[Kira]

Mizuki or 'Miki' as her friends called her, walked around the dusty streets of Suna.
She came back to Suna, only to visit her parents. She had moved from Suna to Konoha, but her visit with her parents wasn't exactly the best.
Her parents criticized her on how she was too shy and kept pointing out her flaws.
It was one of the reasons she went to Konoha, her parents were always talking about her flaws. She knew she was imperfect, but she still felt hurt about the fact, her parents never seemed to be proud of her, but it still hurt to know it.
Miki had a glum look on her face, and felt like she was a disgrace to her parents.
She sighed and walked into an alleyway, hoping to escape the chaos in the streets.
Miki sat down in the sand, and and stared emptily at a wall, hoping for something to cheer her up, but at the same time, hoping to be alone to mope around...

[Kuzio]

Kuzio walked around the sand village, been a while since he had came here a new Kazekage and everything, he thought it was awesome that there was a bunch of new stuff, he jumped on a roof and looked for something to do, he saw some girl sitting on some sand and he thought he might as well talk to her, he jumped on the roof above her and sat down, he dropped a rock and it landed beside her making a small tap, he got a bigger one and dropped it, it landed beside her also with a big THUMP "Hi!" he called out smiling

[Kira]

Miki was startled as she looked up at a smiling boy.
She wasn't sure to either be happy that she wasn't feeling lonely anymore, or to be upset that her moping around was over.
She decided to choose to be happy and smiled. "Hi!" she replied.
She stood up and dusted the sand off of her, but force of habit forced her to blush, whenever there was any boy around.
She blushed a little and attempted to hide her face in the collar of her jacket.

[Kuzio]

'Not again..' Kuzio thought but didnt show his thoughts, he leapt down but didnt land the way he wanted, he landed on his face, he picked himself up and smiled sheepishly a little, he then noticed she was hdiing her face, "Something wrong?" he asked standing on his tiptoes but didnt see her face, he frowned a little but quickly turned it into a smile, "Whatcha doin around here?" he asked trying to make conversation.

[Kira]

Miki mentally sighed and decided that if he asked about her face being red, then she'll just say it's from the heat in Suna.
She chuckled a bit, when he couldn't land the way he wanted.
"There's nothing wrong, I was just moping around, but then you came along", she replied.
She decided to get out of the alleyway and headed towards the streets and started walking towards the street, but just as she was about to walk out of the alleyway, she remembered she had forgotten her manners...she forgot to introduce herself.
Miki turned around and said "I'm Mizuki, but you can call me Miki, what's your name?"
She noticed she stopped blushing, but ignored the fact and concentrated on the conversation, instead.

[Kuzio]

"Im Kuzio Hisoto but people call me Kuzzles..or Kuz.." he said, he liked both of the names and Kuzzles had starterd going around for his friends so he thought he might as well mention it, he took pride in that name no matter what other people said or if they laughed, "So..uh..OH! My brother has almost the name name as you.." he said smiling a bit.

[Kira]

Miki smiled back, once again. She was a bit curious, because she had never met someone else with a name like her's before.
She remembered that it was when she met Kira, that the nickname 'Miki' was made up for her, and the name just stuck on, eventually.
She shrugged it off and suddenly felt her stomach growl a little. She smiled sheepishly and thought "I guess I shouldn't have skipped breakfast..."
Miki realized she didn't reply to Kuzio yet and said "It's nice to meet you, Kuzio!"

[Kuzio]

Kuzio heard something growl a little and looked around, then he heard Miki, "Nice to meet ya too" he said smiling at her and amking a little peace sign, he looked around again wondering what that grumble was, then he jumped as a rat went under his foot, he jumped onto a roof and hid from the rat, he got a kunai out and watched it, he threw it in front of the rat and it scurried away, yet he still remained on the roof.

[Kira]

Miki watched as the rat scurried away and giggled a bit.

She started wondering if Kira would start worrying soon. Kira had come with Miki, to Suna, except when Miki went to go visit her parents, Kira and her split up.
Kira went off somewhere, but said she would meet Miki at her parents' house.

That's when Miki suddenly remembered. She was supposed to meet Kira at her parents' house, but she was so caught up in moping and meeting Kuzio, that she had forgotten about her friend, who was probably furious by now.

As if on cue, Miki felt something land behind her and heard a low growl, saying "Mizuki..."

Miki recognized the voice and knew that Kira was mad, because when Kira ws mad, she would say 'Mizuki' instead of 'Miki'.

She turned round to see an angry Kira and immediately started 'Gomen Nasai' non-stop.

Kira finally accepted Miki's many apologies and chuckled a bit while saying "It's okay...just stop being so late all the time!"

Miki smiled slightly at the fact that Kira had forgiven her so easily and remembered that Kuzio was still there.


Kira, herself, seemed to have noticed a boy already.

Miki turned to Kira and began the introductions, "Ki-chan, this is Kuzio-kun, a new friend. Kuzio-kun, this is one of my best friends, Kira-chan...or Ki-chan as i call her!" She smiled, proud that she didn't stutter.


Kira looked at Kuzio and smiled in a friendly manner. "Nice to meet you, Kuzio-kun!" She waved and immediately, her brain started thinking of possible nicknames to make Kuzio into.

[Kuzio]

"Nice to meet you too" he called from the roof, his eyes wereglowing silver and he was looking around looking for more rats, his eyes soon returned normal and he flipped down and landed on his feet, "So where do you gals come from?" he asked, he sighed a little bit and smiled when he saw another rat come his way.

[Kira]

Kria grinned and replied in a single word, "Konoha..." and as if on cue, sunlight suddenly shined on the leaf-band fastened on her forehead, making a glare upon it. She gave Miki a hard poke on the arm to remind her of the question.

Miki, seeming to have a short attention span, was a bit surprised by a sudden poke in the arm, but quickly replied "Suna!"

Kira nearly did an anime fall at Miki's sudden answer. 'I'm guessing she's been day-dreaming again...?' she thought, as more of a statement than a question. Feeling that she should keep the conversation going on, she asked Kuzio, "So, where are you from?"

Her subconscious mind continued to search for a way to make a nickname out of the name 'Kuzio'.

Miki gave a slight sigh of relief, when Kira kept an awkward silence from falling upon them. She had absolutely no conversational skills, making it hard for her to make up a topic during a chat. Other than that, her mind seemed to be getting fried from the Suna heat and sun, making it nearly impossible for her to think of anything logical to say.
