Appearance: Seiji has white hair, no one was ever quite sure why, Seiji in fact loves the strange look, and keeps his hair just above shoulder length, with the bangs a little shorter then the rest of his hair. Even if it's normally covered by an overly large beanie, which covers up most of his face, unless he constantly pushes it up. The beanie has his forehead protector stitched into it.
Seiji has amazing Turqoise eyes, and isn't afraid to admit it, though has trouble showing it off, with his hat in his eyes and all. He is also normally seen with a mischievious little smirk on his face, and an odd glint in his eye. People stopped asking him what he was up to, and had to live with the fact that he always seemed to look like he was up to something.
His clothing style is eccentric, nothing a ninja of his rank should be wearing anyways, he's normally found in bright colours, that normally clash horribly, and his favourite green sweater, that is so faded and worn it literally hangs off his shoulders. When he's on a mission he puts on some darker, and less mis-matching stuff, because people can see him from a mile away otherwise.
Personality: Seiji isn't very self conscience. This being the understatement of the century, he's one of those guys constantly pulling his shirt off, or striking random poses, even walking up to random people and just talking, sometimes starting un-neccesary, and probably stupid fights.
Seiji is an open guy, not to mention loud, and can normally never be outspoken. He's a guy who always knows what he wants to say, but can never get it out quite right. He isn't a lady charmer, and it's doubtful if he ever will be. Seiji's bouncy attitude, and eccentric styles normally turn people away. Like he cares.
Seiji isn't one for keeping secrets either, and has trouble knowing when to be serious. He firmly believes in the fact that age is a number, and not a limitation, and plans on never letting himself grow over the age of atleast seven. Five if he really makes everyone mad.
Background: Seiji grew up in Konoha, normal family, normal life. Seiji has two younger brothers, and used to have an older sister, she too used to be a ninja. His sister's death didn't really mean anything to him, since he was really young, and didn't know her, people ask him if she's the reason he wanted to be a ninja. It isn't.
Seiji wanted to become a ninja because he believed it'd be pretty sweet, and fun. For a guy who doesn't really have anywhere he's going in life, becoming a ninja seemed like something he could do. He became a pretty good ninja, graduating from the academy a little early, and having a few years to work on his skills as a genin.
This was about the time he got Poko, his rabbit, the poor tortured thing he takes with him everywhere. He doesn't actually torture Poko, but he often uses the bunny to train with, targeting him for kunai practice, saying loudly, normally to his younder brothers; 'Anyone up for some bun-bun soup, tonight?' It was just to get a giggle from the two, he never actually hit Poko.
He became a chuunin when he was a 14, and isn't really all that ambitious to become more, though he still trains practically everyday, when he's not hanging around his 5 year old brothers.
