since my parents died, when I was...5 I think. My brother and I had to live off of what we could find, and what the villagers could give us. Me and my brother have gone our own paths, meeting up at random times." Katsu started to say. He wanted to wait so Hiroji could say something.
