I smiled and reached over to rub Breezer's head and scratch lightly behind his ears. "I still don't understand why everone thinks you're so bad. You're very sweet." I said.
Yuo smiled. "Then she got lucky." Yuo said. "When I was younger, no one ever felt awful about seeing me in pain. When someone would witness me getting hurt, they'd just stare at me, shrug, and walk away." Yuo sighed a bit a he came closer to Haruka, holding her hand tighter. "Only my mother, and I guess my father, felt bad when I was in pain. And then Shizuke felt bad as she got older."

Breezer let out an annoyed sigh, feeling as though he should remind her somehow that he was easily provoked. He just did not like to be annoyed, as people often were. But, he was not sure how to give this representations, so decided against it for the time. He whinnied happily, however, as he scratched at his head. it was comforting.
Haruka sighed. "Well... people in this world are stupid, scenseless idiots..." she mumbled. "If someone would just take the time to stop and help others once and awhile..." she trailed off again, as they came near the forest where Riiko would be. She kept close to him, hoping to help convey the message that Riiko could not come between them. "So are you ready to just get her out so we can get on with life?" she asked him sarcastically.

I smiled at Breezer. "Hey Breezer?" I asked. "Would you be nice to others if they were to come in here with me?" I asked, just curious.
Yuo nodded. "We won't just be getting her out though." Yuo said, sighing a bit. "We'll have to get her back to her house, and then we can leave and get on with life." Yuo said, he moved so his arm was around Haruka's waist, pulling her a bit closer. "I hope she's hurt enough that she'll be stuck in bed for a bit. Then we won't have to see her."

Breezer flared his nostrils out as he thought for a moment. Then, shifting his feet from side to side, he waved his head back and forth, trying to represent that it all depended. People were different. Different when it came to communicating and such, as well as the way they seemed to rub of on him.
Haruka rolled her eyes. "Unless she's not badly hurt, then we can leave her as soon as she's out of the hole." she said, deciding to consider all of the options. As much as she hated the idea of Riiko being able to walk, it would be easiest, and she would not be quite as flustered when them. She could see her now, not far ahead. She was struggling with her foot, sunk down to her mid calf, but was making little progress. "Damn... stupid... hole in the ground.... why when i get my hands on that son of a-" she stopped her mumbling when she looked up to see Yuo and Haruka walking toward her.

I nodded slowly. "Ok." I said. "But I'm sure you'd like some people. You'd love my mother. She's sweet and kind, and she'd just spoil you with salt cubes." I chuckled. "And if Yukio's mother were still alive, you'd love her too. She use to have a horse of her own."
Yuo sighed. "I just hope she's badly hurt." he mumbled. "And here comes to acting part." he said under his breath. He looked at Riiko, a confused expression on his face. "Riiko?" he asked. "Why are you stuck in a hole?"

Breezer nuzzled against her hand again, not sure of exactly who she was talking about. But he could trust Shizuke. He knew that much. So, riluctantly, he nodded his head in agreement. Maybe some other forms of company would not be so bad.
Haruka restrained a giggle at Yuo's 'puzzled' face. Riiko nodded, pouting slightly in a sort of damsel in destress sort of way. "Yes actually... I was just looking for that jacket you sent me to grab and... well..." she looked down and gave a fake, sheepish smile. "I sort of got stuck. Could you help me?" she asked, but befor he could answer she had already reached out and grabbed his free hand. Haruka flinched. Keeping her cool as best she could, despite her burning angery, she said, calmly. "We'll have you out in no time, Riiko-san..."

I smiled happily, rubbing his head again gently. "I'll try and bring my mother here sometime later. Then she can come see you." I said. "Does that sound good?"
Yuo slipped his arm from Haruka's waist and knelt down by Riiko. "I can't exactly get you out while you're hanging onto my hand." he said. "IF I pull you like that, there's a good chance I'll probably hurt your foot or ankle." he said. "And I don't think you'd enjoy that." Yuo looked to Haruka. "How should we get her out?" he asked.

Breezer nodded his head again. He moved his legs around his knees again, feeling a need to walk around, which he somewhat sufficed by walking a circle in his stall. he wanted very much to be able to be out in the feild, rathe than cooped up in the barn with the younger horses.
Haruka brushed off her discontent to move to Riiko's other side. "Well, i think it would be most affective if we each grab near each shoulder and pull up." she suggested. It could not be that hard. After all, Yuo had pulled her out of this same hole alone with barely any effort. Riiko nodded, releasing his hand gently as she giggled slightly. "Sorry..." she said, batting her eyes. Hopfully her next plan would work. Haruka took on arm around the shoulder. "Ready when you are." she told Yuo.

