The mist was dense, as the sun sat down, making it look like it caught fire. In the air was the wet smell of water... it just rained.
No body was out, or so it seemed.
Through the mist's clutches, a dark shadow appeared, riping apart the flaming clouds...
Nami walked silently, heading no where, looking down. When she looked twoards the sun, a tear rolled down her white skin. But touching the sun's rays, the crystal clear tured to red, and the tear seemed to be a drop of blood.
Turning around again, she reached her hand to the side, and taking a few more steps ahead, she watched as the mist moved like a veil around her hand.
Suddenly, she heard a noise.
Nami looked around, and waited for the sound find it's source...

Numi sat inacentley as if she was just a house cat that had escaped, insted of a creeping ninja. 'ok, I'm not a ninja im a kitty, what would a kitty do?' numi looked from left to right not knowing what to do about being caught she did what she thought best "mew?" she did the cuteist thing she could think of. ' nobody can be saspishus of a cute little kitty-cat' Numi flicked her brileant orange tale and looked away. 'if I cant pull this off its another two hours of stelth training....stupid Cho!'

Nami lowered herself to look at the kitty, tilted her head to the right, and looked closely. The little creature meaw-ed and the girl sighed silently.
Then, she sat on her knees and tryed to look at the cat's eyes.
"Odd", she mumbled, "who whould leave a cat all by herself in this kind of weather??"
She looked closely at the creature again, and a thought crossed her mind. "That's even more odd... cats usually don't take they're eyes off someone that sits this close to them...", she thought, "But then again it could be a cat that's already so used to people around her that she's not scared anymore... but... it's still not right... doesn't this cat have some instincts? She should watch me until she is convinced that I'm harmless"
Nami stood up and cleaned the dirt from her knees. She kept looking at the cat, to see if the orange thing looks back.

Numi lifted her hined leg to scrach her ear. 'this is wea easyer as a cat...' in mid ich, Numis earing slopped out of her ear and rolled across the grass. Not seeing it rool away numi stoped scraching and stood up. she meowed twice and started to circle the girl 'I wonder if she had aney food, i could use something to eat' numi went back to the front of the girl and meowed once more.

'Hmmm...', Nami started to think as she watched the cat. Then, something hit her, and she searched in her backpack.
She started to dig through it, and found some ham sandwiches.
"Are you hungry, kitty-cat?", Nami smiled at the furry creature and placed a sandwich down on the ground for the cat.
'Hope she'll like it.', Nami thought, 'I don't have anything else in here', she said in her head looking again in her backpack.

Numi let out a purr and nibbled at the sandwich.....'Tuna?' numi thought at she ate the sanwich. 'this is good!' licking a bit of whatever the filling was of her nose she relized that she just ate someons lunch. 'oh jeez! now what wil lshe eat?' with that thought Numi Jumped back into a bush, returning with about 400 yen. 'this should do it!' she thought putting the money where the tastey sandwich had been.

Nami looked down at the money. She held back a smirk, and just thought 'Heh... this is getting <weird>. Money out of nowhere...', she smiled, 'never though cat's carry pocket money'.
She picked the money up, "Yeah... It wasn't necessary to pay back, ya know, "kitty-cat", she said, "it was my pleasure to help you"
Nami looked for the cat, but the mist was very dense, so she couldn't see too far. 'Wander where is she...'

Numi looked at the girl as she sirched for something. 'what IS she looking for? did she loose something, or is she lost herself?' Numi backed into the bush and transformed back into ninja form. "Excuse me? are you lost?" Numi was standing infront of the girl, posibley only to be seen as a silawet, or a shadow. "What are you looking for? can i help?"

Nami looked up at the girl that appeared from the bushes and tried to hide a smirk, "Hn...", she mumbled under her breath, "Cats changing furr at this time of year...".
She stood up and looked around.
"Well, I don't think that I'm very familiar to this places", she said, "To be honest, all I can see is mist."
She took one step closer to the girl, wanting to ask the <have we met before?> but she didn't say it.
"But ummm... I could use a guid...are you from this village?", she said to the girl.

Numi weekley smiled. "yes I am, so are my sisters, but I'm not shure where they are..." Numi looked around 'Theres not all that much mist out this morning' she thought. "If you need a guyd, do you have aneywhere in mind you want to go?". Numi ran through some interesting places in her mind. 'not to much to do around here, is there?...'

The mist wasn't going anywhere, but its colour began slowly changing, lighting up as the sun rised on the sky. Or so Nami thought, she couldn't see well throught the phantomatic veils that slowly moved around the two girls.
"Ummm...", Nami began to mumble, not knowing the village's best attractions.. besides the thick mist.
"Well, how about you show me...the places you like best", she said looking around, with no luck of seeing anything clear at all.
