Issun skipped happily through the mist village. he had found a new friend to play with. he arrived at the meeting spot.
"wheee! i onder what fun things ill do today!" Issun squeled happy. He started to paint a piture of a bug.

"What ARE you doing" Numi asked through a smile. 'when I met this guy he seemed normal, he said he was a friend of a friend of mine, but he seems to, bouncy to be my age.' "is that a pickture of a rock? or a ballon? with leggs?"numi kneeled down beside Issun and looked at his drawing. "odd"

Kagemi slipped, and fell from her spying place in a tree above. Her usual entrance.
*WHAM!*
"Ow......" she moaned from her face-plant spot on the ground, a few feet away from Numi and Issun.
She recovered and pushed herself to her knees. "Hey guys..." she muttered, rubbing her forehead where she hit. She stumbled over to Numi and Issun and plunked herself down.

"I am an artist, its my job to paint things!" said Issun. "and you dont have to treat me like im five, humph." Issun made a face at her. "Its catipillar, but it needs some more work done." Issuns stomach growled loudly. "wanna grab something to eat?"

"Ooo, oo, ramen!" Kagemi said, instantly reviving her spirits at the thought of food. "I haven't hade ramen in SOO long!" She jumped to her feet and pulled impatiently on Numi's arm. "Come on! Lets go, lets go lets go!" She then first caught a glimpse of Issun's drawing. "Dude, you are the master at drawing potatoes"

"don't worry , I brought food, evean some for kagemi" Numi looked at her "I knew you were in that tree, you should tak up being a cat" Numi smiled again, then turned to her bag to het out the shushi.

"You're the cat here!" Kagemi joked stupidly, glad that her *ahem* constant arguing with Numi and other people was now a thing of the past. She took a box of sushi from Numi. "Thanks, pallie!"
She poked at the rolls of fish with a chopstick, thenpicked them up at plopped them in her mouth. "yumm...."

"YAY food!," shouted issun. He quickly gobbled down a few peices, then chased it down with some sake. Issun put te finishing touches on his painting. the caterpillar crawled up kagemis leg.
"My jutsu is that i bring my art to life, pretty cool, huh?"

"I so heard of someone who could do that!" Numi watchd in aww as the creepie crawlie explores her friend. "what are you trying to do? she hates bugs....." Numi watched Kagemi as the little buggie climbed higher and higher. 'whats with her today? I didn't think theese two would get allong.........' Numi shifed in place as she thought what he might draw for her.

Kagemi stared in wide eyed horror at the nasty thing crawling up her leg. "Numi, you take it...cuz Ill probably end up killing it......" She plucked the caterpillar off and jumped around, brushing her leg off. "ew ew ew ew ew eeeeeeeew!" Tripping over her own feet, she fell forward and slammed against the ground on her side. "Ow......."

Issun laughed at kagemi. "its just a caterpiller, i could make a bigger bug fif you want?"
Issun picked up his prush and started painting again. This time it was just a piture of kagemi freaking out.
"hehe, you make a great piture! mind if i paint you numi?"

"Shure go ahed!" Numi smiled and turned to look at his paper. "why do you want to draw me?" Numi stared at the blank paper, drifting off into space, thinking about her life, oter peoples lives, her friends, her family, her rivels. "Do you think I couls take you in a battle Issun, or you Kagemi?" Numi looked at the sky

"Take me in battle?" Kagemi siad thoughtfully. "Hard to say. Im guessing were pretty evenly matched." She ate some more of her sushi. "Why do you ask?" She pushed the empty sushi carton away. "Hey," she said, coming up with an idea, "dig this."
She pulled a kunai out and leapt into the tree. Sliashing and cutting sounds could be heard from above. A moment later, she came back down, holding a rope. Giving it a tug, a tent constructed of leaves took shape around the three. "Cool, huh?"

"its not bad kagemi," said Issun as he poked a hole in the tent. "but i need some light to paint." Issun painted a picture of numi, but with kitty ears. he giggled. "I dont think you could fight me numi. though im not as strong as i use to be, i can still take you!" Issun stuck his tounge out.
