Appearance: long jet black hair that covers his eyes, deep blue eyes, wears black pants and shirt , he has scars on his chin, which he claims to be from when he used to be on a team, his smile makes most squirm, for he only shows it when someone feels pain, he is very lean but an intimidating man nonetheless.
Personality: very wise, though acts purely on impulse, he is truly insane and sadistic, he takes pride in kills and will not leave a village without killing someone, he wanders through villages on the hope that he'll meet his better, who he knows and wishes to track down
Background: was taught by his father, who was the greatest of all the Kazama clan, his brother was given away at birth, a donation to make the greatest ninja ever, that his name was Tsing, Raiden would follow and watch Tsing's progress and knows more about him than he does himself, he killed his father during training, the clan was after him, so he faked his death, never feeling an attachment to them anyway, but he loved the feeling of a kill, he would kill more and more, burning down houses, slaughtering people on the street, and setting it up to look like an assassination, he now is determined to see if his brother is as great as he was supposed to be, he never felt anything but hatred and sorrow toward anyone so he never made friends
