"If that were true, you would leave with me. But that's not the case." she said, kneeling down. She wanted to put her hands on his shoulder, to comfort him, but they were covered in blood so she couldn't. "You don't want to leave, and that is because you care more about them. You're lying... to yourself... and to me. You don't have to."

Yuo shook his head. "No, no, no." Yuo said, still teary and sobbing. "I'm not lying. If I were lying I'd be long gone by now." he said. "I love more than anything Haruka, you mean so much to me." Yuo had to pause to catch his breath from his tears and sobs. "I just don't want to leave. I hate my apartment, that's the reason I never stayed at it. I hated it!"

She stood back up, wincing at her hands again. She was starting to feel light headed from all the blood loss. If she didn't patch it up now, she'd surely pass out. She glanced back to Yuo quickly to speak once more. "I don't believe that." she told him quietkly.

"Then fine. I'm lifeless." Yuo said, tears still running down his cheeks. "I'm nothing. I'm just an empty body, no soul and no heart. Don't bother loving me Haruka...go find a guy who's better than me." Yuo had to struggle to talk again. "Go find someone better than me. You'll be happier with them, not me."

She sighed. "Yuo, just because i don't believe you doesn't mean i don't love you. Get that through her head." she continued towards the kitchen. "Now before i bleed to death i'm going to go and patch up my hands. We'll continue when i'm finished."

"No, but that means that you don't believe that I love you." Yuo said. "I'm sorry, but we won't be continuing this." Yuo slammed his bedroom door shut and through a bunch of clothes into his bag and his hair brush. He slung it over his shoulder and took off.

Haruka sighed, looking down again, her eyes filling with tears again. Disdainfully, she wrapped up her hands with medical tape. She walked back to his room again, once she managed to clear her eyes. But when she walked in, she was surprised to find he was not there. her hopes fell again. Althought, he had every reason to run, to leave her.

Yuo ran as quickly as possible, just to get away. He'd change his name, die his hair, wear contacts and get a new family. But then Yuo tripped, sprawling head first into the dirt. When Yuo tried to get up, he winced, looking at his now swollen and twisted ankle. "Damnit!"

Haruka swallowed, walking back to her room upstairs to start packing her own things. Maybe she could move out of Mabuki's house still, get away from everything. Maybe she could run off to the Nagi Islands, or go back home to the Land of Tea. The possiblities were endless. She figured Land of Tea was probably the best choice. Once her things were packed, she walked down the stairs and out the front door.

Tears ran down his face again, upset, angered, and most of all, lonely. Yuo had never really realized how much, more than anything, he loved Haruka's company, until he was gone from her. But there was no way to get her back now. Yuo sighed, he was going to be dead now.

Haruka continued down the street. It was a ways down, near the almost edge of the village, that she noticed him. Yuo was laying face down in the dirt, holding a red and swollen ankle. She stared at him for a long moment before she turned away and started walking away, her face clearly showing how hurt she was.

Yuo saw Haruka, and his hopes rose up. He jumped up, painfully limping toward Haruka as quickly as possible. He managed to catch up to her before he fell, wincing heavily. "Haruka!" he exclaimed. "Haruka is it too late to ask for your company back?! Is it too late to say, I love you and...and....and I don't want you to leave..."

There was a thud beside her as Yuo fell to the ground. She stopped in her tracks as he spoke. She swallowed. "I don't know..." she admitted quietly. "I don't know if i can trust you anymore." she looked down. "So many broken promises... so many...so many fights... times that you try to kill yourself. Times that you don't believe what i say." she looked away.

"Well what if I say...I won't break a promise...and what I'm saying is not a lie." Yuo said. "What if I say...that...that I can't live without you. I really am a lifeless body without you." Yuo winced again. "And what if I say...I really still want to marry you."

She shook her head. "It's all things you've said before." she mumbled. "If you want my trust again... you'll have to earn it. And to do that, i'd have to stick around." she addedd. she looked back down to him. "I'm not bending my rules this time. NO kissing. NO hugging. Until you get my trust, we are strickly friends."