I looked at Breezer. "Hey Breezer? If I open your stall and climb up on you, will you walk around the barn to stretch out?" I asked.
Yuo nodded. He slipped under Riiko's arm, holding it in place. Yuo looked at Haruka. "I hope her foot is in an awkward position." he mouthed. "Then it'll hurt." he mouthed, a small smile forming on his face. "On 3 we'll pull her out." he said. He looked at Riiko, faking a sweet smile. "If it hurts don't be afraid to say something ok. We don't need you breaking your ankle or anything now do we?"

Breezer immdiantly backed away from Shizuke, feeling that an injured person had no business a horse's back. Did she have a death wish or something. He did, however, want to walk around the barn a bit. he nudged his nose against the stall door to symbolize this.
Haruka nodded, a small smirk forming over her lips. "On three then." she repeated. Riiko gave a smug smirk interally. She had this boy wrapped around her finger, it seemed. It would not be long now before she won the battle. Haruka would be torn to shreds. Perfect. "One... two... three." Haruka said, pulling up on the count, as they had agreed on. Riiko did not seem too stuck to her. There was a slight twinge of pain in her ankle as Riiko's foot was being slipped out, but she did not complain. It was not terribly bad.

I smiled and nodded. I slipped down, limping to open the door. "Let me up, I've never ridden bareback." I said. "I promise I'll be careful and not hurt my ankle, if I'm on your back, then I won't put any weight on my ankle."
Yuo smiled and pulled up, pulling harder, just to see if maybe it would hurt her. "Just a little farther and you'll be out." he said to Riiko. A small, fake smile came across his lips. "How are you doing? Think you'll be able to walk home?" he asked.

Breezer let out an exasperated sigh from his wide set nostrils, lowering himself, as he had done once before for her, so that she could climb onto his back. She was so stubborn, as well as she was very convincing. He waited for her to mount his back.
Haruka blushed and looked away from Yuo, anger coming back and flowing like addrenaline through her veinds. It was so frustrating. Riiko nodded, but suddenly she felt her ankle bent back to the point of pain. She screamed. "Ouch! That hurts!" she exclaimed. Haruka continued to pull, till finally Riiko was sitting back, and her ankle was a dark red. She was still cringing. Haruka tried to keep back her smile. "Are you alright, Riiko-san?" she asked as politely as possible.

I mounted Breezer quickly. I had heard my mother say before that riding bareback as not a comfortable position, but I found it nice. Breezer's back was warm, and my arms wrapped around his neck to give him a friendly hug. "I like sitting on you." I said, chuckling.
Yuo quickly turned around, just so he could smile brightly. Riiko was hurt, and he was glad. He turned back, his expression worried and concerned. "That doesn't look good." he said, madly trying to hold back a smile. "Haruka? You're the medical genius here at least, does her ankle look bad?"

Once her was sure that she had a secure hold on him, he stood up. He had a feeling she would have second thoughts when she saw how high up it was on his back, being as he stood close to seven feet tall. But despite this, he walked out of into the open barn space through the gate Shizuke had opened for him. His legs were so stiff and it felt very nice to walk around a bit.
Riiko kept back a glare as Yuo suggested that Haruka take a look. "Yes... please, Haruka-san..." she said, her voice seeming to struggle to keep politeness. Haruka nodded, her lips pressed together in a tight line, as she moved to look at Riiko's ankle. Riiko winced as she touched it. "It's just sprained... it bent in a bad direction. I suggest staying off of it for the next fourty-eight hours or so." she said, giving her diagnosis honestly. Riiko nodded.

I smiled, my arms still tight around Breezer's neck. "Does Ling always ride you with a saddle?" I asked.
Yuo tried so hard not to smile, he was so close to smiling. He was thankful that Riiko would be off her ankle for awhile, no annoying pest for 2 whole days! Yuo knelt down and placed Riiko's arm around his neck and shoulders. "Well, best get her home so she can get fixed up." he said, standing up quickly and with no warning. He just wanted Riiko out of his hair for a bit, maybe it would teach her right.
