BRILLIANT... did I spell it right?
Name(Surname, firstname): Mizu, Kota
Age:15

Village: Konoha (Leaf Village is what I'm guessing...Right?)
Jutsu Style: Mainly water jutsu
Fighting Style: Close range
Appearance: He is tall and lanky, or skinny(whichever you prefer). He has shoulder length, brown hair which he refuses to get cut, saying it is just as much a part of him as his personality. He has blue-gray eyes, which resonate with a supressed intelligence. He's dressed in lightblue shirt, with is crossed over by a white sash that holds his ninja gear, and black shorts that go past his knees. He usually has a goofy/optomistic smile that seems to big for his face.
Personality: The first thing people notice when they first meet him is his big smile. He has always been friendly always trying to make friends, even at inappropriate times. He also feels compelled to make people feel important, so he tries his hardest to include recluses into his group of friends. But sometimes he ends up burning himself out, and going into his own reclusive state for sometime. But whenever he shows up again, he has the same old smile. Another thing he likes to do in his free time is study and develop his own ninja gear. Currently he has been working on what he calls a "Mist Bomb", which has the same effect as Kirigakure no Jutsu. Unfortunately, he has had no such luck with the prototype, but he remains hopeful. When he is on a mission he is oftened looked to by others as a sort of leader, but he feels pressured, often giving his comrades advice on how to solve the problem themselves. He hopes to one day be considered a great inventor and ninja.
Background: At the age of five, he was showing signs of a potential ninja. His brother, who was in the Academy at the time, had been praticing the Mizu Bushin no Jutsu when Kota had stumbled across him practicing. Kota wanted to "play" too, and his brother showed him the hand signs for the jutsu. After several tries and laughs later, much to his brother's amazement, finally made a water clone. Since then he has been practicing with his brother, and then after his brother made Chunin, his mother started to help him, until he was old enough to join the Academy. Though everyone expected him to graduate in the upper ranks of his class, he barely passed, spending the last few days playing with friends. Since then, he has realized he has talent and does not wish to see it be wasted. His father, who used to run a small ninja gear shop, died of disease leaving the store to the family. Now his mother runs the shop with his brother, who was severly injured on a mission and is no longer a ninja. With the store failing though, Kota feels it is up to him to save his father's shop, so when he is not doing missions, he delves wrist deep into the nitty-gritty of invention to create the one weapon that would save the shop.
(OOC: I hope this is exceptable. I have not done an rp before, so I hope to not make a hard time for the rest of you. On another note, I would like to ask if it is at all possible to request If I cold make a special jutsu for Kota, and if he could possible use his inventions as well. Hope ya like it.)
