Apperance: Katsuo has shaggy, black that hangs in front of his eyes, short. He also has brown and blue highlights that shines in the sun. He looks a lot like Kuri except for the colors of his hair, eyes, etc.
He has dark colored eyes that are blackish colored with specks of dark brown. He always wears either black clothes or white clothes. He wears a black or white jacket with pants that are a matching color and the opposite color shirt on the inside. He wears his leaf village headband around his arm or head. When it's cold, he wears, a sweatshirt/hoodie with a pair of pants. When it's summer, he wears t-shirt or something not as loose with a pairs of shorts that reach his knees. (sort of like Sasuke's outfit)

Personality: Katsuo only likes to hang out with Yuchii and Kuri. A lot of people confuse his looks with Kuri's so he gets annoyed pretty easily...He seems cold on the outside and has never shown love. He tends to judge people on first impressions and he only shows you his emotions when you can get close to him and crack open his cold, hard shell...Only Yuchii and Kuri know the nice him...when you get to know the true him, he's really nice and funny.

Background: His family was killed when he was a baby so he never knew them but he still loved them. He was at an orphanage until he was 5 and ran away. He stayed in Konoha and became a ninja and became friends with Yuchii and Kuri. Then after, he met Akiko and became friends with her. He has a slight crush on Yuchii, while Kuri has a slight crush on Akiko. He keeps his feeling hidden away because he's afraid someone else important to him might die.
(wait until Keiko meets him :3) Now he tends to just act cold to others so they won't try to get close to him. He controls tha water and air element.

On his right shoulder, he has a tattoo of a dragon that covers most of his shoulder, which is a reflection of Kuri’s tattoo, on the opposite shoulder, and Daisuke’s tattoo, on his back. It represents their friendship. ((Basically the same looks as before, except with a new tattoo))

He might even joke a bit with them.
He doesn’t like to speak much so he keeps silent unless he HAS to talk.

He ran away because he didn’t want to be forced to be confined there anymore. He felt like a caged animal because he didn’t have the freedom he wanted.
He went to and stayed in Konoha and became a ninja and became friends with Kuri. He met the rest of his friends later on. As a result of his parents’ death, he tends to just act cold to others so they won't try to get close to him because he’s afraid to lose another loved one. He took a liking to being a ninja because his idols are his parents and he wants to follow in their footsteps except he doesn’t expect to die, like they did.
He controls the water and air element.
Since he looks a lot like Kuri (they could almost be twins >.<) and Kuri’s a big flirt, whenever Kuri flirts with a whole bunch of girls, they wind up confusing Katsuo with Kuri, because they don’t look close enough for differences which winds up in Katsuo getting crowded by girls that had mistaken him for Kuri, and him getting really annoyed. He can get annoyed easily, but can usually keep his temper under control.
The last of the trio included Daisuke, whom they met a little while later.

((Well, I'm gonna have him still remember Yuchii, Akiko, and Kami, but they just left the village and became missing-nin or something, so I won't have to make him meet the people he already knew, again))
