Appearance: Neko has REALLY long white hair that goes to her thighs; she has pale skin, but not so pale that she looks like a ghost. Neko also has light lavender pupil-less eyes, and normally has a gold jacket and brown kunoichi pants over her training outfit (the one Hinata of the original Naruto anime/manga wears).
Personality: Neko is brilliantly smart and a very kind and spirited girl. She can make friends with just about anyone and absolutely refuses to be mean or rude. Neko is very organized and manages to keep training and fun balanced out. She always seems to have a smile for anyone who needs it, and perhaps one of her biggest problems is that she ALWAYS puts others before herself. (srry if i sound like a braggart or anything ^^
Background: Neko is a seriously mixed-blood kunoichi. She is 1/2 Hyuga, 1/4 Nara, and 1/4 Nekobatsu. She has a nin-cat named Tatakai that knows several ninjutsu, including Shadow Possession jutsu. Tatakai also gave Neko the Feline Curse Mark, shaped like a crescent moon, that is set on her right arm. Although she is able to control its influence, the curse will activate when Neko is put through intense emotion or if she is in life-threatening danger.
Neko was born blind but is able to see through her bonds with Tatakai. If her nin-cat is ever missing, a white seal in the shape of a star will appear on Neko's forehead, which will store chakra in it for sight.
Even though they hail from animal-rival clans, Neko's closest companion is Kiba Inuzuka. She also shares a strong friendship with Naruto Uzumaki, despite knowing he has the Nine-Tails in him. Hinata and Neji Hyuga, and Shikamaru Nara, are her cousins. Neko's mother is Kan Hyuga and father is Kuroishado Nara. Her great-grandparents are Nekotsume (G grandmother) and Nekoshikon (G grandfather)
Neko has a wide array of ninjutsu and taijutsu. She has invented a few of her own techniques, that include Shadow Spirit Possession jutsu (i'll find somewhere to put what that is later). Neko is also an accomplished medic-nin, becoming part of the medical core at Age 11.
Neko graduated a year ahead of her own age group. However, she declined becoming a Genin because she believed she needed more experience in teamwork. After another education at the Academy, Neko tied Sasuke Uchiha for best in class, earning a lot of his respect.
Special Note: Neko's mother, Kan, was born five years ahead of Hiashi and Hizashi, but ultimately refused her birthright as head of the Hyuga Main House when being told her two younger brothers would recieve the Hyuga's curse mark. That's the only reason Neko is still considered part of the Main House.
