Numi sat on a large flat rock in the middle of a wide, and slightley deep brook. Admiring the water as it sparkeld and flowed. ' what would happen if the water stoped flowing...' she pondered to herself about water and other such things fo some tome.

Rei was bored. It had been a long time since anything remotely interesting had happened to her. She still had a few months till her next important mission. She looked into the clear water; some fish swimming around her ankles.
She smiled as their tails tickled them.
She wished someone would come talk to her, she didn't care who; hell, she'd even put up with Ikara and Kita and their strange love/hate relationship. Those two really did confuse her; they were out to kill each other yet paired up to target weak shinobi just for their own sick pleasure
"Weirdos...." Rei laughed out loud; she prayed noone heard her. Last thing she needed was people thinking she was any stranger than they already thought

Haruka walked through the woods. She heard the faint sound of rushing water and walked through the thick undergrowth towards it. She came out of the trees and the first site she saw was a girl, sitting on a rock in the middle of a flowing stream. She seemed pretty harmless, so she came further out of the brush.
She jumped into the water, which only came up to her waist, and splashed the girl unexpectedly. "Boo!" she said, spunk in her voice. She hoped she wouldn't totally freak out.

Rei stared blankly at the girl. Wiping the water from her face and thanking whatever lord was watching over her that she'd worn waterproof mascara that day.
"Yeah......" She stood up, walking deeper into the water, "Call that a splash?"
Rei placed a hand in the water, gathering chakra in her palm.
She released her Kage Odama attack underwater, the force from it forced a few gallons of water to completely drench the other girl.
"That's a splash...." She turned away and sat back in her seat by the river,
"So.........what brings you here me dear?" She asked, smiling

A wave of cool water swept over her. She gurgled underwater, struggling to get back up to the surface for oxygen. She finally was able to paddle back up, completely soaked to the bone. She spat out a mouthful of water. She blinked a few time to get the water from her eyes and finally saw the girl that slashed her.
"HEY WAIT A MINUTE! I KNOW YOU!" she yelled, having a quick flashback. "You're the girl that tried to steal my book before!"

Rei laughed; she never forgot a face.
"So, you remember me! Can't say im surprised given how wonderful i am!" She beamed cockily; she loved to feed her ever growing ego!

Haruka rolled her eyes. "Yes, and it was incredible. Learned alot." she said blankly. She smiled evily, feeling like getting her back for splashing her and for trying to steal form her before. She formed her and signs for her possesstion behind he back and moved the water into a tidal wave like splash.

Rei stared emotionlessly at Haruka, her soggy fringe blinding her. She pulled a mirror out her bag and began checking out the damage. Her eyeliner began to run down her cheek, making her look like she'd just accepted an Oscar. She pulled her hair back tight into a ponytail and wrapped the small red band around it, her family's crest hanging from a pendant on it.
"Where the bloody hell is Ix when you need her...." She growled, "She'd slaughter you for that...."
Rei stood up, balancing on her tiptoes in an effort to tower over Haruka; she hated being vertically challenged. She reached up and flicked her forehead
"Bad!" She snapped

Numi tryed hard to meditate. It was no use with the talking behind her. plus she was getting ichey from her drying shirt. she took off her shues and threw them to the bank. as she jumped into the water she saw the girls faces. 'who are theese girls'. she had never seen them befor.

Haruka winced as she was flicked between the eyes. "Geez, rawrtasticishsim much?" she said, poking fun at how obsessed she was with her makeup. She heard a spash in the water behind them and looked over. The girl that had been in a sitting possition on the rock in the water had jumped into the water. She seemed almost like she was confronting them. "Who're you?" she asked curiously, as always in her friendliest voice.

"A kunoichi gotta look pretty!" Rei defended herself, "Tricks the enemy into a false sense of security that your some bimbo that knows nothing!" She smiled, always one to have a comeback.
She watched Haruka turn and ask the new arrival who she was; something told Rei that she wasn't going to be any trouble.
"Yeah; what's up?" She called over whilst rummaging through her bag for a clip for her fringe; when she finally found the clips, she was left with the dilemma of whether to wear the pink or the blue, as well as the problem with having to put all her brushes, product and makeup back in her bag.

"Name's Reisuke.....Rei Kisaragi" She bowed; she never knew why she did this. She had a loud and brash personality yet found herself always reverting to traditional ways. Maybe it was all those books she read.

Haruka looked back and forth between the two of them. "It's Haruka Kunimistu." she answered, trying to be curtious, even though she was a bit angry that Rei didn't remember her name. Though, it wasn't a huge surprise, since she seemed so wrapped up in herself most of the time. "Anyways, it's real nice to meet you, Numi." she gave a quick smile.

"I've got the worst memory! My sensei used to make me carry que cards with me just so i remembered stuff!" She laughed; this comment reminded her of her upcoming exam and the mission that would follow.
"So er.....are we just gonna stand here all day or what?"
